Kingdom Hearts: Struggle for Earth

Ellen looked up Eden then to where Riku and Sora had ran off to. " Can you tell me more on what happened to Eden and Riku? I keep hearing about him and Eden are bonded. And I remember hearing that Eden was within him once...." Ellen asked very confused on the whole subject. She still wasn't use to the kingdomhearts series ways, such as darkness growing and feeding off someone and what not. But she was mostly curious and wanted to know more.

 

"Honestly I'm confused as you are on what happened between Riku and Eden. But considering most of the things that happen in the KH universe it only proves that there's no such thing as 'no such thing'."Valerie said.

 

The Shadow within Riku's heart scuttled around, sniffing around the memories. It watched the dark dragon, feeling no sense of being threatened and continued observing.

 

Ellen nodded, the philosophy very much true. "I suppose that means no normality as well, really." she giggled slightly. Though she could care less about being normal, it was true. There was no normal day, normal scene,normal second really. All since the day heartless attack 'Earth'.

Icki made his mind loosen and relax, he held the knife within his grasp, pulling it up ahead of him, he slid it into the air and felt the same tug her always felt. He was in his 'Zone' and with ease he cut a portal open and pulled the small blade to the opposite side and down, causing the portal to open. He smirked to himself, impressed on how good he was getting, thought still not use to his 'Zone' mode.. He put the knife away in it's leather-suede sheath it had come with, around his right,thigh. He peeked inside and found nothing real wrong with the world, it was a hotel, very nice hotel and the portal was opened just beside a bathroom luckily. He stepped through the portal, and turned back to close it, feeling the corner of force and pinched it. He fixed his coat's collar and walked on toward the front desk near his position.

 

The dark dragon kept a wary eye as the shadow observed Rikus memories, being alittle territorial towards the 'little pest'.but the creature decided to tolerate the Shadow for now....

"Of course, its not all that bad. I mean, we got to meet the keyblade wielders. Thats like every KH otakus dream. I've always wanted to travel to different worlds...I at least want to see what Destiny Islands is really like..."Valerie smiled at the thought.

 

The Shadow started to tap memories, or bandages of them. It seemed to be tapping all of Eden's memories, looking through and removing one with care. The memories around it started to slightly break.

 

"I couldn't agree with you more. I always wanted an adventure, to have fun like this with a bunch of friends." Ellen smiled as well at those thoughts. "But now that Im on it, I'm much more of a wuss then I thought I would" she let out a small chuckled. Or maybe it was just her brain criticizing her. A sudden zap from her blade made her jump slightly, she ignored it and went back to her daydreaming. "Maybe the Dot Hack games are real too, and one day we'll have 'The World' game"

Icki asked the front desk man multiple question; where he was, what day,time and month it was and if there was a room available. The man nodded saying there was a small one bed, bath room on the second floor available. Icki didn't ask how much, and just handed him a credit card. It was linked to someone's account, he didn't know, the man who gave him the knife gave it to him and so far there was much money on it. He asked for a receipt to check the balance and found over five hundred dollars left. He'd have to save money. He put the room under an alias name, the card's account name just syaing 'Savings for kit', but he assured the man it was his father's card and that he would there within a couple of days. The didn't accept this until Icki gave him forty dollars in cash as a bribery.

 

"Heh, who knows how many worlds are out there really...."Valerie noticed that Riku and Sora hadn't come back yet. "I wonder if everythings okay with Riku...she frowned.

The dragon shot a small fire ball at the heartless as some of the memories started to break.

 

The Shadow jumped out of the way, grabbing the broken pieces and putting them all back together. It repeated this process around other areas.

 

"Riku should be fine. He seems to have great strength. It would take a powerful enemy to defeat him, and he has Sora there too" Gexln reminded.

 

Ellen agreed with Gexln's knowledge. "Right. He'll be fine. Perhaps it has something to do with Eden and what we are confused about" she assured them. Riku was strong, he was one a keybeared and he had overcome many obstacles before.

 

"True....Its just like in the game. They both went through so much for the other person..."Valerie gave a small smile. Sora noticed the group looking over to them. "You okay now?"he asked, attention going back to Riku. "Yeah, I think so..."Riku huffed. He could see the dark dragon keeping a careful eye on the Shadow.

 

The Shadow gave the dragon a funny look, as if to say "What?". It scuttled around more, careful to step around the bandage memories.
Eden's wincing subsided, calmly sipping a few juices.

 

Riku and Sora went back over to their table with the others. "You okay now Ri?"Valerie asked. "Yeah..."Riku nodded. Sora groaned, getting another minor stomachache. He easily shook off the minor pain.

 

Ellen smiled. "Thats good. But what happened?" she said curiously, leaning in slightly. She had her Orange Juice in between her hands, close to her chest.


Icki headed to the breakfast buffet before anything, not caring if his clothes were even muddy and torn from his previous adventure in the other world. He was in a jungle,muddy terrain where the animals were all weird and threw the mud from the ground at their enemies; Icki was one of these enemies. He filled his plate with waffles,bacons,eggs,hasbrowns and much more.

 

"Some of Edens memories were acting up, is all...kinda weird since our hearts aren't connected anymore..."Riku said, noticing the dazed look on Sora's face. "You okay, Sora?"Valerie looked over to Sora. "Huh? Oh...Yeah, I'm fine...just haven't been feeling myself...."Sora said nervously.

 

Eden played with a straw, unsure what to do. She didn't want to be rude, that much certain.

 

Jeffrey stood at the bottom of the stairs. Normally, he would have just gone to the others, but he had stopped. He lifted the katana off his side into both of his hands. "Now, I don't know anything about Italy's laws, but I'm pretty sure a sword isn't exactly legal..." he said to himself. He closed his eyes and took deep breath. "Come on, magic; if I can use you, work your stuff..."

 

Ellen finished her Orange Juice. Then remembered something that made her gasped lightly. " Hey Sora could you do me a favor,please?" She turned to him. She had forgotten it while eating and she was lucky to remember.

 

"Um...sure... What is it?"Sora asked. Valerie realized the lack of a certain blonde. "Where's Jeffy..? I'll be right back!"she got up from her seat and went to search for Jeffrey
