OOC: Namine is going into the Usual Spot. Sora should post tomorrow sometime that he is following so Roxas will be encountered soon. We've had some delays but this is going to pick up soon.

As for Xemnas and the others, I meant that the Org together had to work on the portal to send Larxene to the betwixt and between spot. That not just one Org member could do it. That's kind of the plan to overpower that side of the barrier. The other team of Sora etc has to open the way from Twilight Town. Hope that makes more sense for everyone. Sorry for the confusion!

  2. OOC: I thought Roxas was heading to them, or was about to? xD Anyway, I'll hold off the Org. since the other half are not ready. Though I was thinking more along the lines, that instead of having Sora's group go through the hassle of all that, that the Organization can keep the portal open (in a certan spot, maybe Twilight Town) with their united strength, until Larxene goes and gets the rest to talk. When they reach there, they can also help with the portal if it comes close to...closing. Otherwise, there's no such a real need of sending anybody, she'll just be a greeter, basically.

    Ehhh...I dunno *.*.

Naminé had departed ways with the group by her own after a while of seeing how things would turn out and silently contemplating to herself, thinking that since Sora appeared a bit busy, she could move things along and fetch Roxas while they try to sort out and deal with the new addition to their group. Jack, right? That was his name, one she kept forgetting. She did not bother to run as she traveled down the alleyway to the secluded room, in case Sora did decide to follow, and was somehow catching up. Naminé was uncomfortable to be leaving him behind like this when he wanted to go, and even now, she was not entirely sure, yet she made certain that she gave him a sign that she was heading to look for Roxas, and he wasn't the type to mind such a thing as he seemed alright with it. Nonetheless, it still bothered her, and she kept looking over her shoulder at any glimpse, closely to regretful. In the end, however, after a while...a short while, she finally made it into a clearing, and she heard slight voices in a light conversation. She paused carefully, helplessly feeling a little self-conscious, as this was one of the areas she had never stepped into before, even when she was in the Data Twilight Town and the real one. Truthfully, she had always remained at that abandoned and empty mansion, hidden away from...everything. And she had never personally met Hayner, Pence, and Oletter either.

Her lips frowning in a second of hesitation, she shook it off, and decided to head in, her ears picking up the very knowing male voice that just now spoke, though at her distance, it came out low, and sounding like a mumble. When she was at the entryway and just beginning to walk again to go inside, she almost bumped into a fit, but lanky body, and if she had not paid attention, there would've been a clash if she didn't halt herself in time as well. Her cornflower eyes grew a little as she noted the known outfit in front of her, though, and she ran her gaze up from his chest, and to his face, meeting with startling cerulean blue eyes that none other belonged to the person she was looking for, blond hair and all. She blinked for a minute, then went to mutter his name, startled..."Roxas..."

She tried to say her next words in a courteous manner, as she didn't know whether he wanted to leave the friends behind him for now, or if he had filled his desire to see them enough to come with them. It was really up to his decision, and while she might attempt at convincing him, it was in the end, what he wanted to do, and she could not force him to join if it was not in his interest. Roxas was truly stubborn when he had the right motivation, though to her, it was more amusing in a good way, than irritating as some would see it. Staring passed Roxas's figure, she gave the three friends a small smile in polite greeting, not wanting to appear rude, or intruding, having only ever known them by face...and even then, it was not their real faces. Focusing on the matter at hand, she looked back at Roxas, giving a stiff nod, ready to explain her presence. "We are all gathered up now, Roxas. We have Sora and the rest there, and we are planning to go in The World That Never Was to take care of the problem...or, reach a solution. Together, hopefully...if it works out..." Her expression deepened as she got more serious, though her soft tone never changed. It was in her nature. "We're waiting for you, if you are willing. A extra hand couldn't hurt...I mean, unless of course..."

She flicked her eyes back at Hayner, Pence, and Olette in question as to what she meant.

Marluxia studied Larxene’s reactions, keenly watching her from under his hood once he called her name, nominating her to go and greet the Keybalde Master and his posse. A sleek smile was on his lips as he watched her sitting there doing nothing, then smiling and shaking her head. Had she figured out his motives for nominating her? Ah well if she did. It didn’t matter whether she found it plausible or not, he could care less. Her expression was however, of amusement, and this confused Marluxia for a brief moment, wondering just part of all this was amusing to her. Studying her for a few seconds more, judging from her smiling expression, it seemed that she’d somehow seen this outcome coming. She momentarily slipped into thought, and Marluixa only continued to stare at her, his eyes still hidden under his dark hood. Though he had to admit, that the girl was useful. She was smart, clever and a great fighter. Her bipolar personality, and unmanageable temper, her harsh sarcasm and hate for all things and anything was something he was always amused by, and perhaps it were all these attributes that had caught his eyes when he first considered everything, his plans to take over the organization and such [aside from the advantage he had considering the delicate state she was in when he approached her]. She was also loyal to him, another great attribute about her. She was extremely loyal to him and his plans, until the very end; even when he’d been using her since the beginning.

Marluixa suddenly found himself averting his cold gaze from her petite, pale face. He did not understand why he could no longer look at her like he was doing so before, and strange thoughts filled his mind. He was now looking down at the small tape recorder Larxene had given him, fiddling and playing with the buttons. He’d let his mind wonder again as he was staring at Larxene and his trail of thoughts eventually led him back to his work experience with Larxene. He’d actually enjoyed working with Larxene while he was in charge of Castle Oblivion, it was true, whether he liked to admit it or not. Maybe it wouldn’t be as bad if he were to work with her again. He and Larxene had made a great team minus the backstabbing and all the deceiving plots and ploys. The next concept that was something of a surprise and Marluxia found himself narrowing his brows dangerously close as he tried to understand it himself. A part of him wanted to change his vote...and vote Xaldin and not her. A part of him still wanted her to linger.

Contemplating whether he should change his vote or not, Marluixa raised his blue eyes back at the woman to find her now staring at him. She was wanting her tape recorder back. Flipping the tape recorder from side to side in his hands as if he was examining it, he then, with a quick flick of the wrist, flung the recorder at her in the similar fashion she’d given to him. “Think fast.â€

He suppressed the thoughts he had about changing his vote, wondering why he cared in the first place, when he’d chosen her as the candidate for this ‘mission’ in the first place. No, his decision was final. No random and strange thoughts would make him change his mind now.

    [TT]
“Well, it was the truth. Heh. Don’t mention it, Riku.†Said Sora, grinning his familiar grin as he scratched the back of his head. Riku was his best friend, and who else would stand up for Riku if it wasn’t him to begin with; he’d have given anything for him. He swore that he’d protect his friends, for better or worse, and not a single thing would stand in his way to keep his promise. His friends were his power. With a meek smile on his face as he gave small nod at Riku, he then turned his attention back to Jack, still ready to fight if Jack made any sudden moves. This was the last thing Sora wanted. They’d barely even begun their new journey, and they already were bickering with one another. However, the bitter situation between Jack, Riku and Demyx subsided as quickly as it began. After a moment’s pause, Jack lowered his sword and sheathed it back into its proper place; things were beginning to calm down, thankfully, and Sora gave a silent sigh of relief. Riku also dropped the matter as he collected himself and went into thought as always. All the while Jack spoke a few words before opening a portal disappearing within its darkness, leaving the group behind. Sora stared at the now empty space with a puzzled look before he too collected himself, remembering what he was about to go do before the whole scene took place.
With their surroundings now going back to its former ambience, Sora knew that he should now accompany Naminé and retrieve Roxas. The keyblade in Sora’s hand disappeared with a small flash of white light and smoke as he slowly turned to head towards where Naminé stood only a few minutes ago, only to find the spot empty. Well, it seemed that she had decided to go on without him, and he bit his lips, a dismal expression now falling upon his face...He made her wait for him. He stood there silently taking a quick moment to decide what he should do, and within the next second, he broke into a run heading towards the Usual Spot. Running down the familiar narrow paths of Twilight Town, old memories filled Sora’s mind and it really did feel good to return to this tiny town. Sora did not stop running until he reached alley where the entrance to the Usual Spot was. Stand outside he could hear the soft voice of Naminé speaking, informing Roxas, requesting him for his help and to travel along with their group. Taking a deep breath, Sora stepped inside, knowing Roxas was accompanied by Hayner, Pence and Olette.

    “Hey guys...it’s been a while.â€

Kairi once again remained quiet, in shock and unable to move or speak as the whole scene took place before her. Her fingers had curled into fists and she simply scowled at Jack the entire time he blabbed on and not only insulted Riku, but hit him as well [along with Demyx]. How dare he?

“Riku!†She’d peeped when Jack had the audacity to actually lay a hand on him. Sora of course had immediately rushed to Riku’s side defending him and as well as Demyx. Kairi sighes as the boys now argued with each other. Kairi sighed in disappointment. The group was meant to work together, not pick silly fights between one other over such a simple thing as a difference of strategy. It finally came to the point where a literally physical fight was about break out between them all, and Kair quickly reached out to stop the fight before it grew to something worse. However, it seemed that she was one second too slow as Riku had already made his move, sending Jack to the ground [serves him right!]. She saw Naminé quietly standing at the other side, with the same worried look on her face as she too stared at the boys. It was good that the so called fight ended right there before it could develop into something worse. Perhaps the frustration of actually coming up with a decent plan that might work was starting to get to their heads, but it was not something that could easily be fixed if one wished it. There were many factors in place that still remained as an unknown. They had no clue what they’d expect when they did go to The World That Never Was. They had no idea how the organization would react to their arrival, nor will they accept their help. After the break of the fight, it seemed that Jack needed time alone, so he left opening a portal, leaving their group at the station. Well, now they could just pick up where they left off.

Her eyes followed Sora as he made his way to where Naminé was, but halted at midway. He eyes shifted to where the girl was, but the spot was empty. She could’ve sworn that she was there just a few seconds ago. “She walks pretty fast,†Kairi thought. Her eyes remained on Sora for a few brief minutes before he too made up his mind and went after her. Kairi would of course have accompanied the two, but it was Sora [of course] and Naminé who Roxas was closest to, and they would be the best two to entrust Roxas. Crossing her arms, she wrapped then arund herself as if it was cold and took light steps approaching the now silent Riku. “Riku...You okey?â€

    OOC: .n_n. I'm back.

Axel's arms tightened against his torso as the attention of the room fell upon him. He consciously relaxed, sitting further towards the edge of his seat. He cleared his throat and swallowed hard. "Even though this wont waver the odds, I am voting for Xaldin." He eyed the blonde meticulously, awaiting her reaction. "We have to consider which of the two would be the most trustworthy. If we question how reliable our representative will be, then why send them in the first place? Not to mention we'll be needing some amount of charisma for this." Axel leaned back against the stiff rear wall of his pedestal once again, becoming comfortable and glancing around the white room. "If the Keyblade Bearers and their alliances are interested in aiding us, then we must uncover their intentions entirely. This is prudent, obviously, and we need someone to negotiate if their plans aren't quite so favorable. This is an endevear that I doubt the Organization can pull off solely.

"I believe that Xaldin is fit for this assignment, and much more capable than Larxene, the alternative. He hasn't shown a record of untrustworthiness, and dfrom my experience, he's very convincing.

"We can't afford the meeting to be jeapordized by an individual that could possibly pursue their own interests instead of fulfilling their assignment. We need te cooperation desperately from all sides. Not to mention, it would be a valuable asset to have our thirteenth chair filled."
At this notion, Axel glanced at the empty seat for a mere second. The acknoledgement of Roxas, once again, was bound to recieve prejudice. And he didn't give a flying damn. Let Larxene throw pitiful accusations at him. F*ck that.

"I am just concerned about the reliability factor. I'd want someone dependable to be sent." That was his decision, and if anyone had a problem with it, they could shove it. It wasn't as if his vote affected the outcome unless Xemnas had an epiphany.

OOC:Sorry about my post, it wasn't as well thought out as I had anticipated

"..If you have everyone, then what good am I in your group?..besides,you have the hero of this story with you.."Roxas said with a bit of distaste. He thought he had gotten over his status as a Nobody, but it still bugged him.Why was Sora the one who could be real? Why couldn't Roxas have had another life?

And to top the interruption he didn't want, here came the hero himself, and now his friends would be all over him."..Not like I even have a choice now..they just want to know about him anyway.."Roxas murmured, trudging his way past Namine.People may think he was better than this, but they didn't understand, and he doubt anyone could. Not that it mattered anymore,he was just Sora's shadow, nothing more.

    Life..sucked.

  6. Naminé's eyes grew at the response from her blond companion, snapping back from her slight startle when Sora had come in, and joined her. She was about to say something to the brunette, until Roxas had answered first, and his words made her lapse into silence. Her eyebrows creased, and she eyed him a little confused, wondering where all this was coming from now. Well, she could guess, but really, she had believed he had moved on from any bitter resentment of Sora, or his fate. Watching him intently, her eyes followed him as he strode past her, and she stood still for a moment, lost in thought at this turn of events as her vision didn't move from his retreating back. Flickering her sight to another side, she saw Hayner, Pence, and Olette in full view, now that Roxas's figure was gone, and she stared at them for awhile, before nodding to herself in a sort of resolution.

Turning around to Sora, she gave him a concerned glance, before placing her palm on her chest, a sort of sad gleam in her eyes. "I'll be right back, okay? I'll try to talk to him..." Taking in around her surroundings once more, she then focused on the task, and set off after him, heading away from the secret spot as she got into the alley. She spotted Roxas close right away, and slowing her steps, she calmly walked up to him, only halting when she was close to his presence, and looking at him directly. Naminé didn't know exactly what to think, though she did want to understand what was bothering him. Sighing, as she fiddled with her hands before clasping them, her expression set gently and tenderly, and her voice was more hushed, though she also showed that she wasn't quite connecting his actions. "That was quite something to say...Roxas. Didn't...I thought you came to terms with our fate? Remember? That we didn't fade into darkness, and we can live through Sora and Kairi, and remember ourselves as we were..."

Her eyes quivered a little, and she averted them to the floor, closing them for a second. She reopened them, and concentrated on his face again, tilting her head. She somewhat pondered if he was going to dismiss her or ignore her like he did before when with Repliku at the beginning. "And...Hayner, Pence, and Olette, the real ones this time, can get to know you, and be your real friends. It doesn't have to be just Sora...I mean, how did they act? I'm certain they like you." She then softened. "I want to be here for you, Roxas. You can talk to me, what's wrong?"

As Roxas had suspected,Namine had came to his side to try and help him out.He came to a stop as he reached a Struggle poster near the exit toward Market Street and turned to face her,his eyes staring into hers with a look of utmost seriousness."..I know I accepted my fate there..but seeing as I'm back again,I find it harder to accept the outcome of what happened to me.."he explains as best as he can.He already felt bad about making her worried, and even though he'd like to stay,he could do some good in the fight.

"I want to live through myself, not through someone who's like me..but not me.."he folded his arms and looked toward the old Struggle poster, remembering he and Hayner, that is..the digital one, checking it out and agreeing to enter. To Roxas..it was the good times..but they weren't real after all.Thinking that he looked a bit childish with his arms folded and looking away from Namine,he faced her and unfolded his arms, grabbing her hands and holding them."..Do you understand how I feel?.."

  10. Larxene looked up when she heard Marluxia's voice out of her bored sight of Xemnas attempting to open a portal, and didn't even bother glancing to her side to spot his figure as she just raised her hand up, and caught the tape recorder in her hand, a slight tap sound heard at the contact. She shifted her big, doe, aquatic eyes that were too innocent for a female of her personality to the object, moving it in her palm as if it was the most interesting item to study. To her, it was. She needed a outlet to single out her thoughts, frustrations, and to vent, as well as her personal sentiments, and she now didn't mind picking up this old habit. After all, she had a lot to say now, just under the few hours or minutes, she didn't know, that she'd been back. She could call this her "healthy" way of expressing herself without having to kick a rib or two. Despite the fact that she wasn't opting to look at him, she did steal a gaze at the pink haired man, somehow noting that there was a sudden change in him. Very subtly, but there, and her eyebrows came together in a skeptical reaction. The ill-willed gleam in his eye wasn't fully there now, that's for sure, nor did his face appeared as fierce as it was just a few moment's ago. She pondered how she could even spot these things.

The only distraction that came to disrupt her curious research on the member was Axel's response, and Larxene snapped her head at him sharply in a suspicious manner...in a very natural, and accusing way, simply because she was alerted by his remark. As she should. There was no doubt to always question this man after all the crap that went on. He was a disgusting and vile creature, and the exact symbol of what desertion and treachery that this world, or worlds, have. The thing was, he didn't come off as having some secret agenda as did the others who did choose her, yet, she would've bet that his reply was going to be her, completely certain, so, it did kind of make her glare at him hard when it was the opposite. Yeah, nothing that Axel did was ever right to her. Not that she gave a damn. If anything, she would knife out his guts if given the chance, and make building blocks out of them to play with. That was a good vision, and it made her smile for a bit as the thought gave her goosebumps. The good kind. She did roll her eyes, however, at the way he worded his answer. Since when did he ever sound like he understood what he was saying? Larxene would expect this from someone like Zexion, not...this idiot. This was fully twisted. Although, she was aware that Axel was in some small percentage, intelligent, to give him a piece of credit, as his manipulation skills were to be taken into account, as well as his sharp orchestration. She was to ignore that for her own amusement and resentment, nonetheless. She did feel as if something was in want of clearance, though, and she directed this at the redhead. "Convincing? Are you kidding me? Xaldin, if anything, can rival my sadism in a landslide, and that's saying something. The only difference is that I find it more for fun, while he does it seriously, yet more coldly. And will do harsher things, from what I have heard. And seen by myself on my time here. Have you noticed his ruthless behavior and attitude? If anyone is to make any of the Keyblade wielders angry enough to attack, it would be him. I'd say we're on equal status in this situation. But, then, we know a particular someone who was also a bit on the cold-blood route who fits the bill as well, back in a familiar castle. And people think I'm bad. Seriously."

    Evil glare of doom again.

    Just for added measure.

And even with the effort, it came out looking as a pout.

Huffing, she finally settled her eyes once more on Xemnas, having nothing more to say, who had given up on trying to create a type of Dark Corridor to be useful for her to pass through.

Xemnas let out a calm sigh, leaning back on his seat with a sort of grace that could only pertain to himself, after the failed try of making a portal. He had thought that with more will power, especially when concerning him, it would be able to be done, yet, it seems, he had underestimated the grasp this entity had on their right of passage. He had listened, nevertheless, at Axel's words, and for a moment, he was the only one convincing enough for him to reconsider. Either way, it was voted, and he was not going to risk Xaldin for those reasons alone, lest something occurs that may end his life. If anyone had to prove themselves, it was the only female so far, counting out one specific other. Now that the reminder was there, he contemplated why she hadn't resurrected like the rest have done. Odd, indeed. He had to focus on the now, however, and simply eyed Larxene at her outburst. While she did have a point, he had to admit, it wouldn't make a difference. She was the one to go. Having a while to see if anyone had anything more to add to the current conversation, if that's what it should be called, he went to announce blatantly, "As predicted, it does not work. I had thought I could manage, but it seems as if this enemy has a tight, and strong, hold over our method of transportation."

His gold eyes scanned them all. "We need a group effort."

OOC: And that's as far as I will go on that one, until further notice. Now, onwards to Nami-chan.

Naminé blinked her eyes, her orbs delicately falling on the now clasped hands of her and Roxas, and she couldn't help herself, but stare at it in a silent, yet vague shock. She knew it shouldn't have been possible, but her face had warmed considerably as she felt her body tense, and the only time she had experienced this in a sort of similar nostalgia was with Sora back in Castle Oblivion. It was odd remembering his actions, and the way he went about them, as Sora did have a way with words, despite the fact that it was all a lie, yet...Roxas wasn't him, and she knew this, because the touch felt incredibly different from both times her hand had been held. With Roxas's, while Sora's was soothing, his was...she couldn't find the right word to describe the sensation she was going through at the very second. Alive? Whole? Right? Her breaths had quicken a little, and she just stayed in this position, knowing that the warmth radiating in her palms from her important person was...nice. Sora and Roxas weren't the same, and ever since she had met him, she was glad to have the blond be her companion. Those days at Castle Oblivion seemed...vacant in comparison, now that she had someone for herself to confide into. Thinking back on Roxas's words, however. made her feel suddenly guilty that she was distracted by it....but, in honesty, she did not have a answer to it as she should have.

Mostly, because...she didn't disagree with him. At the thought, her eyelids lowered dejectedly, as the surface of her eyes began wavering and getting glassy, her lips frowning, and her expression sorrowful. Naminé understood how he felt. She could accept her fate more than him, as she never had such a desire to be friends with others, or to be normal, because no matter how much she wanted it, she could never be normal to a certain standard. And she had spent so much of her time alone...so she wasn't as affected. The only hope that had kept her when she returned to Kairi, was the need to be whole and not disappear into darkness, but Roxas woke up something inside her...something that was already there, as she recalled her hesitancy to meet with Kairi and go to Destiny Islands before. Even with not having any ties to hold her like he did, she...did want to be her own person. She did want her life somehow, and at the same time, she knew she wasn't ever suppose to exist, and that she would never be complete without her other half. Roxas and her could live to be and see each other in both of their eyes, pass Sora and Kairi, but was it enough? Naminé was aware of the role she needed to fulfill...

It was uncanny how much, now that the reality was set into place, this feelings surfaced. She was fine and happy with it before, wasn't she? So she should be fine and happy with it now in turn, right? But...there was something about being this free again...

Something swelled up in her throat, and she found her vision hazing with a mist, and she had to blink her eyes once more to take it away. Looking at their hands again, she returned the gesture more thoroughly by pressing and squeezing them gently in a communication that she knew, and shared, his concerns, and finally gazed up at him, meeting with his striking, placid cerulean eyes. Her head nodded at him in reply, her voice timid, soft, and low, more fragile than before, "Yes...yes I do..." Shaking her head, she composed herself, though her eyes said otherwise. "But we can't...they need us, Roxas...and, we can't be complete without them...and...it's for the best...?"

Naminé clammed up, swaying into silence for a moment as her stare never shifted, before giving a sigh, a bittersweet smile tugging her lips, as she went to clear her bundled up mind, and drift away from the topic. "We shouldn't think about that now...so, for the present, we should enjoy the time we have. Would you come with us? You can see Hayner, Pence, and Olette after, as they'll be right here."

OOC: Well, I suppose with DestinyStar leaving this RP permanently, Kairi is now an official character assigned to me?

    [TWTNW]
His deep, cold, blue eyes immediately fell upon the red-haired pyromaniac no sooner had the sound of him clearing him throat echoed throughout the hollow, white room. An eyebrow lofted under that hood of his when Axel threw in his vote—Xaldin. This mere sentence had definitely caught the attention of everyone in the room, and it definitely caught Marluxia’s attention as well as Larxene’s, who was looking astonished and a little lost, wondering why the pyro voted what he did, and what were his motives. Axel leaned back in his chair, before continuing his sentence, the familiar slightly uncanny smirk spreading across his lips, enough to make Marluxia grit his teeth and the so called meticulous expression now covering his face as he studied Larxene was causing him to curl his fists into a tight ball; but no one noticed this of course, as everyone’s attention in the room was now focused on him as he began to explain his ‘reasons’ as to why pick Xaldin over the blonde Nymph.

Trustworthiness? Reliability? Dependency? Oh, how quaint! Marluxia too has leaned back on his chair, slightly to the right, his elbow resting on the armrest and his fingers gently smoothing his lips as he listened to the hilarious words that poured out of that man’s mouth, and after a few seconds into him finishing his reasoning, Marluxia couldn’t help himself when a small chuckle of amusement left his lips and echoed about the room along with Axel’s dying echo of words. Oh, he was one to talk of trustworthiness, reliability and dependency—a wild card by nature, he himself was nothing less than deceitful, selfish and traitorous to the lowest of the low! The irony of his statement versus his own personality had Marluxia twitching in silent laughter as he tried to hold his tongue as Larxene spat her reply back at the pyro for his decision of choosing Xaldin over her. She seemed certainly angry that Xaldin was Axel’s ultimate choice. If her name was called, she was displeased. If Xaldin’s name was voted on called, once again she was displeased. Intriguing.

“Is there not a decision that pleases the lady?†Marluxia chuckled after clearing his throat. “And that was almost too kind of you Larxene—cold-blooded? Why thank you.â€

Making small gesture of gratitude with his hand to the pouting lady for her loving compliment, he turned his attention to the now quiet redhead.

“Amusing how you imply that Larxene cannot be trusted with such a task as this considering her involvement with me and my plans previously at Castle Oblivion. You aren’t such a saint either, Axel. Don’t get me wrong now, neither am I...I admit it, but you...are a whole new definition and living example to the words deceitful, selfish, and more specifically to the word ‘traitor’. You are perhaps the perfect definition of what a Nobody is. Nothing more than a selfish, hollow figure of a shell of your Other.†He paused. “Despite her treachery and disloyalty to the Organization itself, she is nonetheless a very reliable, trustworthy and very capable nobody...I, of all us present here, know this best as she and I were close associates—to some degree at the least...â€

    Silence...

Where...did THAT come from? Had he just complimented Larxene’s character unknowingly?

    “Uhh...â€

    Awkward...

    Change of subject...NOW!

“Speaking of charisma...Larxene, I think Axel just implied that you not only lack the capability of doing this task successfully, but also that you lack personal character as well. You’re not going to sit here and take that are you?â€

With that being said, he turned his attention to the Superior who for the whole time had been attempting to open a portal through which Larxene would begin her new assignment. He needed ‘group effort,’ he’d said, and Marluxia sat up ready to comply to Xemna’s wishes, completely ignoring whatever that was either about to or not about to take place behind him.

There seemed to exist a strange tension in the air when Sora entered the Usual Spot, an awkward and rather uncomfortable silence. Hayner, Pence and Olette were sure enough there and were seated in their usual spots looking casual, quiet, looking and concentrating on Naminé and Roxas. The blond haired boy was also standing beside the trio, and Naminé stood facing him not but a few steps ahead of the doorway. He’d heard Naimié telling Roxas of their plans and what they’d hoped of him when they’d come to retrieve him. Sure, he didn’t expect a shrill elation of joy and happiness from Roxas when Naminé announced they were going to try and enter The World That Never Was, but no sooner had Sora entered the room, with a grin on his face and his hand up in the air, ready to wave his energetic ‘hello’ to these old buddies of his, the bitter sound of Roxas’ voice reached his ears and the grin in his face died a little as his other half almost immediately threw him a sharp glance, trudging past Naminé and him, disappearing outside the door.

â€Was it...something I said?†He mumbled, completely confused, looking from Hayner to Pence, to Olette and finally Naminé, hoping for an answer. Naminé’s eyes had followed Roxas out the door and now she stood before Sora, their eyes meeting and Sora trying to make sense of Roxas’ strange behavior and what seemed to be a sudden resentment of Sora. Like him, Naminé too looked confused, and the expression of distress was written all over her face. The familiar rueful expression from the times of Castle Oblivion was once again present, and with that, Sora’s face completely fell. Was there ever a time when she was not distressed and contrite? It then that she spoke, asking for a brief moment, if she could talk to Roxas alone. Sora had nothing to say to her, and merely looked at her blankly for a few seconds before giving her a nod and watching her leave through the same door and disappearing behind it.

Sora was truly confused by the events that just took place, and he was not sure what to make of it all, but he couldn’t help but feel that his presence in the room was caused all of this. With a slight sigh he looked at the floor, at his feet...Had he messed things up for them?

Demyx slowly trudged alone after the keyblade master, lost in his own world. As they came to their destination, Demyx stopped and stared at the wire gate of the Usual Spot forlornly, wondering whether to go in after Sora. Despite the welcoming he got by Riku, he couldn't help wondering if he actually belonged with them. After all, Roxas killed him, just because he said a friendly hello. Not to mention the deserting thing. Would Roxas greet him like an old friend, or would he simply shun Demyx?
Snapping Demyx out of his stupor, Roxas' voice sliced through the place his heart would be like a knife through butter. Forgetting his hesitation, Demyx dashed forward through the gate, into the Usual spot, and into Sora's back.
"Woah!" Demyx yelled, as he toppled over. He sprung back to his feet, staring at Roxas with confused fury. "You've been given a chance to rejoin your other, yet you spurn it? Don't you understand?! This is what every nobody dreams of; a chance to rejoin with their other. Roxas, Sora isn't someone who is like you, he is you! Without him, you are incomplete."
Demyx saw that it was futile, and tried another tactic.
'Every single nobody is about to be annihilated. We need you to help us! We need someone to stay behind to help unite the worlds, but we also need someone to come with us and help move lesser nobodies, and help communicate with the Organization. You should come with us, we need your help here, not Sora's. So, will you help us?"

Even a complete fool could hear the uncertainty in Namine's voice, and Roxas took a small amount of pride from he getting through to her. However, her mind was still focused on becoming whole with their somebodies.Roxas wasn't going back..at least not soon.He slightly loosened his grip on her delicate hands and opened his mouth, intending to respond..until Demyx threw in his two cents."..Yeah?..well complete or not,I'd take myself anyday..I hold half of what he is..doesn't that mean that I'm different from the other half he holds?"but it was apparent, quite apparent that Demyx wasn't about to quit.He spoke of the organization this time, and how he could talk with them..pfft,yeah right."..Go back to the Organization that tried to kill me off?..and don't bring Axel into this..they all wanted me destroyed.."Roxas countered. So what if they were all destroyed, what did it matter to him?

But his friend, Axel.. he couldn't leave him to die like that to some strange fate..he may still be with the Organization..but they were still best friends. But Hayner and the others..he wasn't sure of where to turn."..Just...tell me more about these things we're facing.." he asked silently.

    "Different? Yes. Unbalanced, definitely!"
Demyx summed up his argument in four words, and considered leaving it at that, but couldn't resist disobeying Roxas and bringing the spikey haired felon into it.
"Look, Roxy, Do you mind if I call you Roxy? Yes? Great. Well Roxy, for the short time I was in Castle Oblivion, Axel only mopped around. In fact, I gave him a lot of trouble over it. Ever heard of yaoi? No, I suppose not..." Demyx broke off, certain that it was not the right route to go on.
"Anyway, he seems to really miss you. In fact, the only reason he isn't here right now is because this thing blocked him from leaving Castle Oblivion." Demyx thought wildly, and started to improvise. "He kept throwing himself at the barrier, doing himself a great deal of harm. He almost killed himself, but Xemnas himself had to come and stop him. When he saw that I was let through, he shouted after me 'make sure you tell Roxas I am sorry about everything I did to him!' "
Demyx finished spectacularly, lying fluently. He was a nobody. No ethics there. And he wasn't likely to be found out unless Axel got saved. But he would cross that bridge when he came to it.

    He kept trying and

OOC: :D I reread my reply, and after reading your responses, it apears it was sufficient enough ^^ This is fun. But be warned, Axel's gonna get inside Larxene's mind one of these days and really stump her.

Axel couldn't help but grin at the blonde's dumbfounded expression, however short-lived it was. But as she counterpointed his words, he reassesed them. "I suppose you could say that Xaldin has a stronger threshold for controlling his sadism." He shook his head, dismissing the matter, for now, as he let the subject drop. Only, the pink-headed Pansy King had to bring it back up.

Axel hadn't missed his moment of humor prior to Larxene's outlashing, and had half-expectede such a reply. He straightened his back ever so slightly, almost subconsciously, and leaned forward to speak directly to the man. "I believe the dispute was between Larxene and Xaldin, am I correct? Not to mention the mere hipocracy within your own statement. Perhaps I had laid the layer on too thick, but that doesn't matter. No one here can claim they are of entirely good morals. Besides, what really matters is that we send someone that will get the job done. We decided to vote, and I voted apart from most of you." Axel rested his arm on the seat, sifting his weight after being still for that amount of time. "And this is going to need a group effort." He glanced back at Xemnas. "Seeing as how we've decided the 'who,' let's get to the 'how.'"

Roxas, despite wanting to call Demyx out as a liar, listened as he spewed bullsh*t straight from his mouth.Axel wasn't the type to mope..regret maybe,or be a little sad on the inside..but mope around Castle Oblivion missing him?Unbelievable..while Demyx could have fooled him with the part where Axel threw himself trying to get through the barrier, the statement Axel told Demyx seemed highly unlikely.Demyx wasn't the type to lie to anyone, except maybe Xemnas..but if he was,why was he going so far for Roxas to come back?

Once he was sure that the Guitar-playing goof was done,he countered."..Well..Dem,I just have to say that your story is highly unlikely..the barrier makes sense and all..but Axel wouldn't dwell over me not being there,he's a bigger man that than..he'd miss me,sure, but wouldn't mope around like a baby. You don't..'seem'..like the type to lie to anyone except when your going to get in some serious trouble..now how badly would Xemnas beat you if I didn't come back?"he asked, releasing Namine's hands and staring intently at him.

    -----

Alone stood a Silent Hero, in a nearly empty room where only a few of the Organization still slept. What higher force had given him another chance at aquiring a heart? All he had remembered was what had unfolded in Castle Oblivion..and Riku..he released the last of his energy to consume Riku in Darkness.Did it work? Was the young man beaten? He may never find out, but all he could do now was find the others, assuming they were here too.Figuring that they were just as surprised as he was, they may be discussing the phenomenon in the Meeting Area,he'd check there first.

Reaching back and pulling the Black Hood over his head,he consumed himself in darkness and disappearedd, appearing in his seat in silence.Nothing had to be said by him,but hopefully someone could fill him in as to what had happened, and what they planned to do next.He settled in his seat now that his presence was clear and known. He prepared to take in every word he heard.

  18. OOC: It seems we need a reminder - Castle Oblivion =/= The castle in The World That Never Was.
Castle Oblivion: the one in CoM.
Castle in TWTNW: A completely different castle. From what I've seen, it appears the more "official" name for this one is the Castle That Never Was, though we need to certify anything concrete.

Naminé, despite herself, was enticed in the moment, more so with the topic as it was something she found troublesome, and now had someone to talk about it with. It seems he's also figured her out, and as she opened her mouth to say something else, they were suddenly interrupted by Demyx, which not only shortened the conversation, but in turn, ruining the sort of mood they were both in. The out of left field appearance, as she thought it was decided that only she and Sora will fetch Roxas, made her blink. It was all so fast that she couldn't understand how it was done, and Demyx was then sharing his own opinion. He had a point that there was no other option, they weren't complete, and if she did not go back into Kairi eventually, she won't be complete either. Naminé could not bring herself to act on that selfish impulse no matter how tempting, or how much she wanted it, and she sighed despondently, letting Roxas handle the reply. After, with not much countering, it was the subject of Axel, and she became quite interested, considering she also wondered about the man. It was quite hard to think of the redhead as...well...that dependent on Roxas. She had been present at the time when Axel was at his worst in terms of loss, and it was not truly that desperate. From what she had witnessed, he was just having a hard time accepting that his best friend was completely gone, no hope, no him coming back, no matter how much he had tried. She could conclude that Roxas's friendship made the loneliness of being a Nobody, let alone the Organization, ease up, as well as Roxas being more special in the branch of having a Heart that somehow made Axel feel for the while. It could be anything, but she still pondered over the mystery, as she was the one that suspected the chance of Roxas harboring one in the first place. It was odd.

It was there she felt Roxas let go of her hands, and once more found herself looking down, somehow...displeased? Fluttering her eyes at that, she shook her head softly, and vaguely, running it off her mind, before tilting her head back up and watching the two males proceed with their exchange. All they needed was to go back, bid the gang of Hayner, Pence, and Olette a farewell, get Sora, and they were off. With Roxas aboard, hopefully.

Of course nothing pleased her. What in the worlds did she have to be pleased about lately? Whatever minimum amount of hope she had for people to counter her judgment of them, buried, deep, deep, deep, very deep inside of her, to the point where she couldn't really access it [if it was even there], had completely been vanquished. Deceitful, deceptive, devious, double-dealing, hypocritical, two-faced...she could go on her list of why she'd rather be left alone in whatever damned life she had to face next. Sure, she wasn't any different, but why should she be? What will she gain that's positive? She didn't earn anything for being nice, that was a lesson hard earned. Be all happy and smiling and passing through the worlds as if a grin got stuck on her face, while the rest were the opposite? It was like that pathetic Sora. Oh no, I lost my world and friends: smile. Oh no, I lost everything: smile. I've been brainwashed with false memories that never, ever happened: there still my memories anyway, smile. Geez, was that freaking irritating. He needed a harsh wake up call, if he didn't have one already. Her slapping him around didn't help.

Yet, the complete redheaded incarnation of all these negatives listed had his presence in the room, breathing and talking, and making her have the need to twist his neck until she heard that delightful crack. Xaldin can control his sadism? Then what the hell was she doing now? Because, for certain, she wanted to decapitate and gut out Axel and do a tap dance in glee with his detached limbs right now as they spoke. In fact, from the very beginning of when she laid her eyes on his figure she had been in desire for blood lust concerning the b@stard. She wanted to see him writhe. She wanted to see him squirm. She wanted to see him suffer. She wanted to see him cry. Someone forbid, she had enough hatred [as far as being a Nobody goes] to fulfill those actions and more.

The man had no idea what he was talking about, and if he didn't shut up, she'll do the favor, and make sure he won't ever speak again permanently. She also didn't know what was Marluxia expecting her to do, because she could care less about Axel's opinions or thoughts of her. Before, admittedly, she might've given a damn, but now? She had nothing left of him, no respect, no trust, no like, no remnants. He was not worth it as a person, a human being, or any creature to her. Axel was at the very bottom of her totem pole, and people there were scum, whose words were automatic garbage. It wasn't like she was building herself up to please him, it wasn't like she was losing a friend, hah, or someone that was actually of importance to fake a personification in the faith that it will meet a positive reaction. Did she even ever had one of those? Possibly. She couldn't bother to remember. All she knew was that they ended up unsatisfactory in her eyes, as they all managed to leave a harming imprint. So, he thinks she lacked personal character? Good. More reason for him not interact with her.

Apparently, he also wasn't in guilt, or remorse, or whatever emotion was of being ashamed for commiting nasty deeds, of his acts at Castle Oblivion, for further proof that just as she, there were no ties. She didn't want anything to do with him, and she didn't want anything to do with anyone in this Organization any longer in general. The moment this crap is solved, if she wasn't dead by then, she'll hightail it and never come back. But, Larxene could not comprehend why was Marluxia defending her, as well as complimenting her for double the confusion. She wouldn't be questioning his reasons for doing so if trust wasn't abandoned in the dust, yet, this was a bit surprising. Either way, she went to give her respond considering that her name was in the current conversation, and with a slight roll of her eyes, she gazed at Axel blankly. "You wouldn't state that Xaldin had control of his sadism if you actually went through my mind about the wrath I want to bring upon you, and the time span of how long I'm enduring it. If anything, my patience so far is a blessing. And you might call Marluxia a hypocrite, and he may have shocking colored hair, as well as power, but the fact stands that he's more of a man than you'll ever be, with the added unfavorable traits. You're not half the guy you'd like to be, Axel. Either you're selfish and a complete prick, or you moan and whine and mourn like a girl who just lost her puppy."

Done with him, she turned her sight on Marluxia, adding to him while she mocked Axel's attempt to come off smart, with bonus exaggeration on her part, "And he can perceive whatever he wants of me. Does it appear like his words are illustrious to my nonexistence? Not at all. The only matter that rouses me is that he's not yet in his grave with no point of a return. I am capable of harnessing self-control when need be, it's not as if I'm a raging bubble waiting to explode, with no lack of tact that will scream and jump at whoever thinks ill of who I am. Nevertheless, as it stands, yes, we do have to..." She took a break there to wave her hand around in a circle, referring to everyone present, as a feline smirk graced her face, this time, sarcasm joining her tone, "...unite as a group, to put forth our gifted strength into one focus, and accomplish the goal of summoning the Dark Corridor to let me through so I could begin my mission of high priority."

She winked, before a certain portal opening from her peripheral vision caught her attention, and she glanced over at the fifth chair as a sphere of darkness rained down upon the throne, revealing the body of the only man that can possibly flung her up in the air, and she'll be sent out to outer space by the sheer force of power in that alone [or something equivalent]. Larxene took a moment to take in Lexaeus, before shifting to Xemnas, who no doubt spotted, or even predicted, the entrance of The Silent Hero.

Xemnas had indeed, foreseen the coming of another one of his colleagues, and had paused his current task to observe the appearance of his fifth member. That would add the count of a disciple by four, and the only one that was missing was Vexen, whenever he would awaken. At least, they had a moderate number to be able to think more deeply into the situation thoroughly. As Axel, Marluxia, and Larxene were in a discussion of their own volition, he did not think it would delay putting a hold on the plan as of now to explain the problem to their new conscious arrival. Giving a well poised nod of his head, he welcomed him, "It is good to finally have you here, Lexaeus. There is much to disclose on information, as well as the movement we are partaking in at this second, however, before I could decipher the meaning of this, it is of haste for you to be aware of the update on our dilemma. Larxene has graciously recorded the former speech of the events surrounding us along with a few assumptions." It was at the end of the sentence, that he turned to the mentioned female. "If you would lend him the tape recorder in your possession, Larxene."

He waited. It was obviously not a question, but a demand, and it was to be carried out.

Larxene glowered. "Will he be able to catch the object if I throw it at him from the distance? Because, I do need the tape recorder for future purposes that will remain obscure. Marluxia was close enough to make it simple and easy, yet Lexaeus is basically on the other side."

He let out a breath. "I don't see why not."

Jack gets tire of waiting at the portal and decides that he was going to see what was taking them so long.Jack portalled to demyx. They should've found that boy roxas by now he thought. He appeared beside demyx and listened to how roxas refused to come and denied all explanations especially the one about axel.Jack begins to speak "You don't know me do you boy" he said to roxas "We need people to come and destroy this maelstrom of oblivion, the very thing that is closing in on the organisation at this very moment, that includes Number VII, the one you who as axel. After the organisation it will come for other world and this is just a guess but i think the reason it could access the world that Never Was because it dwelled in twilight which means it can access other worlds that are in between like traverse town,Radient Garden and...here...This is a guess but if you want to keep that which you hold dear you need to help us" he finished.

Demyx shook his head. "Hey! D'you remember what happened when the Organization wanted to kill you? Axel pleaded to do the job, then purposefully failed, just to see you live. Afterwards, he condemned himself by attempting to bring you out of Sora! He died trying to let you escape! Now think back to that scene. He was so sure about meeting you again in 'the next life'. Consider his dispair when he got his 'next life' but realized you were not there and he could not reach you.
"As for his ending statement, it is quite simple. He did not ever explain to you about why he agreed to attack you, so the easiest thing to do under the circumstances was to give me an apology."
Demyx stared back into the blond boy's eyes. He almost felt the child's heart...
    "Whoa!"
Demyx stumbled backwards, tripping over a rod, a look of surprise on his face. He shook his head. He muttered to himself to calm his thoughts, "Nah, impossible. He can't have one, I must be imagining it..."
"Ahem." Demyx slowly got to his feet, slightly confused, but eager to continue his conversation. "Anyway, why would I follow Xemnas? Don't you think he would give me something more important to do that chase down a rogue nobody who may or may not have reappeared?" Demyx raised an eyebrow, ridiculing the concept. "All I am doing is trying to convince you to come with us to The World that Never Was to help save the Nobodies. My reason being that there is a being keeping them captured there, and Sora received a letter from someone who mentioned souls. DiZ has also said that the being is going to destroy the Nobodies and steal their souls to be used to power it. I understand how you want to just live your own life. I want to be safe as well. But this thing was strong enough to thwart Xemnas and revive the Organization. If it got any more power, none of us would be safe."
Demyx then glanced down, melancholy seeping from his very soul. "And to be honest, I doubt the Organization would listen to me. Demyx the coward, coming back with a far fetched tale..."
