Kingdom Hearts: Struggle for Earth

Eden thought back, trying to think of some things. Then she realized something. "I only know how to fight, about the heartless, the nobodies... Everything I need to survive in this world... I didn't bother to really read about anything else." she sighed. "I'm horrible."

 

Perhaps theres a Mcdonalds or something near by. Or they have a breakroom or snack place where we get something out a vending machine." Ellen said, not sure what to eat. She could buy something cheap somewhere. But she wasnt sure if there was something cheap nearby. "Lets head to the lobby."

 

"alright. Off to get some food, and then we'll find Eden."Valerie said, getting off the bed. Sora nodded, feeling alittle off from his usuall energetic self.

 

The elevator soon departed it's passengers, Eden walking to the smell of morning dough and meat. She had dragged Wesely out of the lift, but he would either stay or go. She almost purred at the smells, unsure what she preferred to stomach, or even if there is anything her body will not consume.

 

The hotel had complemtary breakfast.
"Eden it's normal to skim assignend reading but a book on your life that really says something about how you lived your life," Wesely joked although his words rung true even if he didn't know it.

 

"I know." Eden decided not to say much more then that. She picked up a plate and took a tiny bit of everything, staring at most foods in confusion. She tried not to make it obvious though.

There was a man sitting alone looking at the two unsure of something. He wasn't very old only twenty something. He had sort of a displiend air about him, he was a man who looked like he knew what he was doing and where he was going and had a plan for it all. His food already eaten just a glass of yellow juice next to him.

"Ever think it's odd that orange juice isn't orange," Wesely asked as he grabed a cisimon roll from the rack, "oooh chocolet muffens."

 

"Oh... Yeah." Eden looked at the man, staring with curiosity. She stared at him, the hairs on the back of her neck standing up. She wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, so she ended up almost tripping over, food thankfully saved. "Agh, damn..." she muttered, taking her full plate to a table, and then grabbed a few drinks to taste them all. She couldn't remember what she liked or disliked. She sat down, staring at her food in thought.

 

"Eden talk to me what's going on," Wesely said as he sat facing away from the man.

The man siped on his juice and looked at the telvison which featured a picture of Alphonce.

 

"Oh!" Eden shook her head, laughing nervously. "Just a bit dazed. I didn't read about me. Like what I eat, what I like... Just my name and how I survive..." She tried a bit of goat cheese and some cold cooked sausage on bread, finding at least one thing she liked. She sighed, a hand cupping her left eye, a familiar act of her body, but not to her. She ate slowly.

 

Wesely was going to ask why she was cupping her eye but desided ageist it. He ate slowly enjoying his hash browns and eggs.

The man was now reading a book glancing up a few times at the two eating together.

 

Riku had fetched breakfast for everyone, calmly eating his. Valerie was alittle less calm, but managed to contain herself. Sora however was just scarfing down food, not really noticing the stares he was getting from Riku and Valerie. "whrut?"Sora asked with some pancakes in his mouth. "Yeesh, I know we haven't gotten any decent food in a while but Sora!"Valerie was suprised. "ah....sorry..."Sora was alittle embarassed. "you feeling okay there buddy?"Riku asked, alittle curious of the behavior.

Sora nodded, giving off his trademark grin. "Yeah... I guess I was just hungrier than I thought I was..."he chuckled. Valerie rolled her eyes. "You are such a kid..."Riku ruffled Sora's hair.

 

Eden frowned, taking her hand off her eye. She flipped to the other eye and back again. "My left eye views everything in a slight pink tinge..." she mumbled. She shivered, feeling the glances of the male. She gave a side glance, getting up to confront him. "Are you Nox?" she almost demanded.

 

Ellen had poured syrup on her pancakes and sugar. She ate at least three plates. " This is some good food!" She swallowed hard and drank her Orange Juice. Not having eaten for a day made even th weirdest looking food delicous.

 

Riku and Valerie had their fill after a bit of food, and were now staring at Sora and Ellen scarfing down their food. Sora stopped, a tired expression on his face. "ooh...okay, that was a bad idea..."He hiccuped a bit, devloping a stomach ache. "Well you shouldn't have scarfed it down like it was your last meal..."Riku said. Valerie nodded.

 

Gexln sat down near Sora,Riku,Valerie,and Ellen. "If you eat fast like that,you're bound to get stomach pains sooner or later" he said, placing his plate on the table.

 

Had burped and laid back in her chair, full and content. She laughed lightly at Sora, went for her Orange Juice, but nearly spit it out when she saw Gexln. " Wh-When did you come back?! Glen, is he dead?!" She asked in disbelief. She remembered Glen, last seeing him going after Alphonse in dark mode.

 

"Dead? No. Well,yes and no. He lost control of his darkness. Couldn't contain it after seeing Luxek die. Erupted out of him like a giant volcano, as most people would explain it. He lost his heart, therefore allowing me to replace him. I'd feel sorry for him. That is,if i had a heart. And to be honest,i got back a few hours ago,so i'm guessing that's around the time Glen died..what was my other like?" Gexln asked.

 

Wesely turned around to watch the two.

If he was surprised he didn't show it. He looked at Eden gave a small smile and said, "yes, sorry about the stares but none of the others are with you."

 

"They are probably up in their rooms..." Eden looked at Nox, noticing something that wasn't there. "You don't look like much of an official type." she was sadly blunt.
