Kingdom Hearts: Time Matters

OOC: Recap anyone? >< Dang you guys got oober far... *Sighs out slowly*

 

"Package?" asked Sora... some how Sora was not suprised by the language the soldier used... as if trying to keep it away from Sora's knowledge... and Sora was just starting to trust Xert too! But it was obvious that Xert's sneaky ways provided Sora good reason not to trust him.

 

Tai summoned her keyblade as well, taking a stance. Her eyes were showing frustration. How did this guy come back?! She didn't show that she was afraid, but she was.

OOC: Couldn't find the post with Ansem the Wise and Riku... sooo... *Coughs* I guess Kairi went with you guys.

Kairi stayed quiet the whole time, staying behind Riku. She looked around Twilight Mansion, glancing around here and there.

 

"I can sense your fear..." Ansem said opening a portal "But, If you come with me, I can help you overcome it."

DIZ looked about his computer. Going through files of all kinds.

 

Tai shook her head. "No!" Last time, she felt the pain, the anguish of resisting the darkness. She didn't want to do it again. She clutched her keyblade tightly behind Replica, staying in her stance. "I never want to go back with you ever again!"

 

"That goes double for me!" yelled Replica

"Very well, then you shall all know the supreme power of darkness, the hard way!" yelled Ansem as darkness started to come of his clothing and his skin...

 

Tai took a step back, scared of what might happen. "Replica... I don't like this," she whispered hoarsly. She looked down at her keyblade, studying it... She had power over light and darkness... She looked back up at Ansem, trying to think of something... And fast! She suddenly stepped in front of Replica, pointing her keyblade at him. "Light!" A beam of light shot out of her keyblade towards Ansem. Maybe she could daze him so they could get away. She just hoped it would work.

 

Ansem back handed the beam of light out of his way. "Pathetic..." siad Ansem giggling a little.

"Tai, Now would be a great time to remember how to go through those doors!" yelled Replica as he jumped back infront of her in a defensive position.

 

Tai growled out frustratingly, seeing how nothing was going to get passed Ansem. "I told you! I don't know how I get to other worlds! It's just an accident that happens!" She was so confused and mad at herself, she couldn't think straight. She had to figure out some way to get out here!

 

"My dark armor was blown away during a battle with Maleficent. I can't take him on like this, it would be suicide." whispered Replica to Tai

"If you came with me, Replica, I could make you stronger. Much stronger." said Ansem

Replica droped his gaurd. He looked at Tai. Then looked back at Ansem. "If I go with you, will you leave her alone?"

"You have my word." said Ansem

 

Tai gasped at Replica, hearing what he was saying. He was going to risk his life for her. She shook her head slowly. "Please don't do it..." Tai pressed her lips tightly together, wishing she could just summon a portal or something to get them out of here.

 

Replica looked back at her. "I'm sorry..." He merely said "Get yourself somewhere safe."

 

"It still functional" Riku observed "Are the programs and files still in order?"

 

"Yes, no one has figured out where the lab has been all this time... I hid it well." said DIZ "Ah! Here it is..." DIZ pulled up the blue prints, scematics, ect. for the heart coding device and started going over it.

 

Riku was a bit confused "Are you troubleshooting? I thought you said that the malfunction was related to the unpredictability of the heart, not a machine error"

 

"Anything is possible... I remember saying that too." said DIZ "If anything at all, this may be the very key to getting us all home."

 

Kairi quizically looked over at Ansem, quietly observing. She didn't know what to make of it, but she figured she would understand sooner or later.

Tai lowered her keyblade, not believing what Replica was saying to her. "Replica..." She didn't want to be left alone again, that was her main fear. She would rather suffer with Replica in the darkness then to be wandering alone again.

 

"Maleficent knows I'm here... but she doesn't know you are..." said Replica as he turned to her. "I'm sure you will find your way back. Tell Xert everything when you see him next..." Replica quickly kissed Tai lightly on the lips. He knew he would never come back, and even if he did... he would never be the same... Replica walked into the portal that held his fate.

Ansem smiled as he followed Replica in, and the portal closed behind him.

 

Tai stood there in shock as the silence settled in around her again. Her lips still tingled, but she was mostly shocked that her friend was gone... Again this had to happen. She finally felt her eyes watering up and then she raised a hand and whiped her eyes quickly with the back of her hand. Alone... She was starting to get use to the feeling by now... This time it was a little different. "Replica......."

 

"Perhaps" Riku said as he thought "But what about the Grandfather Paradox? Would returning even be possible?"
