That would be awesome, but no. Before you go into the room to pwn GLADoS you must noclip and go to the cake room (which in underneath the glados room). Once there you put the Companion cube on top of the cake and then go finish the game. When the scene in the cake room comes the claw won't be able to reach the cake toput out the candle as there's a cube in the way. The scene won't finish and you will have to live like that forever.

Okay that last bit was a joke, but the first part of this video shows how to get to the cake room:

That does actually work, All you do is when GLADoS exploding and the giant whirly thing com,es to get you, go over to the door that you came through and crouch in the corner next to the door, then proceed to shoot a portal at the other wall, (I think there should be a chair there) and just as the portal connects with its target...Zvarri! You have a Crashed Xbox now go use your controller as a vibrator

 

i can get to the cake room on the xbox 360 version so there. :p
