Video Game: Kingdom Hearts SOS: The Road To Light

So heavy, so much pain..don’t wanna move, warm blood pools around. I could let myself start to pass off..he’s felt this way before. The feeling of being broken, your mind coming apart and fading away...

No! Move!

Quill pulls his arm from a large piece of rubble, managing to push off several layers of crumbled machinery. Quill wasn’t sure how long he’d been out for. He wasn’t feeling great, bringing the equivalent of a house on Sho hadn’t missed himself. Quill was lucky enough to have been against the wall, it was mostly the center of the ceiling. A large mountain of ship parts piled up, the excess broke down the door frame and slid out the doorway. “So I guess err, he’s gonna be out for a bit. The..the rest of that group can pick him up…” Quill climbed the wreckage for a moment and luckily found his Keyblade quickly. It perched itself near the top, embedded in some paneling. Quill went forward and, well some feeling told him this wasn’t right. But he was too slow and in pain to act on it “Infinity..” muffled from under rubble. Teleporting in a noisy static behind him, Sho grabbed Quill’s temples and began shocking him. “AAAAGGGHH!”

Quill could feel the lightning pulse through his head, his body convulsed, vision was blurry. Sho’s cool demeanor had broken down, his clothing had ripped and covered in blood. Strange noise armor had covered, and his pupils were blood red. “I..despise..dealing with you little tangents. I am Nequa’s greatest agent, and here I am..being ripped a new one by a weak digit!” Electricity increased, Quill could feel his eyes bleed and burn. He attempted to reach for his Keyblade but it wasn’t possible. Only his degrading aura kept him alive now.
Sho’s fingernails dug into his head “Who even are you? Some garbage radian that lost his world, if you couldn’t stop the heartless what chance did you have against us?!”

I tried, I failed

“You can’t be serious, how many people died because Keyblade wielders like you couldn’t realize how far out of their vector they were.”

I should’ve been stronger, I should’ve known what would happen

“Course when Nequa gets done with everyone of those childish keyslingers, your death will only be a notation in history. Lot like your world.”

I hate weakness, I hate selfishness, I hate myself

“So let's get to the best part huh, my n Factorial, goodbye scrub and hello Aleph Null-”

Sho’s mouth was covered by a large chitin gauntlet, and subsequently thrown into the rubble below. Standing above was a body completely covered in layers of black plating, radiating a black Aura. “I failed, never again.” Sho attempted to launch a lightning lance like before but his hand was caught and shattered. His bones in his right hand were in pieces, the black armor pulled the Keyblade out and began ravaging Sho with crunching strikes. “Never again, NEVER AGAIN!” It repeated for sometime until the pile had worn away and turned into the crater. The armor broke away and Quill nearly fell and passed out, catching himself on his Keyblade. Sho wasn’t in sight. Quill crawled out of the room and found an empty hallway, slumped against it and sat down. “Never again, please..”


Down a dozen hallways, Sho reappeared and barely held his balance. He found a panel on the wall, electricity from his other hand surged out. “H-hotel, it’s Sho. I got an update for you-” Sho coughed up blood, the internal bleeding and broken hand had nearly made him pass out “might take a bit..not in the best vector right now.”

The prisoners ignored the instructions and all escaped into elevators, clearing the area. He was not really paying attention and instead was racking his brain on how best to deal with Sho when he entered the next area where they found Alpha and Kilo. The cell had inside it 2 people; kel's father, karinas father. 'Hey, let us out of here so we can help you!' Commander Xares instructed. "I would sooner take my chances with No heart then let you out. Besides you are the most deseving person to be in there. You showed such wonderful help so far it is the best i have ever seen." He then turned his attention to Nathan Siegand. "You must be Nathan Siegand." It was hard to miss someone that looked like Kel. He had do do something about shoe and Kel and wondered how much Nathan knew. That said he could not do anything until he found Sho and that was what he was going to have to do.

 

The medic is close to finishing up Luna as Noctis and Prompto bring in Aux.
"We're back."
"And we brought a friend!"
Aux was sat down next to Luna tilting his head back and forth lazily.
"What's wrong with him?" The medic asked.
"THaT's LUna," Aux said, drooping his words as he pointed to her. "And sHe iS a PRincESS."
"Tranq dart, got it..." The medic said, looking into his bag.


Luna slowly opened her eyes to find herself in the medical bay. She saw one of the medics finishing up healing the princess. She turned her head to see Noctis and Prompto dragging in Aux from what she could see. "I-is that A-Aux?" The two men brought Aux next to her. "I-I-I apologize...I just woke up...I-it's a little difficult to see at the moment." The medic had begun examining Aux to find what was wrong with him. It seemed Aux was acting a little odder than normal. The medic had determined it was a tranquilizer dart that was affecting him. "How did this happen?" She was a bit lost as to what had happened between her losing consciousness and her waking up. "Aux? W-what happened to you?"


"I'm Aux!" Aux spoke as the medic gave him a counter sedative into his arm.

"Yeah.. one of the guards kinda made a misfire. This is the result." Prompto replied.

Aux tried to shake his head before looking at Luna. "Gooooood morning!" Aux said to Luna with warm smile.
"Medication should take effect in the next half hour. Yours as well. Your injury was... hard to place. But I just boosted your energy with what I had." The medic informed.


Luna watched as the medic inject medicine into Aux's arm. She turned to Prompto as he explained the situation. Luna nodded her head before turning back to Aux. "I see...Well...." The princess paused. "I rather it be that sort misfire than of the other variety." She sighed for a moment before Aux talk to her once more. He had greeted her a 'Good Morning' with a smile on his face. An expression that was rare for Aux to make. Luna nodded her head and she returned his greeting. The medic had then informed Luna of their states at the moment. "I'm grateful for all you've done, Doctor. Thank you very much." Luna bowed her head to the medic. She then turned her head down to her lap to recollect her thoughts and processed all events that have happened so far. Luna clenched her fists. "Lucian.....They will pay for this...." She took a deep breath to calm herself. She turned to Prompto and Noctis. "I thank you both once again! If it weren't for you two, I might have died back there. And I thank you for bringing Aux all the way here." The princess turned her head to the odd-mannered Aux.


"Ahh no worries, shame he's gonna be a bit loopy for a while... who knows how long it will take before it gets better..."
Aux shot up from his chair like a rocket as they had just finished bandaging his wrist.
"Mom!" He yelled out.
"It's worse than we thought..." Noctis sighed.
Aux shook his head as he tried to get his brain in order. "They... they took them in the prison block. My mom included... Everyone's searching... We should too."
Aux turned and bumped into another young man. This young man was Scott. He had just been finished being looked after from the small graze that Karina left on him. As he bumped into Aux, Scott dropped the small twine of hair he took from his to-be-fiancee.

"Do you mind?" He asked rudely before looking at what he dropped. "Pick that up."
"What?" Aux asked, trying to get passed him. Before he could leave, Scott quickly grabbed his shoulder and spun him around. "Are you deaf AND stupid, you neanderthal? I said.. Pick that-"
Aux gave him a swift jab to the nose, knocking him flat on his back. Aux let out a grunt of pain, shaking his broken wrist off. "ACCK! Worth it... Hnnnng..." He turned to Luna and tilted his head to the elevator. "Come on, let's go." He looked down at Luna to see if she was alright first. "You okay?"
Noctis looked at Prompto. "Are we... still supposed to follow them?"
"What, you had better plans?" Prompto asked.


Luna nodded her head before Aux shot up from his chair. The action had startled the girl a little bit. Luna turned her head to hear Noctis sighing. "Well...At least it didn't take too long." Luna awkwardly laughed as she scratched her head. Aux had spoke about people in a prison block, including his mother. Luna was a bit confused at what he was talking about. "H-hold on Aux. What are you talking about?" Luna tried to stand up as she attempted to make sense of the situation. Aux had then bumped into another man, which caused the man to drop what seemed to be hair. "Hair?..."


The man was quite rude about the situation, demanding that Aux pick up what the young man dropped. "E-excuse me?-" Luna was about to step in when Aux knocked the man down on his back. The red-haired man shook his wrist, as that jab had hurt his hand. "H-hey..-" Luna was about to see when Aux headed toward the elevator. Aux had asked if she was alright. She nodded her head. "I still feel a little light-headed, however, I'm alright physically for the most part." The princess sat down for a moment as she held her head. She shook her head to ward off the weariness she was feeling it. The princess got back up and looked at the man on his back. "It would be wise to think before speaking in the future." She bowed her head before going to Aux. "Care to explain to me just what is going on? Just what is happening?"


Aux took a deep breath as he doubled back. "The Red Society is here and they've taken a bunch of people we care about. They were trying to escape with them but something went wrong. So now they're stashing them like hostages. And now we have to rescue them because I don't know when I'll get to see her again!"Aux stopped talking after he realized what he said.

"Because... I don't know if I'll see her again..." Aux corrected himself, taking a beat. "I've been away from home for almost five years... I told her I'd make her proud." He swallowed the lump in his throat. "I was in such a rush to find her, I never thought about what I'd say..."


Luna clenched her fists before looking down. She then muttered to herself. "I was hoping that was all a dream...." The girl closed her eyes for a brief moment. "Brother...." As Aux finished explaining, it seemed he had a small outburst with his last sentence. Luna looked up at the silent Aux. He had corrected himself before explaining any further. It had seemed that Aux was carrying burdens of his own. Luna's eyes shifted to the side to choose her next words.


Luna gave herself a few moments to really think and choose carefully. "I...I don't know who this 'her' might be..." She paused. "However, it is alright to not know what to say in situations like these. There is no right way go about some situations. However, it is important that you face those problems head-on instead of avoiding it." She held her hands together, placing the joined hands in the center of her chest. "Regardless of what may have happened in the past, whoever you are looking for will still care about regardless...no matter how much time has passed." Luna looked right into Aux's eyes as she gave her thoughts. "Sometimes you just need to have a little faith. Okay?" A smile had graced her face as she did her best to reassure Aux.


Luna took a deep breath before speaking. "So...shall our first stop be at the prison blocks? Or was there another place you had in mind? I'll let you call the shots." The princess giggled a bit before awaiting Aux's answer.


She smiled at him a little more kindly and her small giggle was just too damn precious. Aux chose to stand up with a renewed attitude. "Thank you." he shyly replied, trying to return the smile.

"Most of the others are still in the earlier levels of the prison block, so we should probably start at the opposite end..." he looked back into her eyes. "And don't worry, we'll find your brother...."

Noctis stepped forward. "Prompto and I will stay on the main level if anything changes."

Aux nodded in response. He grabbed Luna by her hand and ran forward. "Let's go!"

He led her straight to the elevator and pressed the 'Z' button to transfer them to the bottom of the prison block. As the elevator doors closed, he realized he was still holding her hand and quickly let go. "Sorry." he replied, turning red.


Luna's smile stayed on her face as she nodded her thanks. "Anytime!" She placed her hands behind her back as Aux decided their next course of action. The princess nodded her head as she listened. Aux had then reassured Luna about her brother. She went silent for a moment before nodding her head. A couple more moments of silence passed by. "Thank you."


Luna looked off to the side, her thoughts taking over her mind. "Illiana was taken too....I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if either of them were to be harmed..." She casted her gaze to the floor and closed her eyes as she held her necklace. Noctis had then spoke up, informing the two of his and Prompto's plans now. Luna nodded her head before bowing. "I can't thank you two enough for all you've done. You have my gratitude."


Aux had then taken ahold of her hand, dragging her into the elevator. Once the two were inside the elevator, Aux had pressed a button to take them to their destination. Before Luna could say anything, Aux immediately released her hand and apologized, his face turning red. She shook her head as she replied calmly. "That's alright. No need to worry." The princess looked up as the elevator descended to the bottom. Luna took a deep breath as she held her necklace, praying she would find at least some sort of clue to the whereabouts of her brother and her soon-to-be older sister.


"We'll find your brother and friend again..." he looked to the elevator as the doors opened. "We'll find my mother as well.." The two left the doors as they raced down the corridors. Z block was empty, as was blocks Y to U.
They approached T Block where Illiana and Lucian were placed in the same cell.


As Luna approached Block T, she tried to keep her head up in hopes she would find her family. She looked and looked in each cell to find no one in each of them. As she approached the next cell, she found two people sitting in one cell. The princess drew closer and closer to see it was Lucian and Illiana. "Lucian!! Illiana!!" The two picked their heads up to see Luna running toward them. Lucian stood up and grasped the bars. "Luna!!" Luna grasped the bars and faced the two in the cell. "I thought I'd lose you two as well..." Tears ran down her face as she expressed her fear. Her brother placed a hand on her head as he tried to comfort her. "It'll take more than some little hole to get rid of us. You know that right?" Luna giggled as Illiana made her comment. The girl nodded her head.

 

“Q, you need to wake up. It’s training day for new recruits. Hey you ok? You’re a Master now you can’t shirk your duties. Q, c’mon get up. Q!, Quill-”

Slam

Quill awoke upon hitting the floor, the shock from his recent injuries made his sleep all the more impossible. He was still slumped against the wall outside the confiscation area, now a complete wreck. As was he, Quill couldn’t forget the feeling of disgust at himself after his fight. Though honestly it was a small matter in perspective, he likely could break down any moment. His body and organs had gotten prolonged shocks and various broken bones and gashes left him rather invalid. What little battlefield medicine he’d bothered learning told him he shouldn’t have survived that fight. But he had, and he had a feeling he knew why. The black plating, it grew from his bones. Perhaps it was keeping his body together, at least in a temporary sense. Some unconscious reaction his new body creates to hold my bones in place and keep blood from leaving rapidly. It raised more questions frankly but Quill could only complain so much, he had other business to attend to. Quill raised himself with his Keyblade, leaning on it to give his damaged legs less pressure. Slowly, painfully, and loudly Quill dragged himself down the hallway. He could feel his body ache with every step, cursing under his breath about literally everything. First Gilgamesh, now this Sho guy. Quill was getting really tired of this little group. Quill managed to make it down three hallways without collapsing, but luckily he had dropped near an elevator. He wedged the doors open, seems like the fight he had with Sho had caused electrical damage as far as here. But Quill wasn’t a fool, a negative charge would likely undo Sho’s damage “T-thun..God this sucks.. Thundaga!” Electricity came from Quill’s palm, reactivating the machine. Now he just needed to figure out where to go. But he-

Slam

Oh Quill had really exerted himself too much, he slammed against the control console and collapsed again. He must’ve hit some series of buttons on his way down, the lift began moving. Quill dug his Keyblade into the floor and brought himself up again. Quill didn’t really understand where he was moving to, he was in no shape to fight. And none of the citizens of the ship would take him in...perhaps it was better to just let himself collapse here. This elevator could be his final resting- NO, no he needed to keep moving. Don’t think about right now, just keep moving. The doors opened and Quill began to check around the immediate hallway. He heard noise down a corner, it was familiar. Quill approached quicker now, he had been right. “Well you’re a sight for sore eyes big guy, how’s it going Aux?” Quill approached but fell against another wall to his side. “Don’t believe we’ve met Miss, name’s Quill. Hope you don’t mind if I lay here for a bit. I brought some complaints to Captain Minamimoto and we had COUGH COUGH...philosophical differences.”

With his thoughts more or less finished with what to do about Sho. He looked up and saw that there was a spacial rift and the two were disappearing through it. Not on his watch. Time to go after them he thought. He was not about to let them take Kel. He summoned his keyblade and ran out of the prison block and towards the Docking bay area. He was not about to let them get away.

 

Beuce glared at the dark portal as it opened in front of him. The black-haired man stepped out of it and sighed. "You know, we've really got to stop running into each other. I'm getting bored just looking at you." Beuce didn't seem phased by this, however. He simply summoned his keyblade and took up a stance. Luther, meanwhile, looked to Karina. "Well, I don't really have any interest in the prisoners so if that's your intention, I'm happy to oblige." Luther darted at the girl behind a double to throw off her timing.

At least he was away from her mother, but Karina hadn't entirely expected the attack that was thrown at her. She managed to dodge out of the way, but it threw her off enough that there was no time for a counter-attack. Karina spun to face Luther again as flames ignited along her keyblade. "This ends here Luther. I will not let you walk out of here alive, not after what you did." She stated before launching at Luther full force, only to notice X-ray try and attack her from behind. and she was forced to abandon her attack in favor of pushing back X-ray.

Luther went to press the advantage, but his blade was knocked to the side by a red keyblade. Looking to Beuce, he sighed. "Still upset about the last time you lost to me are you? Bent on proving that your strength?" Again, there was no response. "Have it your way." Both of them activated their blade aura as they took up a stance. Beuce, however, covered his blade in energy and activated his second tier. "Well, it seems you've picked up a new trick since last we met." Beuce attacked without a word.

"It's like I'm underwater. I can still hear, but it's muffled. Muted."

The clangor of blades rang out. Luther darted in from every direction and thrust at Beuce's vitals. The master deflected them, only for him to reposition and attack from the opposite side nearly instantaneously. Yet as fast as Luther was, he wasn't making much headway into breaking through Beuce's parries.

"This aura...It dulls your senses. No...That's not quite it..."

Luther ignited a blaze in his hand and hurled it at Beuce. Bringing up the blue end of his keyblade, he fired a shot of water out of it and canceled the magic. Victor, however, wasn't far behind the spell. The deadly strike from his weapon was narrowly avoided by its would-be victim.

"It cuts out anything unnecessary. I can't feel the air on my skin. I can't make out details in the background. I can only feel the steel in my hand. I can only see his movements. It's like I'm underwater...I'm sinking...And I can almost..."

Luther leaped backward away from him and began to focus his energy. There were no more illusions. There could be no doubt in anyone's mind that this was the real Luther. He took a deep breath, and his presence was amplified tenfold. Even the attention of bystanders would be drawn to him. With an attack that had all his power put into it, he sprinted forward. His weapon hummed with energy as it prepared to make a truly brilliant strike. No one's eyes would be able to part from such an attack. Before it came, however. It slipped from his hand and fell downward toward the ground. The second it was in the air seemed like an eternity. Luther brought his hands up to bring them together. Beuce's eyes, however, weren't on the weapon.

"I can almost...see the bottom."

The aura around Beuce was gone, and a trail of grey flashed in his eyes. He didn't know what he was doing. He couldn't feel his hands. All he knew was what he need to do to win.

CLAP

The sound was deafening after what seemed like eons of utter silence. Luther's eyes went wide as he was torn out of his concentration. His stance, his form, his training. In that moment, his mind ached as he struggled to remember any of it. It had deserted him in the face of such shock. Though it was only a second, he was defenseless, and Beuce didn't need any more time than that. In one swift motion, Lofty grasp pierced through Luther's torso. He could only stand there, stunned at what had just happened. The keyblade master pulled his weapon from the man and left him to collapse on the floor.

A million things raced through Luther's mind, but one of them stood out among the rest. A dying thought so laughable he couldn't help himself. He'd found the opponent he was searching for but hadn't even realized it until after they'd already fought. He closed his eyes. Maybe it was better this way.

Beuce sharply inhaled as he left his aura. He was a bit overwhelmed as the world around him came flooding back. Their fight wasn't done, so he turned back to the other red society member and took up his keyblade against him.

Beuce could feel a headache growing at every word Karina's family said. He didn't realize there was a depth this far for how wrong someone could possibly be. "Hey Karina, they're your family right? Is it alright with you if I have a few words with them?" Karina nodded in approval

Beuce approached the man with glasses calling Karina a traitor. "So, Eric. I get where you're coming from. I really do. I come from a military world myself. I was part of the leadership of my faction, and I would do almost anything to protect them. But buddy, you need to get your head out of your *KUPO* and see the bigger picture. Your world and anything that happens on it is such a small, insignificant part of what's going on that you'll have to forgive her for disregarding its rules and traditions. I don't know if you have the slightest inkling as to what's going on, but this affects every single world in the universe. Including yours. If we fail, your world goes up in flames too."

Beuce narrowed his eyes in a glare at the man. "The whole situation here should prove that we're capable of dealing with their ilk, and that your military isn't. This wasn't even their strongest. Not by a long shot. Karina is one of our comrades helping defend the worlds from No Heart. If you and your family can't see beyond your own agenda and try to get in her way, that makes you our enemy. And we won't hesitate to defend our friends from our enemies. So take my advice, go back to your world, forget she ever existed, and stay out of our way." ​

 

Ananta had really stayed quiet through everything. Taking the silent watcher approach since she was still a little timid around Karina. But coming to this cell and hearing Eric speak so rudely irked her. Beuce had already spoken but it seemed Eric was too focused on things not going their way. Ananta sighed and shook her head. "Are you two done moping about your plans not going the way you wanted them? All I hear is you two are sad that Karina is making a better life for herself despite the things that's happened to her. Stop being so selfish that things aren't going your way and let her live her life the way she wants to. Also, this dress really doesn't look too good on you, Karina. It isn't that flattering, I"m sorry." she gave a small bow.

Stepping over, Ananta summoned water to her hands and used the water to freeze X-Ray's legs to the ground. "Should we set them free, Karina? There's other people in there who have nothing to do with this fight."

 

Luna unlocked the cell that Lucien and Illiana were in. The two walked out and the princess properly gave her twin brother a hug. Another man had walked over to the three before leaning his weight onto a wall. The three looked at the man as he introduced himself as Quill. Luna went over to this Quill and casted some healing magic. "I don't think it'll be much but I hope it helps, even a little." She turned back to Lucien and Illiana before someone called out to Luna. The princess turned towards the voice to see the woman named Amelie. Luna immediately stood in front of her brother and her friend. "And I will ask you again, what did I take from you?"

Amelie shot out one of her chains towards Luna. The princess braced herself for the attack when Aux stepped in, taking on the chains. Luna was taken aback a bit. Amelie, or Whiskey rather, took back her chains calling Aux a sinner for his use of his dark aura. Luna turned to Aux, giving her thanks. "Aux...Thanks." She smiled as she nodded her head. Aux had then told Luna to take her family out of the area. Luna was a little hesitant to leave Aux and Quill but she knew she couldn't put Lucien's and Illiana's lives at risk. She nodded her head and turned to the two. "Get moving...now!" The prince and Illiana nodded their heads as they heeded Luna's words. The three ran off toward the elevators. Luna got all three of them into the elevator before closing the doors to head to a safer floor.

 

Ananta dusted her hands and stood up. Looking back, she noticed the blue hair woman and smiled. "Hello, my name is Ananta, what are your names?" she started, kneeling down to the older kid's height.

"My name is Izo Zisa.. im the head engineer here on the sanctuary." She placed her head on the boy's head "this little fellow trapped with us is Zeke. He got separated from his family..." he then put her other hand on the little girl's head. and this little bundle of joy is Amare. Say hi Mari!" The little girl looked barely four years old as she hid behind her mom. "She's very shy..."

"Hello Zeke! And Mari is so pretty. Is she yours?" she asked, smiling sweetly. She awaited the answer and nodded. "Alright, so, where should I begin? Have you been trapped down here since you were put on the ship?"

"Yup, she's my youngest. I have a son, but he's off training with his grandfather. He's training with the same weapons you all use." She looked around the prison block. "And we only got locked in here shortly after th summit. We were sucked into some portal and got dropped down here."

"Ah, alright that means I need to explain only a little bit. My groupd, SOS, we all have been going world to world to stop No Heart. We ended up here because most of us were captured. I was just hurt badly, but not so many of us were spared. Karina over here was held captive by her father. Others were captured too and they were given trials that, as far as I'm aware, were not so fair. The summit was a disaster as well and so...yeah, things are bad. I hope your son is safe, things aren't going so well at the moment." She sighed.(edited)

"Seems like its been rough all around.." she brushed her daughters hair with her fingers. "I hope my son's safe too... I haven't heard from him in nearly five years. I think about him all the time. I would love forMari to meet her older brother soon... tbats part of why I joined sanctuary. To look for my son and father. My husband also got lost when our world fell. So its just been Mari and I for the last few months."

"Well, I could help you find him once we get things figured out? What's his name, anyway?" she asked, looking back at her group for a second.

"Auxillius," she smiled. "He was barely a teenager when he left so I imagine he's gotten taller. He was not very strong though... he has red hair like his father."

"Oh shoot uh...." she scratched her neck. "He's here too."

"HE IS?!" Her voice immediately shot up. "Red hair, blue eyes?"

"Super cocky and buff and wears a dumb hat." Ananta nodded.

Iso toned down a bit. "Oh... well that doesn't sound much like him at all. My Aux was always picked on by the other local kids.. that's why he wanted to leave and get stronger. He said he wouldn't come back until he was strong. If the person you're talking about was really Aux... and he was as strong as you said... he would've come home..." a small tear escqped her eye as she quickly wiped it away

Physically speaking Kel was perfectly okay. Sure his arms hurt slightly from the way that the Remnant was holding them, but compared to the treatment they'd gotten in his fight against Karina, it was nothing. Mentally, however, that was where the real issued lie. The news that Nequa had been basically puppeting him this whole time still left him infuriated and at the same time, greatly disheartened. To learn that he had been the sole cause of all this, even unwilling, nearly brought back some of his old habits. If he just left now then whatever vast emptiness he decided to look at would be viewed by Nequa and nothing else regarding his friends. Even if this meant that he would be no better now then when he up and left his home for similar reasons. "What? No, I'm fine. The prison block if I had to guess." Shiro had snapped him back to reality through the vigorous shaking.

 

Quill perhaps acted a touch familiar with Aux, but Quill really felt they shared a strong connection that made them life long friends. Or it could be the blood loss and shocks to his brain making him horrible loopy. Honestly it was hard to tell. The woman approached him and knelt down, beginning a concentration “Wait- don’t-” Before he could finish, her hands let out a gentle warmth, the light seemed to burn away his body for a moment, then his wounds were gone and flesh was there. It felt different from the healing he had once felt, this lady was something special. “Well uh, thank you Miss.” While much of his injuries were left, he felt a cautious optimism about his condition. Quill laid on the ground on his side, he felt like perhaps he could rest now.

“Princess Luna!” Damn.

Stepping out from a dark portal, a strange woman with stark black hair and elegant dress rapidly approached. The loud clicks of her heels was telling of her intentions, she was in a rush and she was rather serious. Instantly a torrent of chains snaked toward the two from this group, they radiated a sickeningly intense light. Aux was able to repel them with a black aura, it felt familiar to Quill. Carefully picking himself up, he began to notice chains spread out from the woman and snake along the walls. The main assault was focused on Aux but some snuck out of his eyesight, where the lady was taking her friends out of their cells. They coiled around the cell bars and struck towards the two bystanders. Quill was close enough to interject his Keyblade, having it catch the entangling. Quill wrested against the solid light chains “We should talk under better circumstances, we’ll hold her here.” Quill twisted his blade and pulled the chains away from the three. She nodded and left with her friends, clearly with some hesitancy but ultimately resolute. Quill focused on his Keyblade’s magic, he tried to bring out a modicum of the aura he resorted to repel Sho. A single spark, no more. From the weapon an air of oppressive darkness blew out, the chains hissed and returned to the villainess. She cursed and told him of her disgust for Quill, something about a Sin? Quill stepped forward with Aux, neither of them seemed in a condition to fight her but there was little choice. The aches of body of his two previous fights echoed in him.

Quill decided he wasn’t a fan of fighting this group.
