Kingdom Hearts: Time Matters

OOC: I'm going to wait for Ansem to post before I type anything for Kairi, okay Xert?

Tai wandered around the abandoned streets of the town. It was kind of sad how it looked. Windows were barred, shops were closed, everything looked like it was a total mess. "Warfare does that," she said to herself. What really made her skin crawl was the fact how quiet it was. No breeze, no birds chirping, it was dead silent. Tai felt a little uneasy but stayed in that area anyways.

 

Small squads of solgers patroled the streets.

 

Riku stumbled out. "So Ansem's tie to my heart just broke?"

 

"Yes no more voice in your head," Xert said.

 

"Okay, so what were you telling me before about training my own darkness?"

 

Tai saw a group of soldiers coming towards her, and quickly made herself unknown by hiding in the shadows. She long forgotten about Xert's military forces. The short term memory loss was kicking in right now. Are they friend or foe? she thought in her head. By now, Tai wished she had some companions to tag along with.

 

"You need time to rest and ajust to the change in power," Xert said.

"We lost 8 squads last week," one said.
"this is a loseing battel," anouther said.

 

Xentus had completed searching all of Hollow Bastion for Maleficent. Most of it was in ruins, but there were still several buildings standing.
"I'll find you." he muttered, opening up a portal. His next destination was Twilight Town, a place that she probably thought no one would suspect her to be in.
Quickly, he stepped through the portal and arrived in front of the only other thing besides the clock tower that was still standing there. The mansion.
The large black gate was shut and locked. Xentus wasn't surprised. The gate was almost always shut. So, he leaned against the gate, just before sensing a vibration in the ground coming from a pretty long distance, but still in Twilight Town. Immediately, Xentus took out his sword and began leaving the mansion grounds and towards where all the houses and shops used to be, following where he sensed the movement. Finally, he saw Tai simply wandering around. With a sly grin, he ducked and slowly crept towards her. When he was only a few feet away from her, he stood up straight again.
"Just wandering around, are you?" he said, stabbing the blade of his sword into the ground so that it would simply stand there.
Once he saw the soldiers, he took the sword out again and slowly walked towards them.
"Coward." he muttered, noticing Tai hide.

 

Riku sat down against a wall. "That I can do"

 

"I can get you your own room," Xert said.

 

Tai jumped at the sound of the voice and turned around. "You scared me!" She said breathing out and putting a hand up to her chest. "You almost gave me a heart attack!" She forgot about the soldiers there and was now just focused on Xentus for the time being.

 

The solgers turned and looked. They didn't seem to care.

 

Xentus made a small chuckle and put down his sword, ignoring the soldiers which probably couldn't do that much damage to them anyway.
"It's amazing what an evil witch can do during 70 years without a keyblade weilder." he said, kicking a piece of wood that used to be a part of a shop. "She really turned this place upside down."

 

Tai lowered her hand from her chest, silently looking around. "Yeah... makes you wonder what she wants to do next... or what to destroy." She looked up at a small sign that was plastered on the wall, not too far away from her head. It was covered with a thick coating of dust and dirt. She reached up and wiped the excess away from the sign with her hand.

 

OC: it's a city every thing is a tall building. and the places in the shild are fine

 

OoC: I thought TWTNW is the only one under a shield. Why would Twilight Town be under a shield anyway?

 

OOC:... My question exactly... O.o

 

OC: you guys are in Twilight town ohh Xert's solgers aren't there

 

OoC: Lol. Okay. We'll pretend we never saw them.
BIC:
"Do you think it's too late for the worlds?" he asked, looking at yet another world destroyed by Maleficent and her helpers. "Or do you believe that Sora can actually redeem himself by fixing this disaster."

 

Tai lowered her arm gradually, keeping her eyes on the sign she just cleaned off. "I don't know," she said quietly. "Anything could happen now. Maybe Sora can help save the worlds... he did it before, he can probably do it again." A small smile spread across her face. "I have faith in he and his friends..." Her head turned to look over at Xentus.
