Kingdom Hearts: Time Matters

Xentus rolled his eyes and leaned against a wall that he was just lucky didn't collapse.
"I used to have faith in a lot of people." he said in a more serious tone. "They all let me down. I was crushed. In the end, I simply became Maleficent's slave." He was silent for a few moments, then spoke again. "I don't expect anything from Sora and his friends. If they lead the worlds out of this mess, great. If they don't, I won't be surprised."
With a sigh, he began walking away, carrying his sword on his shoulder. After taking a few more steps, he slightly turned his head around.
"You coming?"

 

Tai stood there for a second. Here she met this guy five minutes ago, and they're talking like they're really good friends. It's better then being alone... She smiled. "Yep!" She jogged a little to catch up to him and was now standing at his side.

 

Xentus walked with Tai to the top of the clock tower.
"I always told myself I would do this someday..." he said, looking at the view that was ruined by the town in ruins below. "Just hanging out on the clock tower."
Blue smoke appeared in both of his hands. When it was gone, there was a stick of ice cream in each of them. He handed one to Tai and sat down. Right when he took a bite of the ice cream, he spat it out.
"Wow!" he said pulling the ice cream away from him. "That stuff is salty!"
Xentus was trying to lighten up after many years of pain. With the world ending, he decided that he had nothing to lose anymore. All he wanted were his last memories of happiness before he died.

 

Tai took the ice cream and giggled when Xentus reacted to the salty-sweet ice cream bar. She licked it and made a face. "You're right!" she relaxed a bit and licked it again. "But it's sweet at the same time." She looked at Xentus and smiled. "I don't think we were properly introduced. My name is Tai."

 

"My name's Xentus." he said, smiling as well. Usually, Xentus would only smile if it was in a sarcastic way, but now he actually felt happy because he was hanging out in the spot that he dreamed about as a kid. "Nice to meet you, Tai."
He took another lick of his ice cream and shivered a bit.
"I think you got the sweet one." he joked. "Mine's just salty."

 

Tai laughed a little and then grinned. "It's nice to meet you too... Xentus." Her first friend in a long time... it felt... kind of different to her. She felt relief wash over her... relief that she wasn't alone anymore. How long was it going to last? She smiled softly to herself as she looked over the small town. Then licked the ice cream bar.

 

"So, what brought you here Tai?" Xentus asked, overlooking the destroyed town and imagining what it looked like before this.
He took another lick of his ice cream and made a slight flinch.
Thats...so...salty. he thought.

 

Tai thought about the question for a moment. Why did she come here? She looked down a bit. "No reason... I just made a portal and left... I've been wandering around for quite some time... going here and going there... and I ended up here."

 

"I'm fine here" said Riku quietly and then lied down on his side and fell asleep.

 

"alright then," Xert left the room and went back to the control room.

 

Sora was still following the solgers "Alright... what do you guys need me to do?"

*Elsewhere*

Some solgers were wandering about inside the shield talking to each other... about three of them locked in conversation.

Suddenly infront of them a twilight portal appeared infront of them and when it disappeared a hooded man came out "Excuse me... I'm looking for Xert... do any of you know where he is?"

*Outside the shield*

A hooded man cut down the last of the heartless army and then approached the shield slowly. He knocked on the shield and it sent 10,000 volts of electricity surging through his body... but he didn't flinch. The man was looking for a way of communicating with the one's inside without alarming anyone.

ooc: omg i hate my stepdad now he never lets me now the computer. what happened?

 

OoC: Well...this is what I'm aware of:
Riku was being controled by Ansem, bu then freed himself. Xert went with Riku to teach him how to control and use the darkness. Now, Riku is asleep and Xert went...somewhere. Xemnas is apparently alive and has arrived at the castle. Xentus found hidden memories underground that apparently Maleficent his hiding from those who they belong to. One of them happened to be that he has a twin brother. Now, Xentus and Tai are in the destroyed Twilight Town eating ice cream. As for Sora and Kairi, they're in Memory's Skyscraper with the solgers.

ooc: well... there was some battling... first we defeated Xentus... and he joined the good guys (reluctently) then we battled Scar and Barbossa (Who did come back... but I'll explain that later...) Barbossa fled when Riku became Ansem once again to defeat them... however Scar wasn't as smart and was practically killed... Ansem took over Riku's body... but stoped when Kairi showed an enourmous amount of light... Ansem fled... Xert has seemingly cured Riku of Ansem's hold... and that's it... also Xentus has discovered he had a brother and he and Tai seem to have something going...

Hades looked around impressed "I've seen many great treasure's... and this is definently on my list of the most outstanding..."

 

The solgers were shocked, "bloody hell where did you come from." They cept there guns on the person who steped out of the portal.

 

"Your leader had not counted on people coming in through twilight portal's... since only us nobodies can do that..." said The man removing his hood... reveling him to be... Xemnas.

*outside the shield*

The hooded man was still looking for a way to communicate with the people inside...
