Went to the Palace Cafe for a birthday dinner last night with my mom and aunt and a had French Dip and a Bud Light beer, which made me completely out of it. I don't like being drunk. Well, I told my mom beforehand I had to get back before 8:00 PM for my dad, because he was bringing by money, and for the new episode of The Legend of Korra, and guess what happens? We don't get back until 8:15 PM. My mom and aunt were done eating at around 7:30 PM, but my aunt wanted to wait a bit for her wine to wear off -- my beer had worn off by that time and left me tired. Even with that, we could have left at 7:50 PM, but they just kept talking. It was about 8:00 PM now, so I just got fed up and went to the bathroom to throw away the chocolate milkshake dessert I couldn't drink anymore because I was full; my mom got the hint. However, I was mad at her for a while. My night sucked because: I missed a great part of the new The Legend of Korra episode. I fell asleep prematurely due to the alcohol. Because I fell asleep prematurely, I was unable to record my walkthrough of PSU and update my YouTube. Because I fell asleep prematurely, I was unable to update my Word of the Day and Quote of the Day projects on here.
Why did you order a beer if you don' t like being drunk ? How come a single beer, and a light one at that, is enough to get you drunk ? How come I' m French and yet have never heard of French dips before ? How come the closest thing to a French dip I can think of is called an Americain in France ? Why don' t you download the episode you missed instead of whining about it ? Who the hell but you would be pissed because you didn' t update your "projects" in "due" time ? Hell, why would you get pissed about it ? And last but not least, have you ever had an evening that actually sucked ?
It's a cause for celebration? Besides, just because you don't like something doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. Example: I don't like having to put the dishes in the dishwasher away after my mom washes them, but I have to.

I think you might have just been tipsy? Considering you got over the effects within half an hour and had some kind of food in your stomach, it would've been difficult to get actual drunk unless your tolerance is pretty low. Then again, I don't know your tolerance so this may all be moot, lol. Also, Nick usually puts up the new episodes of shows online the day after they air. I definitely get being frustrated though, my mom and dad both talk up a storm when my family goes out sometimes, haha.
