Kingdom Hearts: Time Matters

OOC: Ooooooooh.... snaaaaaaaaaaap... I hate that dude.

Kairi gasped and took a step back behind Sora. Who ever this was, she could sense that he was trouble. She held her breath while she watched the silver hair man quietly.

Kat was doing pretty good job, taking down most of Maleficent's ships that is. Until there was a problem. Her alarms suddenly went off, indicating that there were more enemy ships approaching. A lot of them were heading her way. "Great," she mumbled. She looked at the radars to see if there were any allys behind her, but she was cut off from everyone else. They had their own problems. "Great, just great." Kat gripped the handles of the sterring wheel and prepared for a rough battle.

 

ooc: I love him! Love to HATE him, that is!

bic: Sephiroth smiled "Good to see you again, keyblade master..."

Sora growled "We don't have time for you!"

"Oh, but I have time for you... I have to repay Maleficent for helping me corner cloud, and kill him." said Sephiroth "Out of all the things she could have asked me to do, she asked me to end your little girl friends life."

Sora gasped. He summoned his keyblade.

"But I thought that would be too easy... So, I decided to go to the source of the problem and end you." said Sephiroth

"At least your not a coward!" yelled Sora

"Thank you," said Sephiroth "I know best that if you want to solve a problem, you don't need to weaken it... you just need to stomp on it."

 

Zeek was in his castle. He was about to create another freak.

Zeek: Ah, lets begin!

Zeek got out one of his corpses and strapped it to a stretcher. He injected it with his various many tonics that included giving it strength and stability. He then wheeled the stretcher with the zombie on it into a big glass tank and then walked out and locked the door. Two hoses were attached to the tank. One end of each hose was attached to the glass tank, and the other ends were attached to a big machine with a lever on it that read, "Darkness Applier". Zeek then walked over to the lever and pulled it. Dark smoke traveled through the hoses into the glass tank, and then all of a sudden the glass tank filled with black smoke. Once the black smoke cleared up, the zombie was alive and struggling making loud noises. Zeek unstrapped it, but it didn't attack him, for Zeek injected a tonic into it that commanded it that Zeek was it's master. He then unleashed the freak into the dark halls of his castle to defend the halls.

Zeek: Another freak made, another intruder, dead.

 

Kairi summoned her keyblade as well. She glared at Sephiroth from where she was standing and then stood close to Sora, and next to him. If he needed help fighting this guy, she was willing to do it. What if it took.

 

OC: where is one winged bastatard?

Xert entered the shild and flew to the landing pad. He got out fast and headed back to the skyscraper.

 

"Now, Sora, allow me to end your journey..." said Sephiroth

"Kairi, run..." whispered Sora

"... With the point of my BLADE!!!" Yelled Sephiroth

Sephiroth darted at Sora.

ooc: A little ways outside the base.

 

Kairi didn't know what to do. Whether just stand there gawking or just move! She finally side-stepped to the side since Sephiroth was quick, really quick. But she wasn't going to run. She was never told how dangerous this guy could be, but even if she knew, she wasn't going to leave Sora alone.

 

Sephiroth tried to end it quickly by trying to stab Sora.

Sora knocked the tip of his sword with his keyblade and then hit Sephiroth in the gut.

Sephiroth jumped back. Sephiroth smiled, then rose into the air. "Sin..."

Sora knew what was coming. He braced himself.

"Harvest..." Sephiroth knew Sora would be ready.

Sephiroth looked to Kairi. "Angel"

A ball of darkness surrounded Kairi and sapped away all her strength.

 

Kairi wasn't prepared for that at all. She let out a quick gasp of shock, suddenly feeling all of her energy draining. Her grip around the keybladed failed and it dropped from her grasp. She closed her eyes tightly as she felt her energy depleting quickly.

 

Sephiroth droped down to the ground and pulled his sword behind him getting ready for a quick and final blow on Kairi.

Sora saw this happening. With only a split second to decide on what to do.

He grabed Kairi, knowing he couldn't push her out of the way. He surrounded her like a shield.

 

Kairi felt arms go around her. Immediantly, she knew it was Sora. "Sora...?" she weakly whispered. What was he doing exactly?

Suddenly, a bright light went around the two of them, giving them a strong sheild that would make Sephiroth's blade bounce off. A faint image of a girl appeared in front of the sheild, facing Sephiroth. She was faded, like a ghost, but nonetheless still visible. Long, purple hair whisped around her gently in a slight breeze. She looked straight at Sephiroth with her violet eyes; they were glaring at him.

OOC: Peh, I can edit the post, but I figured it would be cool if Tai came back as a ghost for a bit. 8D8 But yeah, if you don't want that, I can get rid of it.

 

ooc: No, it's good!

bic: Sephiroth hit the sheild with all his might, cracking the ground underneath it. "What's this?" asked Sephiroth looking at the girl "You do not belong here. Why do you interfere?"

Sora held Kairi tightly, not wanting to let go.

 

The ghost of Tai didn't respond to Sephiroth. She knew where these two needed to be, and it wasn't here. She looked straight at Sora, but didn't say anything. She connected with him through mind. Sora, I'm giving you a chance to escape. Keep holding onto Kairi, I'll get you two out of here... She then smiled softly at them. Tai figured they wouldn't remember her, or know the fact that she was dead. She turned back to face Sephiroth and looked at him, keeping the sheild strong. She couldn't speak, but her eyes showed she was here to help these two, and that nothing was going to stop it.

Kairi opened her eyes just a bit. She could see that Sora was holding her, but then she also saw a light around them. Her energy still felt drained, but she was at peace. At least they were going to be okay.

 

Xert soliders began to surounded the area and had their guns pointed at Sephiroth.
"What are you waiting for shoot him," Xert said as he walked onto the seance.
The soliders began fireing.

 

Sora opened his eye's as he heard Tai's voice. Thank you.

Sephiroth's eye's widened as he suddenly realized what was about to happen. "STOP!!!" He began wildly smacking the shield with his sword.

Sephiroth jumped back away from the shield and calmly said "Come." suddenly, large flames exploded from the ground and pulled the men in closer, burning them alive.

 

Tai looked over at Xert, but then she closed her eyes tightly. She had a job to do. She relaxed a little and raised her hands up towards the sky. White light errupted from her hands, and then the whole sheild brightened. Then they all vanished out of sight, leaving Sephiroth and Xert alone.

Kairi saw a flash of light before she closed her eyes tightly. When she opened them again, she saw they were some place else. faded out again. They were wrapped some other place in the world, but out of danger. She still felt weak, but that didn't matter. She relaxed in Sora's arms, not that she had a choice, and closed her eyes again. "Sora... are you okay...?" Her voice sounded so weak and pathetic at the moment.

 

Several soldiers used the armor to keep themselves from moving. They continued to fire their guns. Xert watched hoping to get this one down fast.

 

Sephiroth yelled as Sora disappeared. "You can not hide forever, Sora." Sephiroth then teleported behind Xert. "You have lost your prize, Xert. Without Sora your no threat to anyone, especially not Sithos."

Sora loosened his grip and then took a small step back while still holding her. "Yes, are you okay?"

 

Kairi smiled weakly and kept her eyes closed. "I'll be fine... I'm just glad you're okay..." She laughed quietly. "Sounds corny... but..." She trailed off, not sure how to finish that sentence.

 

"Here, I have a potion, you use it." Sora said putting it in her hand.
