"And that does... what?" Eden did not like the idea of her heart put on reset. She was really hoping it wouldn't take away all her memories and experience.

 

If a heart contained memories I would have none. This will eliminate all magical abilities you may of had. But as for the memories we'll have to take a diffrent route," Xert explained to Eden.

 

"I don't have any magic abilities..." Eden grumbled with annoyance. "Anyway, what's this route you're talking about?" she was confused of the lingo of which he spoke.

"Magic mainly," Xert said simply. A white ball of light formed in Xert's hand, "now this should equalize the Light and the Darkness in your Heart."

 

Eden closed her eyes at the bright light, but her eye lids showed an orange. "Alright." She strained her ears to hear anything, and what direction until the light was gone. She inhaled sharply, scared.
Her darkness was reacting to the light as well, hissing and feeding faster, not bothering to chew but swallow.

 

Xert pressed the ball to Eden's head elminating the harmful darkness while still keeping an equalization with the rest of her Heart. As the process contiuned the ball of light got smaller and smaller until in became nonexistant.

 

OOC: So what exactly am i supposed to do now? I have no idea where Glen is, or what exactly is going to be taken to. I kinda need some assistance Xert.

 

Eden winced, feeling a bit of a headache. The darkness hissed, trying to fight back, but it did grow smaller with its weakening power. It growled, but nibbled at a few memories as it once had done.

 

The light was gone now. Xert looked satisfied, "that should have done it. Now the next part will be tricky."

 

OOC: Gee,thanks for the help. Glen can't do anything,since i have no idea where he is or how long it will take to get there. Also, what's with the "no sign of the fight" thing? There would've been marks from the bullets everywhere!!

 

OC: rubber bullets Doc. Maybe a streak mark that looks like it came from a shoe

 

ooc: Xert? Please help him?
bic: Eden felt a bit drained and her stiff body relax by force. "Oww..." She winced, her head almost pounding. She breathed out, stiffening once more. "And the tricky part is?"

 

OOC: Yes,"rubber bullets". Because it's not like the soldiers switched to rubber bullets AFTER shooting Glen in the leg,causing it to bleed!

 

Xert's hands were placed on Eden's head again, "you need to look into my eyes. Then we'll begin."

OC: the sinper had real bullets

 

Eden flinched, having heard the term "the eyes are the windows to one's soul"... So staring into his and vice versa was a bit of a frightening thought. She obeyed, biting her lip.

 

The two entered a trance like state. Time became irrelevent, then she and Xert were standing on some sort of stone bridge surrounded by a golden fog. Bellow them in what seemed to be a deep crater was a lake that had a haunting feeling to it. They couldn't see what was ahead of them or what was behind them.

 

Eden watched the surroundings, still as the bridge. She could almost feel the cold smooth stone under her bare feet... well, the body had doll-like shoes, she was just imagining the feeling.

 

"We're a bit off," Xert said. Suddenly they were surrounded by thosands of books. Each book was brown with gold lettering. Each book had a person's name on it. Xert looked over the books trying to find the right name.
