Edward took her hand "And I am Edward. So you have encountered this darkness before?" He asked

 

She felt his ice cold touch. It made her want to wince because of the severity of his body temperature, but Kairi kept a straight face and smile. "Nice to meet you, Edward. Yes, my two friends and I have dealt with it for almost two years now," she explained.

Kairi stopped at the door. "Come with me. We'll find my friends and we'll straighten this out."

 

"Okay. Thank you for your kindness" Edward said, he knew what Kairi had felt and felt guilty I can trust her she will understand we mean no harm Edward walked over "Hey there is something you need to know about Nessie an I." Edward started "If we tell you you must promise not to tell anyone and not to panic"Edward said.

 

"Um...okay," Kairi said. "But you may want to say it in front of my two friends too, if it's that important." She walked outside and in the hallway.

 

"I don't know if I can trust them but...We're vampires"Edward said now he had no reason to feel guilt.

 

Kairi stopped dead in her tracks and turned to face him. Her eyes were wider. "Um..vampires?" She looked from Edward to Nessie and then back again. "That would explain your cold hands, huh?" She smiled. "No need to worry, Edward. I've dealt with things way different than vampires. You're practically normal compared to everything else Sora, Riku, and I have dealt with."

 

"Good. I just want you to know we mean no harm. It is true there are some people that hunt humans. But we feed from animals. We can resist the urge for blood. All the human stories are mainly fake we do have reflections. The only differeence is we feed from blood and can be 1000 times stronger and faster and smarter than humans. Plus we live longer." Edward explained "But tell me about this darkness why did it consume our world?" Edward asked.

 

Kairi nodded. "Okay, but...do you mind if we wait until Sora and Riku are with us? They'd explain it better than I would, and I want you to know exactly what is going on."

 

"That is fine. So just out of interest why were you with Nessie and how did you know her name?" Edward asked

 

"My friend Sora told me about her this morning. He actually crossed paths with her earlier today and talked about her in first period. That's how I knew her name. As to why I was with Nessie," Kairi explained, "she walked into my class with another student, and when I said her name, she passed out. I was trying to help her, and I told someone to get the school nurse...and then you came."

"Thank you for helping her but please NEVER ask her to be seen by a nurse. Our hearts don't beat and blood doesn't flow through our bodies. That is why we are so cold. If we can't find Elena I guess I'll just let Nessie stay at this school until Elena finds us." Edward said "If anything happens to Nessie though contact ME and nobody else. They may think Nessie is dead." Edward said

 

"Oh, sorry," Kairi apologized, not knowing that the nurse wasn't supposed to see Nessie. "That's fine. What does she look--wait, we're at Sora's classroom. We'll explain this to him first." She knocked on the door and grabbed the handle.

 

Sora had his head down on his desk, asleep.
"Wha-?!" Sora said, quickly raising his head when the teacher said his name.
He looked at the doorway to see Kairi with Nessie and a strange man. The teacher gave him permission to leave the classroom and he walked into the hall.
"What's up?" Sora said curiously to Kairi although he was looking at the strange man.

 

Kairi brought him away from the doorway so no one would hear. "Remember Nessie? Well, here she is. Some...things happened, and we need to talk about them." Kairi turned to Edward. "Would you like to start, Edward?"

 

OCC: Basically, Edward and Nessie have just met Kairi.

 

OOC- I would just like to point out that NOBODY that doesn't know Edward would see him as a man for he was a teenager when turned turned into a vampire and if a couple of hundred years can't make him look any older then what can? But hey just forget it.


BIC- Edward turned to Sora "Well our world was devoured by darkness and we ended up here seperated from the rest of our family, Kairi told us you might be able to help?" Edward said.

 

Sora was silent for a second. He had already saved the world a little while ago, now he was going on another quest?
"Um..." Sora said, rubbing the back of his head. Then, he looked at Nessie, a girl who was probably worried sick about not not knowing where her mother was. Just like Sora had been worried about Riku and Kairi when he was seperated by them. "Sure. I'll help."

 

Edward looked around "And one more thing you need to know, we are vampires. But don't worry just don't tell anyone and we feast on ANIMAL blood so your safe. Trust me her mother used to be human when I fell in love with her" Edward said.

 

Kairi bit her lip as she watched Sora think it over and rub his head. When he agreed, she smiled. Edward explained his secret and she nodded. "Yeah, we have nothing to worry about. He and Nessie are friendly, so now all we have to do is explain to Riku. What room is he in, Sora?" Kairi arched an eyebrow.
