You make a free account, search for cards you want, make a deck out of them, and duel people in a lobby system. The duels are pretty much manually done: you have to know the rules and set cards yourself.

 

Explain the search for cards. Is there like a database of all the cards you can use or is it something else?

 

There's a database where you can put in things like the card's name, the type of card, the attributes, levels, ATK/DEF, etc. Its very intuitive.

 

Wait, now I'm confused. So if I wanted I could make a level 1 Blue Eyes White Dragon with 9000 ATK/DEF?

 

...you don't make the cards. You search for them. There's already a database of every card that exists in the OCG or TCG or whatever CG. No anime or video game cards.

Heh Yu-gi-oh, I remember when I collected those cards. And pokemon cards. And that one time there were Star Wars cards(my father has like all of them).
