Video Game: Kingdom Hearts SOS: The Road To Light

Even Kel, who had been keeping a close eye on Luther once it was known that he was Nequa's side, had been caught off guard when Karina's attack had struck nothing. It was unknown to him at what point Luther had gotten behind her, or how fast he had to have moved to have achieved that. It left a bud of concern when it came time to inevitably fight him, as well as whoever else, was on Nequa's side. "Next time we see him, he likely won't be letting us just walk away either."

In the moment he had turned to look back to the fight, the others had appeared in a flash of light. Naturally, that was followed by a cyclops intruding on the final match. Maybe AJ was right and that this tournament was fishy, even if he had no reason to think so until literally a few moments ago. Jumping over the railing, not using his arms as that would lead to potential failure given they were only just starting to feel better. Landing on the ground in time to see Karina outright just deck Jecht in the face, he instead looked to Stratos saying "Congrats on making it to the finals by the way."

With Luther and Alex not saying much more there was not much to do but to go find out what Hades was up to. Beuce, then said, 'It's best we just let him go for now. If he works for Nequa, you can be sure we'll see him again. Maybe at the time, we'll all be in better shape to take him on. For now, it really isn't a good idea.' He was not sure why that mattered It was not like things like this had not stopped the group before. Karina then said things about the battle. He was getting tied of just standing around. so he turned to leave to look for more information on Hades. Before he could get that far or even move a beam of light came in the room and there stood Ananta, Aux, Luna and Marx. Then a giant, pudgy cyclops looked into the arena and began laughing, as he was smashing the coliseum. Karina Vaulted over the railing Karina made a three point landing in the arena below. Why did he have to get stopped at every chance to leave? It was beginning to look like finding Hades was going to have to have to wait a bit longer. He let out a sigh he could barely more much less fight but it looked like he was not going to have much of a option. Kel then left to join Karina. "It looks like it is time to stop some chaos", he said off handly to the others as he rushed out the door to join Karina and Kel. Once he was there with them. He looked to Karina who had just took a swing at Jecht. "Yea I do not think he is going to listen to you. Jecht just acts from what I have seen." He now looked up at the cyclops that was over the coliseum and wondered how the SOS group was going to fight it with much the group not to full strength. It looked like Hades plan was to split them up from the begging to tire them out.

 

Beuce sighed as Karina hopped over the edge. She was clearly angry with him, but at least they'd managed to avoid fighting Luther for now. They could deal with him later. Turning his attention to the current problem, it seemed...well, large was the only way to put it. A towering monstrosity easily dwarfing the stadium they fought in towered above them, destroying things left and right. Thankfully, most of the group had gathered around, with only a few exceptions. "Hey!" Beuce called down, while glancing up and down the cyclop's body to try and formulate a plan. "I don't think we're going to be able to hurt it very much normally, but the eye is a pretty clear weak point. Karina, Kel, I need you two to work on tripping it! Tie up its feet with anything you can find as best you can, and pull with everything you've got! Any mystics, half of you focus on getting those two into fighting shape, and the other focus on keeping the decoys healed." He turned to the two guardians still behind him. "Speaking of, Luna, Aux. I need you two to run decoy. You're the only two that can reach it with your auras." Beuce paused a moment before he leaped down into the battlefield. "Aux, I know we haven't always fought side by side, but we could use your help. Can I...Can we count on you for this?" With that, he was in the ring. "Stratos, you handle Jecht. This is your fight to finish, isn't it?" two orbs of red and blue crossed paths, leaving lofty grasp in their wake. "Once he falls, I'll be ready to finish him off." They keyblade wielder began activating as many enhancing abilities as he could, from dichromatic resonance to magnify to his aura. When he struck, it would be a devastating one.

Looking at the absolute chaos that was unfolding around him could help but bring a smile top Faust's face. the literal giant crashing the tournament dead was quite the turn of events that Faust didn't even really mind that he had won or even made it into the final. looking over towards where aux and who Faust were other members of the SOS appeared in the center of the waiting area of the arena Faust stretched out till his back poped placing a foot on the railing separating them form the rest of the arena greeting them with a smile and a wave "Yo, quite the sight huh? we'll have to catch up later as it seems the big guy has his eye set on fighting us" with that he channeled his magic through his body in preparation of the fight ahead of him. Beuce's plan wasn't a bad one to follow and while healing other wasn't his specialty there were other spells that he could cast to help the decoys.

With the crowd having fled soon after the cyclops had made its entrance, the plan to trip it lost its share of risks with them being the only ones in the arena now. Especially since Jehct was forcibly removed by the cyclops itself. "On it!" Kel answered before turning his full attention back to the cyclops before it did to him what it had so proudly done to Jecht.

He moved out of the way to avoid the risked of being stepped on in time for Karina to have tossed the other end of some rope of him. He nodded at her request and gripped the part of the rope that he held. "Consider it done." It had already been shown that the two of them working together with their strength can pull off some impressive feats. Toppling a giant such as this would be the same as long as they worked together.

When Beuce said the cyclop's eye was the week point it was clear. How it was able to see them that well to began with was something else all together. Something with one eye should not have that good depth perception. 'Any mystics, half of you focus on getting those two into fighting shape, and the other focus on keeping the decoys healed.' Beuce continued with his plan and it was a good one but the one thing that Beuce did not seem to consider was that half the people here just fought in a tournament and were not a full strength. At that very moment the cyclops' large, unkempt fingernails, flicked Jecht was across the city towards the grasslands of the world. Seeing as he could not heal as he had not magic left and acting like a decoy was not good of an idea for him to do ether unless he wanted to be dead as he could not move that fast or far because of his fight with Jecht. If it came down to it he would put his life on the line. Seeing as he did not think he could do much in this fight he knew what he had to do and that was get the crowd out of here. He began telling the remaining crowd of people left in the area to go towards the exit.

 

Stratos was gearing up to keep his fight against Jecht continuing, though it was clear he was fighting a losing battle if things stayed as they were. All the same, as he was getting ready to try something new out against the man to match him, it had seemed their fight was interrupted by the sudden appearance of a giant one-eyed creature. While this didn't seem to deter Jecht, who still seemed to want to fight, Stratos was less than sure if their fight was really that important. Regardless, his train of thought was interrupted as the other keyblade wielders came to deal with the creature and Jecht. As Beuce had gone to giving everyone a role, Stratos looked back to Jecht, ready to fight him again only for their fight to be interrupted by the man being sent flying by the one eyed monster. Dumbfounded at this development, Stratos looked to Beuce saying, "handled."

With that out of the way, he saw everyone else getting ready to go and strike at the creature, and so the boy thought about what he could do. After thinking on it for a moment more, the boy had an idea. "They'll probably need some help getting the thing to actually trip, so, here I go." As he told Beuce this, the boy focused for a moment on his keyblade as it crackled with rainbow lightning sparking every which way. He was going to need something here to not only help him close the distance, but also pack enough of a punch to if nothing else push the creature. Figuring out the combo of attacks, the boy nodded saying, "warp-" As he did, the boy vanished from his spot before reappearing in the air near the titan. His keyblade cloaked in a black spatial energy forming an enormous ethereal blade, the boy shouted "-calibur!" Swinging the attack into the titan, it exploded with pure force, attempting to push the creature in the direction they needed it to go, before the boy began free falling from his place in the air.

 

Marx didn’t expect the sudden teleportation back to the coliseum, but saw a faded figure before leaving which made him question a little more about the Underworld. When arriving back with his allies, he saw what was going on and decided to pitch in hearing about Beuce’s plan and decided to keep the decoys healed. “I’ll do what I can for Aux and Luna.” Saying to the man until he dashed off to a suitable position to keep his eye on the two Keybladers. Often though he would get the cyclops attention by firing magic at the giant just to annoy him so the others can take point.​

After telling the crowd to leave the ground shook as the large cyclops titan fell backwards. Fang and the other tournament contenders they had made ran into view. Heartless came into view and the others from tournament were helping. He slightly wondered why. Soon a small, pudgy satyr yelled out. He waddled on his tiny goat legs as he approached the party. He spoke in a gruff new york accent. Laguna showed up too. Saying, 'After things went south I went looking for the tournament leaders. Turns out Hades set this whole thing up as a distraction. And that there's Philoctetes. He's the true tournament holder. He was tied up in the closet in the announcer booth.' He was not all that shocked after all he himself had said this plan out before it was set in motion. No one payed attention so it did not matter. Phil continued with his story and then said, 'the five Titans that Zeus caged eons ago. Hades let em loose and is their on a rampage to Mt. Olympus. There were 5 Titans. That slab of meat is Cyclops. Then there's the hard hitters..." He pointed behind them as far in the distance, a rock titan, ice titan, lava titan, and cyclone titan were climbing the mountain. 'Without Herc, I don't know how the heck we're gonna beat those things...' At this point it was getting old that everyone was under estimating the SOS group. While it was true that most of them here were not in the best of shape after the tournament. He turned to Phil. "I would not under estimate them." He gestured to the SOS group that was standing there. AUX then said, 'This is gonna be our problem now isn't it?' "Knowing this groups luck I do not see the other gods helping out." He shrugged like it did not matter. How the group was going fight the 5 titans was beyond him when most of them here were not at full strength. They needed to find a way to put everyone at full strength and fast. He also need to find Hades that said he did not know what he was going to do when he found him as he knew he could not fight him in his current situation if it came down to it. For now until he found out a way to get everyone back to full strength it was best to leave Hades be for the time being.

 

The cyclops had been brought low fairly easily with their combined efforts. Their plan had been executed more or less perfectly, and thanks to that, they'd been successful in their endeavor. However, despite that, their troubles seemed far from over. The other tournament contenders seemed to arrive to help them with the heartless. After everything they'd been through, a few heartless seemed little more than a minor annoyance. Still, it was good they didn't need to deal with them given their current plight. Beuce gave a resigning shrug to Aux. "It always is, isn't it?" Beuce leaped to the top of the coliseum to get a better view of the encroaching titans. "Alright people, we've got a couple natural disasters on the way. Thankfully, their elements are pretty much a given. We'll divide into teams based on that. Faust, Kel, you're on Wind. Ananta, Luna, you two handle lava. Karina, Aux, Stratos, you guys work together to bring down Ice. AJ, you're with me on the last one. Get with your group, and get ready. We've got maybe two minutes before the reach us." Beuce began to shine with a silvery aura, indicating his entrance into blade. He looked down at the weapon in his hands, and remembered the battle against Luther. At this point, he didn't know if it would be enough. But this ripple of power wasn't enough, all he needed to do was reach farther down. He took a deep breath and summoned forth every ounce he could muster, and in return, his blade shone with a brilliant energy, engulfing it and forming into a larger shape. ​

 

As Stratos fell from the air after his attack, the boy tossed his keyblade forward. As the keyblade flew it transformed into its glider state, the boy landing on it before flying down to the others. Jumping off as he made his way towards Beuce and Aux, the boy looked into the distance. Seeing the massive titans' forms, the boy took a step back for a moment as he said, "well, those are...bigger than normal." As Beuce began to give out orders to everyone about how to split off and who to fight, Stratos gave the man a thumbs up before looking to his two comrades, smile clear on his face. "We're all pretty experienced at fighting behemoths and darksides by this point. So I guess a Titan probably isn't any different, right?"

While he was thinking about a way to get the group back to full strength Beuce started talking about a plan to take down the titans. Then Beuce had said something about wanting him. "Why you want me is interesting." He then shrugged. He did not know why Beuce wanted to fightwith him. "Yea fighting these titans not at full strength is not a good idea." He went back to thinking. The only other thing that he could thing of was to some how turn on the healing field that was used during the tournament. "I got a idea", he told Beuce before he took off making his way towards the announcer's booth which was the only place that he could think of where the healing field button or switch could be. When he reached the door which was open and he steeped inside he notice that inside did not look all that good across the room was a commuter looking thing that looked liked someone took a sledge hammer to it. He did not think the healing field would last that long before it shut off completely. He hit a switch and few buttons before the computer started making noise and smoking welp time to go he thought to himself. As he walked out the door and back to the others.
