It shouldn’t have been any surprise that the first thing that awaited Kel as he attempted to clear his thoughts was an endless fog. What was supposed to be a clear path could hardly be seen. Not the most inspiring of sights and that alone was the least of his problems. Form within the fog a singular voice echoing out, sowing its own seeds of down

"We're still watching Bravo... ain't nowhere you can go without her knowing..."

The chilling reminder from Hotel had stuck with him, creating this fog of uncertainty that he was now venturing through. Even with the decision to keep tagging along with his friends something that he didn’t want to take back, but the potential consequences of these actions were the true hindering factor in all this. Enough to the point where the fog of his mind only got thicker the deeper he went with the words of Hotel continuing to ring out around him.

This attempt to clear his own head was met with little success as he was soon brought back to reality by the announcement form Shiro that they had arrived at their destination. Kel’s eyes opened to see a pretty average sight. Everything seemed normal, outside the voices of the kids they had run into back on Montro and Beuce leading Karina into an alleyway. Something that would’ve worried him a bit more is it not for everything that was currently going on in his head.

Eventually, he got up from his seat and walked out of the ship, waving at the trio to show that he did in fact notice them. Here seemed like a good place to find some sort of distraction from everything.

 

Beuce at this point wasn't entirely sure what to say. He'd never really been good that the romantic stuff. All he could really do was reassure her. "We won't let him take anything away. He doesn't have any control over you anymore. You're stronger than him. You're stronger than anyone he could ever send for you. And even if you weren't, you aren't alone. I'll protect you." With that, Beuce grabbed the girl into a hug. "You don't have to be scared anymore." After a moment, he finally released her. "We uh...We should probably get back to the ship with the others. Once we get back to Central Haven, I can't imagine it'll be an easy fight. We need to prepare for things." Beuce turned to leave the alleyway. "Let's go...dear? hmm..." Well, now that he'd made that thoroughly awkward, he continued back to the ship. ​

Mummering words all around him, sometimes silence, sometimes he was staring into a world that didn't seem to make much sense. It would glitch, and shift, like he was looking through a world of a computer screen of some kind. There would be lights flashing, swift movement, and then nothingness... He felt like he was floating in space at other times, like he had no control over his body. It was a little unsettling, but at least it was somewhat peaceful. Better than the colorful flashes and the brief pain he swore he felt sometimes. But he wasn't quite sure. Everything was just so muddled...

"I dunno. It's like this weird feeling I haven't felt since I was little..."

It startled Ventus to hear actual words within his mind. When was the last time he actually heard someone speak so clearly to him since he was like this...?

That voice. I know it from somewhere...

"We were floating across the ocean for a while until DJ found us and picked us up."

The name was strange. Nothing made sense, but that voice, it was recognizable. Ventus tried to wrack his mind from where he could possibly know it from, but he had a feeling that this was his ticket out of here.

I... have to wake up.

In the darkness, shined a light. It was the most welcoming thing in this muddling world. It seemed it was beckoning to him, calling to him to come that way. He found himself reaching out to it, the first time he could make a movement in this weird place and then everything seemed to envelop him all at once.

The first thing he felt was the gradual gravity catching up to his body. His limbs felt heavier and the sounds were becoming more clearer to him. He groaned and his eyelids fluttered open. There before him he saw an assortment of colorful people, though a little blurry at first, all of them he didn't recognize. The night he barely remembered suddenly flashed before his eyes; people in masks kidnapping him and taking him out of his room. He felt panic swell up inside of him like a balloon and started scooting back from everyone. "Who are you?!" His eyes wildly scanned the room, but there was no one familiar to him in the space. Not at first. "Where's Terra?! Aqua? Master Eraqus?! Where am I?!?" His back was up against the wall by this point and he looked like he was about to spring into action.

His eyes then landed on a brown haired spikey boy and his panic lessened for some reason, at least for that moment. "I... know you. I don't know where. But I know you, somehow."​

Beuce and Karina left but his mind was on the red society still. Will Aux leaving at some point after them. Then kel leaving too. After some time he decided the he should get up and move his lags perhaps he could find some information on the red society here. Standing up but before he could do anything Ven said, 'Who are you?!' His eyes wildly scanned the room, but there was no one familiar to him in the space. Not at first. 'Where's Terra?! Aqua? Master Eraqus?! Where am I?!?' His back was up against the wall by this point and he looked like he was about to spring into action. Ven seemed ready to explode. The first thing to do was calm him down. Thinking back to what the nurse said, Everything seems to be in order... but it seems this young boy is still in a comatose state. His vitals are healthy, but it's almost as if he's not entirely there... like his consciousness has left his body.... Another strange anomaly is his heartbeat seems to stagnate every now and then. Nothing to an alarming degree... Just a shocking sensation that changes his heart rate. He still never got the chance to tell Aux what was going on. He knew that telling Ven everything might as well set him over the edge. "You are safe here. On the gummi ship. We are docked at a location known as Traverse town." he said in calm voice. He was not sure what to say on the three he mentioned as when he said Aqua's and Tarras name to Ven when he was comatose it had no effect. "As for who we are well, I am Andrew Jacob Canvasback, AJ." There was so much to say but it would come in time.

 

Beuce heard the situation before he saw it. All he could hear was a fairly young boy he didn't recognize yelling in confusion. Speeding up, Beuce arrived on the scene just a moment after he'd finished speaking. The boy in question appeared to be the one they'd rescued but, up until now, had been comatose. Hurrying along, he approached them. "I don't think that was quite the answer he was looking for AJ." He ran through his head what all he should tell him. "My name is Beuce, this is Karina. We're with the Soldiers of Sanctuary, or SOS. We're a group of keyblade masters that have been protecting the worlds. You've been unconscious for a while. I don't know what happened to you, but we got you out of the hands of some pretty bad people we've been fighting against. What's your name, and what's the last thing you remember?" If this boy could give them any information on no heart or the red society, it could be an immense help. If not, at least they'd gotten him to safety. ​

His attention was drawn from the spikey haired boy to the one that called himself A.J. He had a place to where he was at. He was no longer at The Land of Departure, just as his suspicions confirmed. Another person spoke up, someone who just arrived on scene who introduced himself as Beuce. What he said to Ventus made the boy's head swirl with questions and confusion for a moment. "I..." Before he could answer the inquiry of his name or what he remembered, the girl named Karina brought up something interesting to him. "E-evil?" As he tried to think back on a time when that could have possibly happened, it was as if someone pressed their finger on his brain after rubbing their socks on the carpet and giving him a solid zap.

"Ah!" He hissed under his breath and grabbed his head, shaking it as he tried to shove off the dazed feeling. Weird. He blinked rapidly as he looked to Karina, wishing he could remember her face because she seemed to know him, and then back to Beuce. If they were keyblade masters... maybe they knew where his other friends were. "I'm Ventus," he finally said as he lowered his hand from his head as the pain seemed to have ebbed away. "But you can call me Ven. I the last thing I remember was I was trying to get to sleep in The Land of Departure where I was training under Master Eraqus with my friends, Terra and Aqua. And then these masked people took me out of my bed and... I fell unconscious. I know you said you didn't know what happened, but... Do you have a guess for how long I was out for? I don't have any other memories other than from that night. I'm sorry if I did anything bad, or if I hurt anybody," he said, his eyes saddening as he looked over to Karina. "What did I do?" ​

When Beuce arrived and said, 'I don't think that was quite the answer he was looking for AJ' He knew the answer that Ven was looking for and that was everything about the SOS that they were apart of it but when someone was ready to explode the first task was to clam them down not tell them everything. Beuce then proceeded to tell Ven about The SOS then he said. 'I don't know what happened to you, but we got you out of the hands of some pretty bad people we've been fighting against. What's your name, and what's the last thing you remember?' He know what the nurse had said on the ship and Ven had the right to know that said it was for the best he waited for Kel and Aux to return. Karina spoke but had not said anything that was helpful. 'I the last thing I remember was I was trying to get to sleep in The Land of Departure where I was training under Master Eraqus with my friends, Terra and Aqua. And then these masked people took me out of my bed and... I fell unconscious.' "So you do not remember anything on board the Sanctuary?" That was interesting and confirmed what he had thought was the case. Ven did not recognize his voice when he spoke to him when he was comatose.

Kel didn't have anywhere particular in mind when he had left the ship, so he'd ended up making his way through the middle of District 2. There were a fair number of shops around him and he found himself eyeing the various wares through the window as he walked. A few things did catch his eye, but for now, he had no intention of buying anything.

Luna walked off the ship and proceeded to look around her new surroundings. She decided to take the time to walk through the whole town and see what it had to offer. The girl walked into the 2nd District saw various shops lining the streets. As she walked along the streets, she saw Kel just up ahead. After all that had transpired aboard the Sanctuary, Luna was a bit concerned about him and how he was feeling about everything.

She took a moment before walking over to Kel. “Perusing the shops, are we?” Luna looked into the window to see what items they were selling with a small smile on her face. She looked back at the boy. “Was there something you were going to purchase?”

"Oh Luna, not really. Really just looking for some sort of distraction." That being said, it wasn't accounting for any other store that he might walk by. This was only the first shop that he's been to and it was slightly tempting to purchase something. "What about you?" The last time he saw her was before he was briefly taken at the summit and immediately following that he was way too lost in his thoughts to really notice anything else.

Luna listened as Kel was perusing as a distraction more than just mere window shopping. She shook her head before answering Kel’s question. “I merely wished to take in the sights this town has to offer. “ The girl looked around the streets once more before looking back at him. After everything that has taken place, it made sense why Kel would want to take his mind off of it. Luna didn’t have much to say on that subject. It was more so she couldn’t find what words to even offer. Luna looked up at the stars before speaking. “It’s truly a wonder how such a beautiful sky such as this could connect to other worlds.” A small smile came across her face. “Wouldn’t you say so?” Luna looked over to Kel as she asked her question.

Kel looked up to the stars above and found himself stricken by the same sense of awe he had felt upon seeing a waterfall for the first time. Thinking about it, this was the first time that he's taken a look at the stars with the knowledge that there were other words out there. It was a magnificent sight to be able to take in with all that in mind. "It is, I won't deny that." Kel then let out a sigh. "It's a shame that Nequa can see this sight as well."

Kel agreed with Luna’s comment on the starry sky. Luna kept her eyes on the sky before Kel let out a sigh. She turned to the boy as he kept his eyes on the stars. He then mentioned Nequa able to see the same stars through his eyes. The princess lowered her head and cast her eyes towards the ground. She wanted to say something immediately, however, she knew if she didn’t choose her words carefully, the conversation would not end well. Luna took a couple of moments to gather her thoughts before opening her mouth. “Let her take in this sky.”

She paused before speaking again. “Allow her to fill her own eyes with this wonderful sky. This very sky will continue to share its wonder with everyone.” Luna rose her head and looked at the sky once more. She took a few more moments to gather her thoughts again. “Answer me this Kel...” She paused. “With all these events that have occurred, what are you feeling?” She was definitely worried about him regarding everything that has happened. Perhaps Luna would be able to help Kel, even if she wouldn’t be much help, she wanted to try.

He turned his attention away from the stars above and back to Luna, it was easy enough for him to surmise his feelings right now. "Conflicted and uncertain. I feel like me being with you guys could end with someone getting hurt if not worse because of it." Messing up was nothing new to him, but the severity of these circumstances was not doing him any favors. He felt bad enough when he'd learned that he was doing so unwillingly and to do so without some sort of means to preventing it sucked just as much.

Luna listened as Kel went on about his feelings about the events thus far. She nodded her head before turning her head forward. She took a few moments to collect her thoughts again. What could she say to him to try and ease the conflict he was feeling? On the one hand, she couldn't really understand what he was going through. On the other hand, she could sort of understand. It was almost the same feeling she felt when Mira's soul was still confined in her body. The fear of hurting someone unintentionally, the fear of committing heinous crimes that you weren't able to stop yourself. Luna cast her eyes down before opening to speak. "I can almost relate to that feeling in a way. It's very understandable why would be feeling that way."

Kel had no idea what it was Luna intended to tell him once she had heard his feelings on the matter, but whatever it had been it was safe to say that he hadn't thought that she would be able to relate to that at all. "You can?" He was aware of the weight that she did have upon her shoulders by being an actual princess and having a whole kingdom to look after and protect, but from what he knew she wasn't alone in that regard. She had both her brother and Koa to assist her whereas he wasn't sure how anyone could help him.

Luna nodded her head. She expected the confusion in his voice when he asked. She took a deep breath and tried to figure out how to best explain her situation. "Well...I did say almost." Luna scratched her head before continuing. "There was some complicated circumstances that went on prior to my being with you guys. It even went on during our time together." She closed her eyes and recalled her days with Mira. "To put it simply, when our kingdom was first born, a war broke out, in which we called 'The Tragedy'. During the first Tragedy, a rampaging murderer went on and on. She wasn't always like that, mind you. When she was getting out of hand, our first queen separated her soul from her body." Luna paused for a moment. "The queen sealed her body away in a place nobody would find her. Her soul, on the other hand, the queen took it upon herself to keep her soul safe. She cast a spell that made sure her soul would be protected by royal blood until the day the criminal's soul would reignite once more."

The princess looked up at the stars, recounting a few memories. "Emphasis on Royal Blood." She chuckled for a moment before looking to Kel, giving him a few moments to process her story.

The blue hair teen stood attentive for the tale Luna had to tell and at first, wasn't sure what to make of what he was being told, but he listened all the same. It wasn't until the end of the story in which pieces started to fall into place into one coherent picture. A picture that had rendered him speechless at first and only speaking when he had drawn his conclusion. "The murderer's soul was put inside of you until it reignites again? What's going to happen to you if it does?"

Luna kept her head up, with her eyes still gazing out at the stars. It had seemed like he was putting the pieces of her story together as a look of confusion spread across his face while coming to a conclusion on her story. Kel asked his questions, questions Luna expected him to ask. The princess nodded her head as she closed her eyes albeit for a brief moment. She opened her eyes and turned her head to the blue-haired boy. "To answer the first question, yes. As for the second..." She paused before turning her head up again. "That problem has already been rectified." She closed her eyes and turned her head down.

"There was more to the First's spell than what has been spoken about." Luna looked at her left hand, palm up. "In order for her soul to reignite, one requirement must be met." A slight smile spread across her face. A few moments passed before she spoke again. "The bearer must under an extreme amount of despair or upset." She paused. "Then and only then will her soul awaken once more. Once that happens, the bearer's days will be numbered if her soul is not expunged immediately." The princess grabbed her right arm before looking back at Kel. "But no need to worry. The situation has been resolved."

There had been a moment where Kel was concerned for Luna's well being as the rest of the spell had been explained to him, but she had said that it was resolved so those concerns faded slowly and his body did relax. It was good to know that the soul of his friend wasn't at risk of being overtaken by the soul of a murderer. "That's a relief and here I thought having someone permanently eavesdropping on me was the worst that could happen, but that certainly takes the cake." At the end of the day, he was still in control of his actions, something that couldn't be said if the whole soul issue with Luna hadn't been apparently resolved.

As Luna finished explaining, she saw Kel's body relax a bit. Considering she never really went into detail about her situation, she understood the relief that went through Kel as she informed him of the resolution. She chuckled for a moment before answering. "It was definitely something. But it wasn't exactly a 'walk in the park'. If I'm using that phrase right." She put her thumb under her chin with the rest of her hand over her mouth as she pondered for a moment. "She had her control over me a rare amount of times but if I recall right the only people who would've seen that would be Steel, Karina, and..." Luna tried to recall the last person but their name wasn't coming to mind. "There was one more person but for the life of me, I can't recall who they were."

Try and try she did but nothing bore fruit. The princess shook her head before speaking again. "I'm sure it'll come to mind eventually, however, it kind of saddens me that I can't recall them." She took a deep breath and shook her head again. "Anyway, despite all the trouble I went through with her, deep down, all she wanted was someone to listen to her. To let her vent out her frustrations, to have a shoulder to lean on." She paused. "And I was more than happy to do just that. I still am. Regardless of what had happened in the past, that doesn't mean she's forbidden from getting a second chance. To live life on her own terms, on better terms." She walked forward a little bit before turning to Kel. "The point of our story is that regardless of what your circumstances are, you are still you. You still have a hold on who you are. You get to decide how you move forward. Only you. No one else can make that decision for you. When things get difficult, you know you are never alone. You have people beside you who will be more than glad to help you carry your burdens." Luna walked up to Kel and place a hand on his shoulder. "All you have to do is ask and help will be right around the corner." She smiled at him, hoping her words brought even the slightest comfort.

He could only imagine just how badly that must've gone if Karina had been one of the first people to see it. Steel he couldn't imagine reacting too negatively nor positively to that either, just not as strongly as the way Karina would've. Kel did give Luna some time to try and remember the mysterious third person, but when nothing came to her he left it as is.

Everything about this reminded him of when they had done the same back on Pocahontas's world. It hadn't been too long since then and yet here he was already being roadblocked with another issue. One step forward and two steps back. He was getting good at that song and dance, annoyingly so. "Yeah, knowing that I have you guys does help." Which was also why it bothered him so much, he didn't want to lose the people dearest to him because of his own mistakes. All of this built up and lead him bringing out his keyblade and looking at it. Resolute Heart, supposedly a sign of his resolve to move onward without looking back. A task he did manage to keep to even with all of the hesitations. "If only I can decide how I want to move forward, then I'll press on without letting this cause any of you guys harm." It wouldn't be easy, but that was why he had them to lean on if the going got tough.

The girl nodded her head as she listened to Kel's resolve. He knew the road ahead would not be an easy path but he knows he won't be bearing that burden alone. It had seemed as if Luna's words were able to get through to Kel. She smiled at the boy before turning away. "It would seem those feelings of uncertainty aren't as strong as they were before, are they?" She turned her head back to the boy as she chuckled for a moment. She turned her head back toward the front, with her arms behind her back, hands linked together. Luna started to walk away before stopping in her tracks. "Miravel." Luna spoke, pausing for several moments. She slightly turned her head to Kel. "Her name is Miravel Salavic." Luna paused again. "And she's one of the most honest people I've the honor of calling a friend. I'm more than happy to tell her story again and again if it means I can help someone, even if I can only help a little bit." The princess smiled again. "I'm always around if you're ever in need." She nodded her head before she walked away.

 

Beuce thought for a moment. The name master Eraqus rang a bell for him, but he couldn't quite place it. "Eraqus..." Finally, it dawned on him. He'd heard Lea mention the name the first time he'd met him. If this boy trained under him that meant... "Oh man..." Beuce took a deep breath. "Well, I don't have an exact timeframe. You'd need to talk to Kel for that one, but if Eraqus was still around when you were there...That would've been well over a year ago. Almost two. Come on, I'll take you to find Kel. He can probably give you a more concrete explanation on what happened. He's been here the longest of any of us." ​

"Sanctuary? What's that?" Ven asked A.J. Was that where he was held as he was kidnapped? And then Beuce spoke up.

It was as if his heart dropped through his stomach and kept falling through the floor. A year? Or two? No way... Where had Aqua and Terra been all that time? Through the shock of it, he barely caught the words of 'when Eraqus was still around'. What did that mean? What happened all that time?! Beuce dropped a name, Kel. Another name he didn't recognize. But apparently he could piece together what had happened in the year and a half-ish gap.

It was then the girl named Karina spoke up and brought up another unfamiliar name, Nequa. He felt his mouth go dry as she explained bits and pieces of the deeds he had unknowingly done. The pain, the flashes of blue, unknowing voices in his head... it wasn't a dream after all? Tried as he could, he couldn't form any kind of memories. It was like his brain kept short-circuiting, sending mini shockwaves through his head as he tried to think and he shook his head again. He didn't like the idea of being so pliable to someone's will, following orders to hurt others. A knot formed in his throat and he felt like he needed a seat. Instead, he leaned heavily against the wall, swallowing hard. "I..." Things were so overwhelming now, but he couldn't afford to shut down, that much he knew. He was a long way from home, and as far as he knew, he was fine. Save for the weird headaches in his head if he tried to think too hard about gaps in his memories. And as far as he could comprehend, these people were here to help... So far. He wasn't being held against his will anyways.

"I need to go talk to this Kel." He finally said after a moment as he took in a deep breath to regain his composure. He needed to know what happened with Terra, Aqua, and Master Eqarus. He pushed off against the wall and rubbed the back of his head. "I'm... sorry for the things I've done. I don't remember it at all. But I don't like the idea of being used like that." He nodded to Karina and the others and then followed after Beuce to find Kel.

Once outside the Gummi Ship, Ven walked around for a bit, looking at the sights and structures. His master never let him off of his previous world before, but his mind was whirling with too many questions and worries to really enjoy it. Almost two years he was out... And used as a puppet? What then were the Fates of his friends?

Beuce stopped walking and gestured Ven to a blue haired boy, referring to him as Kel. Ven looked to Beuce for a moment and then approached cautiously, hoping he didn't do anything to this guy while he was a puppet... or asleep. Just in case, he offered a small smile and a wave. "H-Hi, name's Ventus, but you can call me Ven. But you probably already knew that. Beuce, uh, said you can help me answer a few questions?" He stood there awkwardly for a moment and then looked at him. "Do you what happened to me the night I was kidnapped? What happened to my friends Terra and Aqua?"

After Luna had left Kel looked back at his reflection in the mirror. First, he focused on his eyes, then to his hair, wondering if by obscuring his vision that it would hinder what Nequa could see as well. To do that would mean to somehow get his hair back to how it was when he was a kid when it often ended up covering his eyes. He hated that, but it was something that he might consider depending on how much thought he gave it.

He was surprised to see that Beuce had approached him, even more, when he spied Ven waving at him. Kel listened to Ven asked the first batch of his question, taking time to recall what he knew before answering. "I don't know the specifics, just what your Master, Eraqus, told me when I first arrived. You, Terra, and Aqua were all abducted by masked keyblade wielders, Nequa, Vanitas, and one other we haven't see in a while." He decided to do Aux a favor and not inform Ven that Aux did just to work with the one who kidnapped his friends. "We only just found you out of sheer chance, but nothing on your other friends. Sorry."

 

Beuce gave a heavy sigh. "Well, I'd imagine that's not the answer you were looking for." He shot Kel a questioning glance when he explained his kidnappers as if to ask if he was sure about this. "I'm afraid we don't know what happened to your friends. Although if it had something to do with that bunch, so we'll find out sooner or later. If you want to come with us, you could see it for yourself." He extended a glass hand out to Ven. "Though, I won't lie to you. Given what happened to you, you might not like the answer you arrive at. If you'd rather lay low for a while, you should be safe here. But if you want to chase after them with us, if you want to find out with your own eyes, we'll take you to see it. Just...make sure you're ready." ​

There was that name again; Nequa. It left a bad taste in his mouth and he had a nagging feeling he needed to know this name more than this person was just one of his kidnappers. He glanced at Beuce who extended a hand out to him, which at a first glance he caught was rather reflective for a hand. Wait. Was it actually a hand? Don't stare, Ventus! That's rude!

He thought of his options for a moment, looking around the strange place so he didn't have to focus on the hand. Agh! He needed to stop thinking about hands!!! He could stay here where it was unfamiliar and not get the answers he wanted, or go with unfamiliar people to even more unfamiliar places and get the answers he was looking for. And Beuce was right. Based on what little Karina had told him, he had a feeling he was going to face a lot of things he wasn't going to like. But with Aqua and Terra still M.I.A, he couldn't afford to let them down. "I'm ready." He said with a nod of his head, taking Beuce's hand confidently. Ah! It's cold! He kept a firm grip and gave a good shake. "I'll try not to slow you all down. I just want to find my friends and help out in any way I can along the way."

While he thought on Ven the one name he could not place why it sounded so familiar. Eraqus. "Eraqus..." Why did that name seem so familiar did someone say it somewhere or did he see the name? Then it hit him where that name was from. The information that he did have on Eraqus was somewhat vague. He had knew that Eraqus was no longer in the land of departure. 'Well, I don't have an exact timeframe. You'd need to talk to Kel for that one, but if Eraqus was still around when you were there...That would've been well over a year ago.' Before he could say much to Ven or Beuce they were off the ship. "Wait" As he went after the two. Ven's question went trought his mind. 'Sanctuary? What's that?' Kel then told Ven information about Terra, and Aqua and what happen to them. A question was brought to his mind in that moment. Why had Aux asked Kel to find Ven on the Sanctuary only for him to be the one that was sent to check on him. He turned to Ven to answer his question from before. "Sanctuary is the name of the ship we found you on. We found you only for you to be taken to the med bay. I went to the med bay to check on you but I was unable to wake you. I am sorry for that." He knew the next step that was to be done was to find Aux. "Um maybe we should find the others?" He avoided saying Aux's name because he was not sure if it would bring memory back to Ven or not. It was also not his place to tell Ven what happened that would be up to Aux.

 

"Ah, the out of it look I give when I've got everything on my mind and nothing on my mind at all." Kaida chimed in suddenly and almost out of nowhere as she leaned on the back of the chair Karina was sitting in. She tapped a bit on the back of the chair and said, "I have that happen so much lately that I genuinely feel like I've missed out on half the adventure. What with that kid waking up, running into the trio again." she said the second part softly as she looked over in the direction of Sora, Riku and Kairi and she said at a soft volume with the intent only for Karina to hear, "I don't feel comfortable talking to them just by the fact I know more about them than they know about themselves and I'm worried I might bring up something that hasn't happened yet. And I don't think I'm going to be more helpful than the crowd of people than Ven." she stopped leaning on the back of the chair and walked around to look at Karina better and said, "But are you thinking about everything or nothing at all?"
