[/color ]Huh, Karina didn't think that anyone would actually listen to her, but it seemed like they did. Jim was in hiding and the pirates were there. Surely Leo wouldn't be far behind, but she wanted to tear him down bit by bit. Right now she would deal with his lackies and then eventually him. He would have to watch and see how strong she was now. How much better she was with her keyblade. She was good before, and they did some damage. Now she had more power in her hands. She wasn't going to bow this time.

Lurching forward Karina twisted her Keyblade taking one strong strike at the pirate. He didn't have time to react before his entrails came tumbling out onto the ground and she could turn to his friend. This one however was a little more prepared for her attacks. He parried two of her blows before she finally got a hit in, it was only a scrape but it was better than nothing. He would be on the ground soon enough and he hadn't managed to get a hit in on her yet, so in Karina's opinion, she was doing pretty well for herself. At least the last guy died with ease. It would be a trivial matter to take down these guys once she got into the rhythm of battle, which hopefully wouldn't take much longer. Well she knew it wouldn't since she was already feeling the rush of adrenaline in her blood, overtaking the slight ache in her legs from being shot at not long before. "You're dead." She growled.

They had all seemed to have come to an agreement and Ignis was already one step ahead of them. In no time at all she had already scooped up both Jim and Farris and gone off to find a better place to hide them. It did mean that they were down another person for the upcoming fight, but with the intent being the ambush them they could still make it work so long as they weren’t too rash with things. Unfortunately, from the sounds of it they wouldn’t have the time to properly set up an ambush as the ever unfriendly voice of Scroop was heard getting closer as were the voice of what could only be the bunch of pirates that they had gotten to tag along.

Karina had taken the heads on approach and attacked two pirates and brought all of their attention on her, giving him the chance to cast some magic to further disrupt their focus. He quickly moved off to the side and cast graviga on them. The spell had only managed to catch three of them which was fine for the time being as they were quite bewildered at the fact that they were now floating. He followed up by launching his keyblade at the trio in the signature strike raid attack, it quickly made short work of two of the pirates. The last one had gotten lucky and the spell wore off before he was attacked. It didn’t save him from the fall back down which did its own share of damage to him.

It was hard to say who was the best fighter. "Of the ones you know it is probably kaida or Stratos. I have not known Faust as long as the others so it is hard to say for him. As for Ananta she is more of a support person." Then he started back up walking again. "What about you," Pan had asked.

[/color ]As Kel was at her back helping her fight, she turned and finally dealt with the annoying pirate that had been parrying her attacks. With a strong strike, Karina prepared for the pirate to parry. When he did she put all her strength into her arms so that she could not only stop him from deflecting her attack, but she managed to also disarm him. The pirate screamed before Karina ran her weapon across his throat. Was she being violent in this fight? Probably. Did she care? Of course not. Karina felt more awesome than sh had in a while. "Damn it is so much nicer fighting with feet on the ground." She stated before turning to the next pirate that was making it's way towards her. She sighed as she turned to it. "You want to die too, huh?" She stated as she swung again. These guys were chumps and didn't take too much energy. They weren't as easy as small heartless, but at least this over all was not too bad. She defiantly could handle such tasks and she was. Karina actually found herself enjoying it too. Looking around she surveyed the scene as she fought, making sure that things were under control. Under control was a loose term. They hadn't gotten to Jim yet, which was good, but over all they were vastly out numbered. Either way Karina shrugged her shoulders and looked at her long time rival in terms of strength. "Better keep up." She taunted before flying into another flurry of blows, toppling another pirate near her. "That makes five."

TUNNEL 1-A

Caught off guard, Kaizo quickly turned to try and cast a stop spell. "Sto-" kaidas attack connected, much to his shock as he quickly flew up his arm to block the impact. While he felt it wouldnt do much damage the spacial damage caused the attack to feel heavier.

Jumping back, he rubbed his wrist. "Well well, looks like the little bird is trying to fly."

TUNNEL 2

A small puff of purple smoke was blown towards Zidane, as small glittering pieces of dust fell over him.
Before Zidane could charge forward, his vision began to blurr and subsequently passed out onto the floor.
From behind him, was a tall slender man in a black and plum suit. He was a slick man with a gap in the front of his toothy grin.
"Well kid was right about one thing, battle didn't go at all like he wanted..." He reached into his blazer pocket and pulled out a small card in between his fingers.
"I actually came for your Mr... Faust, was it? My Card...." The man gave Faust a small business card, with his information on it.

Aux watched in disgust as Karina killed one Pirate after the other. While he was all for punishing the murderous ravagers, he still felt uneasy at the sight of their innards being spilled out on display. If he had to put an end to the evil pirates, he would much rather them be killed in a less gruesome manner. And whats worse, they were actually competing.

All he could do was sigh, as he rose up to his feet and tried to find a place to lie low before striking at the enemy. He found a bulky enough tree to take cover with before hearing one of the pirates yell; "Come out! We can see you hiding behind that tree!" Aux confused, looked at his arms, that were sticking out like a sore thumb. He was too muscular to even hide behind trees now.

"Well, that's embarassing," he told himself before casting 'Stopga' on both the pirates. He casually stroller up to them as he gave both of them a hard punch to the head before knocking both their heads together. He walked pass them, counting down out loud. "Three, two..." Before he said one, both pirates cringed from the delayed pain as they fell to the floor, knocked out with some serious brain damage to their squishy alien heads. He looked around to see if any of the familiar faces were seen. Scroop, Silver or Zulu were no where in sight though.

Taking the small slip of paper in his hand looking it over for a moment. He had seen fortune tellers back in his own home world form time to time but this man had a different kind of air to him then them than him. His get up though would differently fit right in though Faust thought as he looked over both sides of the card. "Well Doctor, ya found me" taking as slight stage bow as he did so holding his sliver and gold coin in his left hand before tossing it into the other where he caught it using some slight of hand making it appear as it had split into two gold and two sliver coins held between each of his fingers. "Faust, the traveling magician. I'm afraid to say i don't have anything as fancy as your cards. now what cha want with me magic man" looking the doctor straight in the eye as he did so.

After that last spell attention had been drawn towards him as another set of pirates headed off towards him, swords drawn poised to attack. The first attack was blocked and Kel was quick to kick the pirate back. The next one had managed to cut his cheek as he managed to move his head to the side right when the blow would’ve gone through his head had he not done so. He had saved himself from this attack, but this had left him unbalanced and ill prepared to block or parry the next attack aimed at him. It didn’t mean he was out of options though. Right as the blade was poised to strike his arm, a cloak of ice formed over the point where the blade would’ve connected and stopped it. For a moment the blade was stuck in the ice, then the ice grew had spread all along the blade and completely covering the pirate in ice.

Readying himself for the next attack, Kel looked at the carnage that Karina had been bringing about on the pirates. It was way too late to stop her given the bodies that were piling her around her. Not counting the guy, he had just frozen in ice, he’d been avoiding trying to kill these guys. He’d definitely knocked them unconscious while giving them a reason to not try to face them again, but Karina was definitely doing that job better. “Consider it done.” He called back with a smirk as the next two pirates moved to attack him. The first once he struck first against easily, rending him unconscious and the next was blown back after his attempt to attack him had been met with an aeroga spell He was down, but slowly getting up.

"Good job buddy." Karina called out to Aux, rolling her eyes slightly at him. "You might need to lose some weight." There was advantages to being a female with rather slim body. She was well built but she was still thin enough that she could have hidden a bit better than Aux was managing. "Well at least you are doing your job, keep it up." It was a sarcastic remark as she turned around facing the pirates that had previously thought that she hadn't been paying attention. The grin on her face promised nothing but death as her keyblade was already splattered with blood. The pirate suddenly seemed to be rethinking his decision. Before he could run however Karina was on top of him, slicing her keyblade down his back before sending a short blast of fire at a nearby friend of his. "Oh you aren't getting away from me that easily. I am just starting to have fun." She stated before stepping away from the man who was bleeding out on the ground, striding towards the one holding his now scorched side. She brought her keyblade swinging around to his exposed side, crumbling him to the ground as well. She decided just for fun she would also throw her keyblade. It ricocheted off of one of the pirates before striking another one, this one hitting straight in the back, dropping the already injured pirate. Karina stood and waited for more to come her way while summoning her keyblade back to her, not bothering to move any further than she had to. "Who's next?" She asked.

TUNNEL 3

"Well little man, it's not so much what I want from you, but what you... want from us."
He spoke in a smooth, deep voice and came off as quite a showman. "You seem like the kinda fella who doesnt like being tied down, moving from place to place to find all the pleasures life has to offer. Am I right?"

Without letting him finish the took out a deck of tarot cards and began shuffling them in his hands as he walked around Faust. "Let me give y'all a little demonstration so you dont think I'm some kinda charlatain.."
He drew three different cards and revealed them to Faust. "Your past is the cloud card. You spent your days in the cloud- your mind or otherwise, and I see that you wanted more than what your floating paradise could offer. Second card is the dice card. Your present seems to be full ofchances and risks I see... something that triggered you into a path where you let the cards choose your fate. A respectable way to live," he grinned.

His face turned serious as he revealed the third card. "Now your future is something I think my friends and I can help with. The coin card... meaning there will be a choice that affects your entire future. One choice that puts your down the path of the blessed... or the path of the cursed. Quite the mind boggle huh?

Looking the man up and down for a second the Faust had to admit the man might have some touch in the mystic arts for him to accurately guess so much about him with the use of those cards he had. he hadn't seen anything like those back home. he couldn't help but think that maybe there was something worth listening to from this man. Still there was always a chain that held everything to something else there had to be some kind of catch to whatever this Doctor Facilier was offering it only mattered if it outweighed the chain in the end. "Quite the little show you have there doc." Faust replied genuinely amazed giving a slow clap to the man and continuing with a slight shrug "Ya got me pegged good. ya know what i want and that divination of yours got my interest. So lets just cut to the chase, what kinda help are ya offering and whats the price? we all know there's no such thing as a free ship."

Wiping away the blood that was starting to trickle down the side of his face from his newly gained cut he noticed that between the combination of Karina massacring the pirates and the way Aux and himself had taken care of the ones who had come forth to him, the few remaining pirates were being quite hesitate in making their next move. This allowed for him to noticed the destine lack of a certain crab alien that they had heard prior. “If your plan is to jump out when we’re exhausted, its not going to work Scroop!” He made sure that his voice was loud enough for Scroop to hear it if he was actually just hanging around waiting. Once his voice had settled, he looked back to the pirates who still hadn’t made any attempts to move closer and sighed. He would have to bring the fight to them it seemed. Oh well, it would lead to the same end either way and least with him he could guarantee it would be less brutal than what Karina was doing to the ones she was fighting. A single step forward had turned into a singular leap towards them that caused the pirates to scatter away, allow Kel to land in the middle of four of them. He allowed the tip of his keyblade to touch the ground, triggering the mines of minega to appear and seek out towards the nearest targets. Out of the five mines that were summoned, most of which had gone towards the closer ones to him and pretty effectively blew them up. A little more than what he was intending to do if he were to be honest, but it got the job done fairly well.

Everyone had been fighting so nicely, but this was a pirate battle. It was bound to get messy at some point and Karina had no problem being the one to make it messy. After all who cared that much, it was just more proof to Leo that he wouldn't be able to get away with what he had wanted to, and she wasn't going to be running away from him. The fact she had left the first time was only so that they could get Jim somewhere safe, despite him not wanting to leave Silver. Now that it had been achieved, she could go as crazy as she wanted on these guys. Karina let two more crowd around her, thinking that they would have a better chance as they observed the slight limp in Karina's left leg. The first one feinted right while the other struck at her left side. Karina parried the blow to her right, and even with an injured leg, she kicked the pirate square in the chest as he got close enough to strike. "Oh you didn't expect this injury to really slow me down, did you? You underestimate me. I have been through far worse than this." She stated before striking out at the guy to her right who had thought it wise to try and interrupt her speaking. It was the last mistake that he would ever make, Karina made sure of that one. She then stabbed the other man through the chest, ramming him back until he hit another pirate, the tip of her keyblade grazing that man as well.

If there was ever a time for someone to pop out of their hiding spot to reveal their intentions, it would be now given that they’d basically beaten all of the pirates and yet nothing from anyone. Even the remaining pirates didn’t make any attempt to flee for their lives. It was admirable, but he also knew that there was no real chance they had in getting away. Even if they weren’t just going around and killing most of them, if they got back then that would be more information that got back to Zulu and the less he knew about what they were currently doing, the better. To that end he saw it fit to not waste any more time in dealing with the few remaining pirates. As luck would have it, they had arranged themselves to be in a straight line, perfect for a zantesuken to cut right through all of them in one fell swoop. “As much I as want to go check on the others, I really don’t like the fact that Scroop was nowhere to be seen during that fight.” It didn't sit right with him, especially if he was still around lurking, then it wouldn’t be a good idea to lead him to where they’re hiding Jim and Farris. Zulu did still want that map and as Jim said he was the only one who could actually use it.

Kaida grinned a little bit to herself when it at the very least hit a little bit, even if it didn't land in the particular spot she was aiming for. The girl had a feeling he'd be more prepare this time but she still reached her keyblade out and shouting, "Graviga!" since she at least kind of understood the gravity of the situation.

Kaida at this rate wasn't enjoying his taunts at all, and against her better judgement decided to summon her second keyblade and run in to red slash him, hoping the roulette gave her some kind of space magic, but at this point she just wanted to hurt this guy. Even though the odds were definitely not looking great on her end.

Karina couldn't help but agree with Kel. "Well maybe it will piss Leo off enough that he will face us himself. He did say the chase was on." She stated with a chuckle. "Yeah I don't think he remembers who he is dealing with. He will come running, I am sure." She stated as she rocked back on her feet and watched out for their enemy come near. She was getting impatient waiting however and Karina started to pace a bit. She glanced back towards the others as she waited. She then stuck her hands in her pockets, seeming to fidget for something, but didn't end up grabbing anything. She never did end up getting anything for Kel like she had meant to. She didn't know what to get him.

"Hey Kel? Thanks for a while ago.. you know when you offered me to go back to your world with you when this is over. I think I will have to decline though." She admitted to him trying to fill the silence that followed the battle.

Looking over the necklace that the doctor presented before him it was a strange shape that he had never before just like that card trick. If the doctor was telling the truth then he could show him even more kinds of magic than he had even seen before. that was certainly tipping the scales in the doctors favor in Faust's opinion. "Can't say i have doc," Faust answered back with a shrug "so what is this charm of yours and what dose it have to do with those Friends of yours? you never gave the price though have to say I'm a sucker when it is for a new magic trick"
