Laptop Recommendations Time

Just wanted to get a bit more input from you guys.

I think I've found the ideal laptop for what I want, though it is a little over budget. What do you guys think of this:

Best price I found so far for this model was $1099.00, and that would be tax-free. If you guys like it, maybe you'd know some places to get it even cheaper?

Saw this too, which is tipping that laptop in my favor over what I've heard about the Lenovo Y50's non-4K displays (even if they have slightly better GPU's.)
