One might argue that because what you learn from failure is how to come closer to success, if you're already succeeding, you don't need the knowledge failure would have taught you.

Well, technicaly I need to revise for physics, chemistry, biology and maths. Though I just did a Biology mock exam, it seemed okay but I need to mark it to discover I've failed and need to do a lot more work. I need to do a chemistry one, which is probably gonna be harder, I'm not looking forward to it.
