Kingdom Hearts: Time Matters

Tai kept on running... again. She was getting use to this by now. New fresh, hot tears stung her eyes as she ran, but she didn't bother to whipe them away. She found a nice, dark secluded spot and ducked into it. Tai went deeper in the small space between the two buildings until she found that she went into a dead end. She ran her fingers through her hair and then closed her eyes tightly. Her chest heaved heavily from running, but she didn't allow herself to sob outloud. Loosing Replica was harder then she would image...

 

Riku ducked in to follow her and when he found her he sat down next to her without saying a word.

 

Nox wasn't there he was folowing Tai. He was beingmore sneaky about it because he asumed he was the last person she wanted to see.

 

Tai sniffed, rubbing her eyes with her hand. She felt somebody sit by her and looked over. Riku was just sitting there, being silent... She looked away, sighing out slowly. She fixed her gaze on the wall, feeling like an idiot to act this way...

 

Goofy hit his head as he was following Tai and fell down, unconsious.

Donald followed him.

 

Riku was also stairing at the wall "I'm not sure you realize how lucky you are Tai. When I was in the darkness with Maleficent I felt all alone. I would of given anything to have someone to talk to, maybe that's part of why I went to the lengths I did. But here you are surrounded by people that are looking to help you and you just push away."

 

Tai winced at Riku's words. They were true, but... "Riku..." She sighed out slowly. "I just..." She burried her head in her hands and then lowered them again. "It seems like... When I let someone help me... When I let them get close to me... they always... disappear... Or they leave. Perhaps even die..." She laid her head against the wall, not looking at Riku. "I'm just afraid I'm going to loose someone again. I hate to feel happy, then lonely all over again..."

 

"Because I figured she has done something horrible to one of your or all."

 

Riku was silent for a minute "When I was on the Islands everything was good. Sora and Kairi were there with me and we would hang out every day. I allways wanted something more but I was still happy where I was. Then when the heartless attacked everything was taken from me. My family, my friends, my home, and even my heart eventually. And then I found my way back. Looking back the darkness made me stronger. It's like night and day, and as the sun has to set, it also has to rise."

 

Tai's dark violet eyes shined a little when she turned to look at Riku. She let the words sink in for a bit, sitting there in the silence. She sighed out slowly, not sure what to say to that. She looked forward at the wall in front of her, finding interest in the cracks. "I guess... you're right..."

 

Neoph drew his blade. "you won't survive this time."
Phenox laughed. "here." he opened a portal and vanished.

 

OOC: Just giving a heads up, I'm going to be heading out of town to drop a friend off back where she lives... Which is like an hour and a half drive. Sooo see ya

 

"She tried..." said Sora bitterly

ooc: Well, seeing as how that was yesterday... I'll bet She'll be on soon enough...

bic: Donald stood over the unconcious Goofy "Wake up, you big palooka!"

Goofy started snoring...

"WAAAAAAAAaaaaaaAAAAAAAaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!" yelled Donald at the top of his voice

*At the base*

"Did you here a scream, like a duck?" asked Sora

*Down below*

"WOAH!" yelled Goofy as he jumped up

"C'mon, Riku will take care of Tai, we gotta get goin'!" yelled Donald

"Oookay!" said Goofy

They ran off back inside.

Rikuu stood back up, or as much as he could in the cramed space. Offering Tai a hand he said, "Come on Tai, I think you have someone to talk to"

 

Tai looked back up at Riku, a little confused by his words. She sighed out, taking his hand and standing back up. "Thank you... Riku..." she said quietly. In truth, she was really greatful he came to find her. Just didn't know how to express it.

 

Noticing the confusion on her face "I mean Nox. He was the one that you were running from"

 

Tai sighed out irritably. "Him? Why do I have to..." She looked at the ground, not looking forward to it at all. "He's too... " She fumbled with her hands, trying to find the right word. "Pushy..."

 

"You don't have to" said Riku "But he was just trying to help"
