Well, speak of the devil. No sooner had they finished their discussion on what to do about Karina's father, the man showed up. He certainly didn't seem very menacing at first glance but Beuce knew full well that it was most likely an act. He knew the kind of abuse Karina had to suffer at his hands. He listened to his words with skepticism but tried his best not to outwardly show it. As the man listed off their names, it was clear he knew a fair bit about them already. Even so far as to be able to identify their faces. Karina wasn't the type to go into that much detail about them, especially with someone she hated. She had a hard time talking to the people she did like. If that was the case, he probably got the information he had on them from their files. The unfortunate thing about that was it meant they had no way of determining exactly how much information he had on them, or even what Karina had actually said about them.

They had to assume he had more information than them. Although, they did have a single advantage. The way he was lying to them meant he was trying to see their reactions. He was trying to probe them for something. If that was the case, it meant that this conversation had never been that in the first place. It was a war for information. The conditions for victory were to catch the other in their lie. Beuce cleared his throat. "Yeah. That's me. You scared me for a second there. I thought she forgot about me. Oh, and just for the record, it's actually traveling magician. I know real magic too, but I specialize in parlor tricks. Sleight of hand, that kinda thing. Do you want to see some?" And with that, it was Xeres' move.

When Karina's father had a walk up tot Luna and started speaking to them, Kel had remained silent and kept an eye on him. Naturally, his trust of him was low, but there was no reason to act on that now just yet. So he waited, listened to him speak and offer a short wave as his own name was mentioned. "It's nice to meet you too." Then came the pause before Beuce was finally addressed.

The name had been wrong, completely wrong and he was just about to say something when Beuce spoke up going along with being Faust the traveling magician which led him to reconsider that. Beuce was smart and could come up with effective plans on the spot as he had done in the coliseum when the Cyclops attack. In that case he kept quiet and waited to see how this was to play out.

When Ananta asked how Alexander knew there names. He did not know what to say as at some point everyone finds out who they are one way of another. Seeing as they were at the arrival bay and not far from the med bay he wondered who else would show up. 'We... had a bit of a spat before she ran away. I was hoping to help mend things, but she refused to speak to me until she was able to speak to her friends.' "Then why did you not bring her with you?" He knew for a fact that something was not right with all of this and it made much sense. 'She was very specific about the company she traveled with. I believe I also have the pleasure of meeting Ms. Ananta, Kel, A.J. and..' He stopped once he reached Beuce. 'I'm sorry, I don't believe she mentioned you...' He peered his eyes as trying to get a handle on his name. 'Oh wait! I remember... you must be the wandering mage Faust, yes?' he asked politely. Well none what that made any sense as he only briefly talked to Karinalike once or twice so she would not mention him specifically. "What did she say about me? specifically?" He knew the game he was playing and was ready to call him out on it but it would be far easier to find Karina if he told them. The key to the game was not to give any information and gather the truth from the lies and he was keeping mental tabs. Beuce soon confirmed he was Faust.

When Alexander said, 'Nothing much aside from a list of names and features.... I would have loved to have gotten her to stretch her legs. My daughter however can be quite... persistent once she's made up her mind. She felt I would trick her into going to some sort of dungeon if I made her leave.' OK so first he said that Karina gave specific details about the company she traveled with now he was saying that she did not give much so which was it? So it was likely that he had a list of names with pictures as that was certainly something Karina wound not say. Like no one tells someone what a person looks like unless they were sent to look for them. He smiled in his mind as he got the information from him. He could not blame Karina ether as he did not trust the man as far as he could throw him. 'I'm sure you would all like to pay her a visit... Unfortunately I can only take two visitors with me to the upper barracks. Once I take two of you up there, I can always keep switching you in pairs.' Well if that did not scream trap he did not know what did. The clear choice to send was 'Faust.' but the other one he was not so sure and he was not completely sure how to tell the others his thoughts with Alexander standing there. It was like he was back in his home world trying to out smart someone there. This Alexander knew how to play the game unfortunately he had year of experience dealing with this kind of thing. He turned to Beuce and said, "So Faust I think you should go and remember that the smoke from your parlor tricks may be thicker then you realize as it was in mountains." Hopefully he got the reference to Hades and how he tried and to trick them.

Beuce mentally cursed, Xeres having declined his invitation for a trick. He spouted more lies about how he wasn't the bad guy Karina made him out to be. He knew what they must've thought of him, and knew his lies were unlikely to get through to them. The chances that Karina was actually in the upper barracks were very slim, but they had to investigate all the same. AJ seemingly joined in on their mental game, but Beuce wasn't entirely sure they were even doing the same thing. It was like someone bringing uno cards to a poker tournament and expecting to win. The boy passed him some sort of hidden message about the parlor tricks being...from the mountains...

The conversation grew silent for a solid ten seconds as Beuce just stared at AJ, trying to grasp any semblance of meaning behind the words. His brain felt like it was about to short-circuit and fry if he continued any longer, so he turned back to Xeres. "Yeah I'll go. Kel, why don't you come with me. These three need to prepared for the summit meeting anyway. Oh, speaking of which, we're not holding you up are we? I'd hate for you to be late on our account."

The more that Alexander spoke and gave his own interpretations of Karina, the more that Kel doubted each word that came out of his mouth. A little incident such as lying to go the doctor wouldn't spark that much of a deep-rooted hatred. Deep enough so that she wouldn't even feel safe in her own home. He kept these doubts to himself though as an outburst or remark could poke a hole in Beuce's currently going plan.

Then Alexander offered to take two of them up to where Karina was. "No problem. We'll inform you guys on what we see after the summit." This seemed to go easier than expected. Which only added more fuel to the fires of doubt.

He was not sure if Beuce got the message behind what he said or not. Regardless he was not sure if Mr. Xeres was going to take them where he said he was. Or for that manner if Karina was where he said she was. There had to be a way to track them as the nurse had knew were the others were at. Hacking a device or stealing one was out of the question. He was not sure what to do here. The only thing he could think of was to go to the upper barracks himself as they were given access to the whole ship more or less. Now to give Beuce a clear message that was clear. Kel had said that he would go which told Alexander who he was. "Surely you would not mind if we wrote her a note." He quickly got out paper and wrote a simple note. 'We miss you. We hope your Travel here was fun and Relaxing. We Hope the Accmanations are to your liking. We are Patiently wanting for your return. Your friends.' Thinking of the plan on the spot. He knew where he was heading so as soon as they left he would be going soon anyways. He handed the paper to Beuce. "Give that to her will you? Well hope to see you soon." Hopefully he would convey the message to Kel. "Well have a nice time you three." and stood by and waited for them to leave.

Ananta got the hint from Luna and pursed her lips. She had heard this man was bad and she knew talking too much might worsen their chances of retrieving Karina. Beuce went along with the fake name and she had to give him props for that. The man finally pretended he had told a white lie for some bull reason and looked reminiscent of it. Ananta rolled her eyes. By the end of it, Kel and Beuce were elected to go. Ananta nodded. "Yes, it would be quite interesting to go to this summit. As a representative of my world, I plan to restore it. Which may not be so hard..." she trailed off and nodded. "So, Luna and AJ. Let's go talk amongst ourselves, shall we?" She smiled sickeningly sweet.

 

Beuce walked beside Karina's father as the pretenses all fell down. Beuce sighed. So Faust was in prison as well. How many of their friends were detained? "Well sir, with all due respect, It has less to do with what was said about us and more what was said about you. You must understand the opinion we'd have of you starting out. You don't exactly have a stellar reputation. I said that as much to see your reaction as you brought it up in the first place to see ours. You should understand the merit in sizing up an unknown party before putting everything on the table. Though it seems you've already done your research." Beuce said, relatively respectfully. At this point, he had to assume he was on the back foot. The general clearly knew more about the situation than he did, but he couldn't have had all the answers. Otherwise, why would he need to size them up like that? He didn't know what the general needed to figure out, but he knew he had to keep him from doing it. "You said...Faust was being detained? How many of us are down there, and what did they do? If Aux is with them, I understand that. He wasn't in control of himself at the time, and circumstances have changed so that he'd no longer a danger, but you may not have been aware of that. You see when...When..." Beuce stopped his his tracks. What did happen to change Aux...? Beuce's face filled with immediate concern at his inability to recall those events, not even looking at the general anymore.

The cat may have been out of the bag with Faust too being detained, but there was still the chance of getting some answers to this situation in general. Naturally, a commanding officer would have access to enough answer to shed some light on their situation. "In addition to that, what exactly is this place? That nurse had said it was a salvation for worlds in danger, but there had to be more than that for this to be the first time we've heard of this." Kel asked. There had been a fair amount of world they had ended up on and dealing with the problems that No heart or whoever brought upon them. It felt odd to learn that this whole place was a thing that wanted basically the same thing that they had been fighting for this whole time.

There were like, twenty different things going on and Kaida wasn't really feeling any of this. Looking around for a means of escape. She didn't vocally indicate her intentions like some of these people did and as Vanitas addressed her Kaida was looking up at the ceiling. Showing no indication or acknowledgement towards Vanitas she turned her back towards him to face Aux's cell and said, "It's either because your heart rate is up so the program is reading you as hostile, or ya know, your reactions are probably funny to them. Either way I recommend deep breathing."

Kaida looked up towards a camera and said, "Hey uh, warden? What exactly are our charges. Or specifically, my charges."

"Oh. So it's a false accusation." Kaida sounded fairly confident saying that as she shrugged, "Or just a misunderstanding. I assume there's gotta be a trial so I'll just wait for that." Kaida said blatantly ignoring Vanitas as she went back towards a wall to sit down and lean back with her eyes closed, "The wait time won't be great but now's a good time to catch up on those musical missions the mice had written down." The blonde sat forward and cleared her throat as she sang, "Well, Tamatoa hasn't always been this glaaaaaam. I was a drab little crab once~"

The explanation was satisfactory and did, in fact, shed some light on things surrounding their situation. It was heavily not in their favor and even less so with this whole world border act thing that was just told to them. What made matters worse was that while the summit was likely their best chance at getting their friends out for whatever charges they were apprehended for.

Then Alexander went through with the names of their friends, going over what it was that their friends had done. Each name mentioned had a different memory associated with it based on some instances in which he interacted with them. Most of the names and their charges he found to be surprised due to not know much about them, but what really struck him was when Stratos, Kaida, and Ventus There was no way that both Stratos and Kaida for charged with a form fo terrorism, especially with Kaida's being connected with No Heart. As for Ventus, that was the name of one of Master Eraqus's missing students. The fact that he was here was a surprise in its own right. "That can't be right," Kel said, still clearly in disbelief.

Arrival Bay
Ananta soon said that they should talk among themselves, which ordernarley he would not mind but there was more at play at the moment. He guessed that she was just saying it at the moment. He walked with Beuce and Kel to see them off and to see if he could somehow follow them. He watched as Alexander scanned one of his keycards and folded his hands in front of himself, watching patiently as the elevator doors closed. Welp following the two was out as a option as even if he managed to get to the floor he would need a key card. Looking at the map he was given the barracks were on there but there was not really an option to go to the upper level. He made his way back to Luna and Ananta. "We should get going" he told the two.

On rote to location to be determined by Luna
He left the Arrival bay and he turned to Luna. "So there is something that I kind of get but do not at the same time. I would like your thoughts. So we were attack and knocked out and brought here. From the sound of things some of us were brought here for crimes." He stopped talking for a minute as they walked. He could understand why Aux would be locked up and maybe one of the others but all of the Group. That was something that did not make any sense. "So why bring everyone here in that way by attacking us? Sure the way they did it might have been the easy rote but what do they want from us? They must want something or we would not be here. Information is one thing that I thought of, but it seems they know us already. So thoughts Luna?" So he continued to walk waiting to hear her thoughts.


undisclosed location
"This is all I need to do?" Yes the voice of a hooded figure said. All you need to do is get on the ship and talk to people and your home will be restored to what it was. You also may need this and the figure hand Bob a object. The figure soon left him and was gone. Bob stood there and put the object away. it had been months sense he pushed Andrew down that hole back home and things continued to fall apart after some time. He did not remember how he got where he was but that did not matter.

Arrival Bay
Bob had gotten on a transport ship and arrived on what they called Sanctuary. The amount of lies he had to tell to get there was not the problem it was the act of being nice it mad him sick. He was not sure how Andrew did it all these years. He steped of the tansporat ship and onto the arrival bay of Sanctuary and was soon approached by someone asking who he was and where he came from.
