Kingdom Hearts: Time Matters

Sora opened his mouth again to say 'that wasn't what I meant!' but just couldn't do it... "Kairi... in the letter... from the king, he said that you were the rock... the one who keeps the light burning strong on me and riku... do you know why he would say that?"

 

The red head looked ahead. "I'm not one hundred percent certain, but I think I'm suppose to have you two not give up hope just yet." She smiled. "Even if things look a little rough."

 

"That's the way I thought of it too... Riku once gave into the darkness for you..." said Sora "I sacraficed my heart for you... there isn't anything me or Riku wouldn't do for you Kairi... and that's why I think the king said that... becuase you give us strength... just like Donald and Goofy gave me mine..."

 

Kairi blushed a little bit when she realized what Sora was trying to say. Her smile got even more bigger. She turned towards him. "You two mean a lot to me too..."
OOC:... Am I doing a good job with Kairi? It seems like I'm not... lol

 

"Now i have to over see other projects," Xert said.

 

OOC: no, your doing a good job!

bic: "I know, becuase it was you who freed me from the darkness... Kairi... what I've been trying to say is..." Sora stoped

 

Tai nodded her head in understandment. "Mind if I tag along?"

Kairi giggled a little. "What? What do you want to tell me?" She smiled softly.
OCC: Yeah!

 

Sora froze immediatly... waiting for something to break thier conversation... anything!!! he didn't care! this was harder than facing 1,000 heartless!!!! and he didn't want to do it!!!!!!!!

 

Kairi tilted her head. "Sora? What was it you wanted to tell me?"

 

Sora unfroze... deciding to come clean with his feelings once and for all "Kairi... the reason you keep my light burning strong... and the reason you, of all the people I know, were the one to bring me back from the darkness is becuase I..." Sora paused again as the fear shut his lips... but Sora prevailed in opening them again "I... Love you..."

 

"Sure," Xert said he opened a portal and walked through.

 

Kairi's heart skipped a beat. He said he loved her? After all this time he finally said it... Kairi couldn't believe it. She started to blush again fruiously. She was absulotly lost for words.

Tai smiled and followed Xert through the portal. Then an idea hit her. "Xert, why don't you use the portals to get up to the ship? Or is there a special dark sheild that prevents you from going there....?"

 

Sora froze again... wiating for her response... every millisecond was nerve wracking!

 

"Yes the ship as a portal jamer we have one too," Xert said.

 

Kairi looked down, a little embarrassed and happy all at the same time. Now it was her turn to be put on the spot. "Truth is Sora..." She held her hands and fiddled with her fingers nervously. The red head hunched her shoulders a little bit. "I... Love you too..."

 

Sora was still a little stiff but couldn't believe that Kairi actually said that she loved him! Sora thought she liked Riku! Sora walked over to Kairi... and was standing right infront of her...

 

Kairi suddenly realized that Sora was standing right in front of her. She looked up slowly to meet his eyes. She was still blushing a little bit. Kairi smiled at him.

 

Riku and Xert were close behind Xert. Riku didn't bother going with Sora and Kairi, he had learned this area inside and out durring his hunts for Roxas afterall. If anything came up he could find them in a heartbeat. He was much more curious about what Xert was doing here. "So you mentioned the cornerstone of light project, what else are you working on?"

 

Sora wraped his arms around her giving her a hug... he was so relieved that that was over with!!! he had finally told Kairi how he felt... and she felt the same!!! he couldn't believe it!

 

"A bomb," Xert said.
