STORY​

Prologue One:

The young woman was relieved that the hooded man came to her aid just in time. For the past few yards, she was being chased by a pack of creatures that were unknown to her. She was frail, and tripped upon a broken crack in the pavement. Right when she thought that it would be the end for her, He came to her aid. With one, mighty swipe of his oddly shaped sword, the creatures seemed to magically disappear.

“T-thank you,†The young woman told the man as she attempted to stand.

The man turned, but she could not see his face under the dark cloak. He raised his arm, putting his weapon right next to the woman’s head. She couldn’t understand what was happening. Was this truly her day to die?

“Your name,†The man demanded. A pair of yellow orb appeared where his eyes should have been.

“Ali,†The girl responded, her voice quivering.

The man lowered his blade, placing it length-wise, and parallel from the woman’s chest. “Take it,†He demanded again from her. Not wanting to make the man angry, Ali took the weapon out of his hand. She could feel a strange power coming from the sword. The man appeared to be waiting for something to happen. Half a minute passed when he finally said “It’s called a Keyblade, and it has chosen youâ€.

Before she could say anything, The man took what he called a "Keyblade" from the girl. Three seconds passed, and another sword appeared in the girl’s grasped. This one was much different; a yellow hilt with an end that looked like a King’s crown. The man smiled, almost laughing, as he seemed to find himself a new project.

Prologue Two:

Three years have passed since the fall of Xemnas, the Nobody to Xehanort. The Nobody was said to be slain by two young boys, who both could use the power of the Keyblade: a weapon whose power comes from the wielder’s own hearts. More than a year before, Sora had slain Xehanort, who had become what is known as a Heartless. Since both the Nobody and the Heartless were sent into the Darkness, they became whole, but were not as powerful.

Master Yen Sid, an old magician and retired Keyblade Master, along with his prodigy, King Mickey, decided that it was best to train the two boys into becoming Keyblade Masters. Both were quickly able to receive their status as Masters of the Keyblade, and to train for the revenge of Xehanort. Both Yen Sid and Mickey knew that Xehanort would be weak, and he wouldn’t do anything to make himself known. They could only wait for the enemy’s first attack, and hope that it could all end as quickly as it would begin.

In that time, Mickey looked over the Secret Ansem Reports. Some of the passages mentioned a “Castle Oblivionâ€, where once was a place where Masters were truly born. He remembered the three brave Masters that fought with him when Xehanort first tired to create Kingdom Hearts, and have long believed that they had passed on in that battle. The events inside the journal had changed his perspective: They were alive, and they needed to be found!

Masters Sora and Riku returned to their homes on Destiny Island, alongside their childhood friend, Kairi. While Kairi had the privilege to become a Master, no one found it right to put a Princess of Heart in the line of battle, and risk ending her life. Secretly, Master Sora had begun training her as well, to prepare her for anything. Ever since he did become a Master, Sora had been experiencing vision of another Him. Kairi had also been experiencing this, dreaming of things that felt so real. Neither one said anything about it to anyone, believing they were only dreams and nothing more. The most emotional vision was one where a boy and a girl, in dark cloaks, eating ice cream on a clock tower one final time.

The balances of the world were changing now. The Heartless have grown in strength and in numbers! In an attempt to keep the balance, more Keyblade wielders have received their Keyblade. However, not all Wielders are pure of heart. A hooded man who goes by “Master X†and his companion Ali have been recruiting members to engulf the world in Darkness, and to finally bring forth Kingdom Hearts!

Rules:
1. All kh-vids and role playing rules apply in this thread.
2. No God-Moding, and no killing off other characters without approval by their player.
3. No OOC moments; meaning, if it’s a character from the games, don’t do anything that they wouldn’t do.
4. Keep everything PG-13! Swearing is okay, but nothing that I, staff, or the site deem as excessive.
5. Couples/relationships are permitted in the RP, but for the sake of some views of people, no Yaoi/Yuri.
6. Don’t control other player’s characters without permission.
7. At least five lines per post.
8. You are allowed to three Kingdom Hearts characters and three OOC characters. I will consider acceptations for this rule if additional characters help the plot and are interesting.
9. No spamming, please.
10. If you read the rules, please put “His Darkness shall rise once more!†somewhere in your post.
11. If you have any problems, please direct them to either me or Twilight_Nobody13 in either VM or PM form.
12. Right now, there is a certain number of worlds to visit, chose from (which will follow the story), however, I am open to other worlds. Just notify me or Twilight_Nobody13 of any ideas.

Since Ali's training under Master X started she has done her best to please her Master and do as he says. Ali believes if she works hard enough she will remember something from her past.

Also has the ability to summon the keyblade his only friend was once able to summon, called the Shadow Keyblade. Personality: Confident, aggressive, cruel, likes to toy with people. Quick to anger.
Short bio: Gexln is truly a Nobody unlike any other. His element is Darkness, and he has had many years of practice with it. As a result, when he is pushed to his limit he is a killing machine. His one goal is to become the strongest being alive. To do that, he is convinced that he needs Kingdom Hearts. To get Kingdom Hearts, he is willing to ally himself with whoever he has to. He once made it his mission purely to hunt keyblade wielders and kill them, until he met a keyblade wielder struggling with darkness that went by the name of Luke. Luke eventually lost control and tried to kill Gexln. Gexln stopped Luke's attack, but as a result lost his friend. After the battle, Gexln gained the use of Luke's keyblade, the Shadow Keyblade. From that moment, he decided to stop hunting keyblade wielders, instead deciding that he would become the strongest being ever to live.

Keyblade: Kingdom Key Z. It's a normal Kingdom Key, but pure white with black orbs on the points of the blade. It has a purple handle. He can also use Synch Blade (Dual Wield), but he does not own another Keyblade so he has to borrow a Keyblade from someone else to Dual Wield.

Personality: Quiet, intelligent, sarcastic to his enemies, and sentimental to his friends.
Short Bio: Zen was actually born 2 years before the first Keyblade War. He aimed to both battle and win the Keyblade war, but met a girl named Ariana. They battled, and for the first time ever, Zen lost. Zen was ashamed and escaped from the Badlands. In order to preserve his dignity, he put himself into an endless sleep. However, the sleep failed when he sensed a throb of darkness (Beginning of KHII). When he awoke, he sought out the darkness and ended the life of many Heartless. However, eventually he found Radiant Garden and secretly assisted the heroes in the Battle of 1,000 Heartless. Since then, he has been hiding in Radiant Garden. But now... the darkness is back, and Zen's quest is about to begin.

Being one not to make friends quickly, due to his belief having too many friends would hold him back, he was often alone. He never let the fact that h didn't have many friends bother him as he could just live with the few he had.

Personality: Used to being a lone wolf, but gets along with everyone. Might seem cold sometimes, but deep down he is a good guy who would do everything to help his friends. He is emotional because of his past, but he puts on a very cold exterior besides to his closes friends. He is a romantic and is constantly looking for love. He seems very mysterious because he doesn't say much, but what he says usually has an impact on someone.
Short bio: At the age of 15 everything Noroz had was ripped away from him, right before his eyes. His family, friends and girlfriend were killed by heartless and that's when Noroz got both his blessing and curse; the Keyblade. After annihilating the Heartless surrounding him. Noroz swore to avenge his friends and family and because of this, he was swallowed by the darkness, but thanks to the strength of his light, he escaped (after 2 years). Because of his experience with Darkness he can now use darkness as well as light when he fights, but it depends on his mood.

Short bio: Hana Kaida Woke up one day in Traverse Town, with no memory of her past. The only thing she remembers is her name, and a sentance: His darkness shall rise once more.
No one in Traverse Town had ever seen her, and she thinks that, like many others, her homeworld must've been destroyed, leaving her in this town of crossroads. In a heartless attack, she discovered her keyblade, and now she protects the town, all the while waiting for something better to come along.

But when the Heartless attacked, both her brother and her lover gave their lives to protect their lives to protect her, after witnessing this tragic moment, Lukya obtained her Keyblades and became a Bounty Hunter. She was just getting started on the bounty hunter business when she heard that His Darkness would return, and tries to balance both bounty hunting and fighting Heartless.

As for Gexln being apart of Master X's group, I will allow it. He will be one of their early recruits. And yes, we'll consider adding extra worlds (as stated above) or ones made by players. Just give us your idea for the world and we'll tell you if that is okay.

 

Ok well my idea for the world is one that TN13's probably heard of at some point. It's called Dark Void. Essentially, it's a world comprised of darkness. It amplifies all negative emotions whilst the person/being is in there. In the centre is a lake of pure dark energy. The lake is surrounded by hundreds of dead trees. If someone is exposed to the dark energy inside the lake, it will slowly, slowly corrupt them to the point they are darkness itself unless it is removed.
Just a suggestion :P

Anyway, the world idea I have is called Shining Coast. It's a large, long island that has plenty of white beachhouses and mountains. It is incredibly mountainous and hilly. Despite being a world of light, it has one of the biggest amounts of Heartless noticed anywhere. It has only a small amount of people living in it. The water on the beaches is actually freezing, which means you cannot swim. As mentioned earlier, it is a world of light. In Shining Coast it is taken to a new level as it is always day. There is no night in Shining Coast.

Personality: Naturally sweet and loving, she will do anything to protect her friends, no matter what the cost. She is very intelligent, but physically weak, and relies on strategy to survive.
Short bio: Hana Kaida Woke up one day in Traverse Town, with no memory of her past. The only thing she remembers is her name, and a sentance: His darkness shall rise once more.
No one in Traverse Town had ever seen her, and she thinks that, like many others, her homeworld must've been destroyed, leaving her in this town of crossroads. In a heartless attack, she discovered her keyblade, and now she protects the town, all the while waiting for something better to come along.

Okay every, sorry that it took so long. The RP can begin now. I'll begin it with a bit of a narrative to get the story going.

The Beginning

Sora didn’t like the feeling he received on this day. It was a nice sunny day on the Islands; not a single cloud in the sky. For some reason, an ominous tone seemed to surrounding his mind. The crashing of the waves weren’t helpful either. For some reason, he remembered being there, picking up an odd looking seashell, and then seeing someone in an Organization coat appear a few feet away. That was impossible though; that kind of thing never happened to Sora in the past. So, why did it feel so real?

A bottle floated its way onto the beach. Sora smiled as he picked it up. Maybe some good news, he thought. Kairi and Riku were making their way to see Sora, also interested in whatever the King had sent. Sora’s face dropped after reading the first line.

"Sora, Riku, Kairi,

"Master Yen Sid is dead. It’s hard to explain, but I need the three of you to come to the Castle as quickly as you can. I believe that this is Xehanort’s first strike on us. There was something…strange inside Yen Sid’s castle. I’ll explain once you get here. Please hurry, before all is too late!

"Mickey."

Riku was holding back emotion while Kairi couldn’t hold back her tears. The King’s teacher was killed by the enemy. It was a very bold opening move to say the least. The trio knew this day would come, although they had hoped that Yen Sid’s theory was completely wrong and Xehanort would not return. Now, Yen Sid was no more. And this is the beginning of the tragic tale.


Evol had awoken from one of his nightmares. He had not been able to get much sleep these passed few days, especially after the death of his family. He knew that killing those creatures wouldn't bring back any of his family members. Still, he wanted to fight the creatures, to ensure that this fate happened to no one else. With nothing else to do, he decided to get dressed and head out on the town.

These days, he never felt fully dressed without his sister's locket. He felt ashamed that he left her behind, with their parents, to be killed by those creatures. "If only I was stronger," Evol muttered to himself as he put the locket in his pocket and went out the door.

 

Hana Kaida was standing on the balcony in the third district, overlooking the square. Final Stand was in her hand, and she was feeling especially alone today. Who was she? Where had she come from? Did she have any family? If she did, were they even still alive? And the biggest question of all; Why had the Keyblade chosen her? There must be some bigger purpose for her, a reason for life. She sighed and jumped off the balcony, landing in the square. Something was going to happen today. She could feel it.

 

*Sigh* Yet another day Noroz thought to himself as he walked through the streets of Twilight Town. As always, his keyblade was on his back as he looked up at the Clocktower. Something isn't right he thought to himself, as he could sense something was going on. Better get an overlook he thought as he climbed up the clock tower to look out over the sunset. God damnit... He put his face in his palms.

 

Master X, who refused to reveal his face from under his cloak, was still weak. He needed power, and he didn't care where he got it from. He felt very fortunate in finding Ali; a second later and he would have to search for another apprentice. By looking at the fire in her eyes, Master X could easily tell that that she had the spirit of a warrior but would do anything he asked. The time will come, he muttered to himself, she'll be strong enough to assist me in my plan. I will not fail again.

Sora didn't understand what to make about the news of Master Yen Sid. He was ready to leave at that very moment. But, before he could say anything, his head began to ache! Visions were appearing in his head again. It was another day on the clock tower. He was sitting, alone. Betrayal and heartache flowed through his mind. "Where did I think I could go," Sora heard himself say. Sora's mind now returned to the beach, with the letter in hand. What's going on?

 

Ali shuffled along in Traverse Town in a dazed state. Her Master sending her out on a mission for once alone... Adjusting her hood over her face, Ali continued along the road, keeping her face down and away from everyone just as her memories were fleeing her own grasp.

Bumping into a man she hesitated slightly and whispered to him, "Don't let the darkness out." and continued on her way, leaving the citizen of Traverse Town rather frightened and jittery.

Kairi stifled her sobs in Sora's shirt and blinked through her tears, "W-what do we do now Sora? W-we should go to the King, right?"

Personality: He is incredibly bossy and doesn't like to take back seat. He follows directions, but chooses his own way into solving problems. Appears unapproachable
Short bio: Kyo began reading books about Keyblades when he was only a child. He was greatly interested in the Keyblades, Kingdom Hearts, and especially the Heartless. When the Heartless took over Radiant Garden, he fell through a portal and ended up in Traverse Town, where he first summoned his Keyblade.

BIC:
"Y-yeah, right" Sora told Kairi, still in a bit of a daze. He quickly got back onto his feet. Sora read through the letter again, a strong pain within his chest. He knew that the only explanation was that Xehanort caused this, and that he was growing stronger with every passing second. He wanted to act; to find Xehanort and bring an end to all of this once and for all! "We'll leave as soon as possible; go get ready". Before he ran off, he grabbed hold of Kairi, and in her ear, he whispered "meet me behind the trees, where we have trained, in five minutes".

It had been a while since Kyo had fallen into Traverse Town. For a short amount of time, he had sense a dark presence within the town's citizens. He arrogantly walked the streets every day, looking for the source of the darkness. It may have been weak, but he knew that it was growing stronger. He smiled, hoping that today he would find the source and figure out what it is doing in this world.

 

Noroz sat on the Clocktower for quite some time, with his face in his palms. Damnit! It's not fair... Why? He looked up from his palms and noticed the sun had already set. I guess it's time to go... he thought to himself. He walked around the town. Looked at all the places he used to go. I wonder... will it ever be the same? It was something he asked himself every day since the incident. Now, however, it had become too much for him to handle. He had to leave this place behind. I've had enough he thought, as he entered his home. He gathered a few of his things, the bare minimum. Time to get the hell out of here. He created a portal of light. He folded a picture and put it in his pocket. Here goes he thought as he entered the portal.
