Kingdom Hearts: Struggle for Earth

Wesely sighed and looked at the controls for the ship. He couldn't make sense of them, "someone land the ship before we have a fight and crash. Alright kids."

 

Ooc: ship's been landed, sorry to forget that ouo;

 

Riku kept holding Eden back, but then got an idea.... He grabbed the parts that the dark mark had already reach, the clawed hand mainly. He tried to absorb some of the darkness that was going haywire, hoping that it would stall the spreading.

 

Eden calmed down, huffing in air, her face was covered by the black mark, her other eye was a yellow. The mark was
starting to the left arm. She observed her changes, taking out the iTouch to see the reflection of her face. She put it away, shrugging off Riku- an action she didn't think she'd ever do. "Leave me here. The way I'm going is going to get you all killed."

 

"Eden....."Riku frowned, shaking his head. "I could.... I could try and take it, I can take all of it on myself. We aren't leaving you behind."He said. "Riku..."Sora frowned in concern. "Just... let me try to take some of it away... if I can..."Riku said. The world was in peril, he wanted to save every person he could from the darkness, even if it meant succumbing to the darkness again.

 

Eden shook her head. "You are more fit to save the world. Go get 'em Shadow." she walked away, hoping to just succumb to the darkness with peace.

 

"Riku, you can't. It might be too much for you. Besides, even if you can, you need to find your special person first!" Kairi said, pausing for a moment as she felt her cheeks get a bit red. She heard Eden and nodded, "There are other ways. Maybe other survivors can help.."

"She's right. This ain't a time for sacrifice," Monica muttered, looking away from them since she felt horrible when she spoke in front of people, "Let's go already.."

 

"STOP!" Wesely yelled, "everyone just stop before we all do something stupid!"

OC: are we outside or still in the gummi?

 

Riku frowned as Eden walked away. "Riku....you okay?"Sora went over to Riku. "I can't believe she would just give up hope like that... I should've taught her how to use the darkness as soon as I could...I warned her about it and she still..."Riku trailed off, frowning. "Riku..."Sora wrapped his arms around Riku. "Its not your fault....Don't go blaming yourself, okay?"he whispered, smiling a bit. "Sora...."Riku was alittle nervous at the embrace, trying to hide his red face from the girls.

OOC:Wesley was inside the gummi ship, Sora and Riku are officially outside in their friendship hug with the rest watching them from afar....

 

OC: *sigh* I'll just wait till your all done

 

OOC:Yeesh, no need to rush.....

 

Eden walked out of sight, she wasn't giving up hope- even with the small amount she had left-, she was not going to allow everyone to get hurt. She turned back, remembering. "Take care of Andrew for me!" To that, she walked farther away. The Heartless were surprisingly leaving her alone.

 

Andrew was looking through the window of the Gummi Ship, watching the events unfold below. He was in a state of depression and shock. He couldn't believe the one person connected to his old life before the Heartless invasion was leaving him.

 

Valerie went to check on Andrew. "Hey.... Don't worry, Edens a tough girl... she'll probably fight off that darkness and then we'll find her again...you'll see."she smiled.

"Maybe I should go after her..."Riku said. "What, don't have faith in her? She's a tough girl...just like you. If you managed to fight the darkness, then maybe she can too..."Sora smiled. "Kairi's watching you know. She may get the wrong idea..."Riku chuckled. Sora said nothing.

 

Eden ran through the roads, trees and areas. It was not long after she met up with Heartless... Surpringly shrugging her off. A Rabid Dog heartless nipped at her heels, barking up a storm. "Stupid little demon." She kicked it, now finding herself annoyed with these pooches. It barked still, attracted to her for some odd reason.

 

"And if she can't," Jeffrey added after Valerie comforted Andrew, "we'll save her some how. There's always a way."

 

"Sora, I have to get her back...please."Riku said. "No! Please, don't! I can't lose you to the darkness again!"Sora snapped, suprising not only Riku but himself as well. "Sora...."Riku was alittle suprised at how concerned Sora was. "Please.... I'm not losing my best friend again...."Sora frowned. "Sora, I will never make the same mistake I made last time.... The darkness won't take me that easily.... I'll be fine, honest...."Riku said. "...That was out loud?"Sora felt his face turn a bright red in embarassment. "I swear that sounded less akward in my head!"he said.

 

"Till then. We need to keep moving so everyone on we have awhile till our next stop," Wesely finaly chimed in. Guns why don't they have guns I mean come on they make fighting these things alot easier.

 

"You found my pet." The shadow nobody from earlier returned. Eden growled, her claw out again.
"Take it, I don't need a demon." she snarled, a bit feral.

 

"I'll be fine. Go ahead on the gummi ship. I'll find Eden."Riku pat Sora on the head. "But-"Sora gave a small frown. "Don't worry about me, Sora. I'm never going to the darkness again, I promise."Riku said. "But-"Sora whimpered. "Its not like I'm going away forever. I'll back back and I'll have Eden with me. Now man up, you're not a kid anymore..."Riku ruffled Sora's hair. "Alright...."Sora took off his crown pendant necklace.

"What are you doing?"Riku asked. "Just keep it safe for now... You can give it back when you come back with Eden."Sora grinned. Riku chuckled. "Alright..."he put the necklace on and went to find Eden. Sora gave a small sigh, heading back to the gummi ship.
