A lot of stuff had happened. Stratos was in a whale, which was a new and kind of gross experience to tell the truth. As it had turned out, neither he nor Beuce were the only ones trapped in this whale either. Soon enough, the duo was met up with the others of the SOS squad, with specifically Luna coming to greet them. They also seemed to have two others kids with them, having a relationship that Stratos could only have a sense of familiarity with, that seemed to be looking for their friends. While Stratos could empathize with the Sora kid, the others were quick to give him a good pep talk, and after that was done, it turned out that both he and Riku had keyblades in their possession. Dumbfounded by the whole thing, it had seemed that they were going to go fight some heartless - in a whale - which was something that Stratos could use to get himself back into the swing of things. Strange as it may sound.

Following after the others, he was stopped by the sight of two poisonous looking heartless with a ghost in the center of them. Watching the Sora boy drop a potion on the ghost, and seeing it recoil in pain from it, Stratos said, "alright. That's new." Getting ready to focus it down, Stratos flared up his metronome aura, as the power of it flowed into all of those around him. Looking to see Kaida, Beuce and Aux near him, he said, "hey guys. Long time no see. Or, well, small time no see I guess. Care to go ghost hunting?" As he asked this, Stratos pulled out two glass bottles filled with healing liquid, that he then promptly tossed towards the Grand Spectre.

Steel, who had been in absolutely no hurry to reach the destination at all, now lie face up on the platform he had been sorted onto with a relatively blank look on his face. Having already looked around at who all was with him Steel sighed up into the humid and damp air of whale's stomach.

"Yay. I get to hang out with Karina again." He muttered with sarcasm as he rose to his feet. "We've been so close ever since the noodle incident. I do so look forward to every occasion we can be together." The monster, seemingly upset with his lack of interest, gave a loud roar in his direction. "Yeah, yeah, put a sock in it." An orb of fire energy appeared in the wielders hand and was promptly shoved towards his opponent. The air was relatively damp of course, and the heartless was as well, so the Firaga spell didn't do all that much damage.

Burning things made him feel better though, so he was satisfied for now.

It was around then that he noticed Riku.

"Oh good, and we have the genetic definition of cool here with us too. Now there's no way we can lose. Not like that other team. They've got 'genuinely cares' with them, and everyone knows he's a loser. After all, King Cool himself said that he wasn't strong enough, so it must be true." The Parasite Cage roared again as it appeared to ready an attack. "I'm sorry, I didn't say you could move yet." This time, a murky green energy appeared, and the Parasite Cage was locked in place, not even breathing.

"So where was I? Oh yeah..." He cleared his throat before proceeding to go through a series of stretches. "Sure must be nice to have people you have no actual emotional attachment to respect you like that. You can trounce on their feelings all the time that way. Isn't that what friendship's all about?"

As the acid separated the large group that Faust found himself quite a bit amuse as he found himself on a platform with what looked like a bipedal wolf man. as he reflected over the sight before him he felt a strange sensation over his body looking down he saw himself cloaked in a light shower of sparks that seemed to dance in little arc across his body. His magic felt even more agitated than normal turning form a shifting shapeless static into a raging volatile storm. The scent of ozone like before a storm filled his nose as he readied his magic lightly flipping his old worn coin in his off hand. Seeing as his ally was kind enough to keep the living prison holding one of kids they were sent after still Faust could not help but stretch out and see how far his magic could go in this agitated state. Giving the coin a few more like flips glancing over at the heartless and giving a slight sigh " Man not the best feeling getting up shown by kid after he turns down your help." giving a brief pause before continuing his carefree smile returning to his face "Have to give the kid his credit for taking that gamble of his own though. So big guy lets take one of own, who will this bolt strike you or me?" not even giving any real control or direction to his magic he let his magic go wild lashing out of it's own volatile volition as the smell of ozone thickened in the air. twin bolts barely forming as he felt part of his magic splinter off into a familiar icy entity. marshmallow giving off a mighty roar as the twin bolts struck the ground as Faust caught the old worn con in his hand.

When Aux asked her the question about what she wanted to ask Sora she raised an eyebrow and asked, "What would I even ask him as a kid who seemingly knows nothing yet? Get real..." Kaida watched as Sora managed to hurt this heartless by tripping and dropping the potion which seemed like the most "of course" thing to ever happen and that was saying a lot considering what she'd been through the past few months. After Stratos started throwing Kaida pelted two potions at it herself and hoped for the best.

Being surrounded by stomach acid was a stark reminder as to why Kel didn't want to end up here when the whale had swallowed them, despite the fact that this was seemingly avoided while they were running about through its chambers. He really didn't want to add being digested by a whale to the evergrowing list of misfortune that has befallen him. The easiest way to avoid that was to beat the Parasite cafe in front of them, the same way they have gotten through just about all of their problems. Kel called forth his keyblade and coated himself in a reflected shield before crashing right into the cage with all of his strength. "If you could hurry up and spit out Pinnochio, that would be much appreciated." If only it would be that easy though.

As everything happened around them and acid filled the area, Karina eyes the kids. Not just the ones that were stranded in the cages, she also looked to the two boys that were formerly beside her.all of this was just stupid, she had enough. Summoning her keyblade, darkness began to pour from it, cloaking her in a similar dark mist. Karina couldn't honestly say she knew what was happening to her but she was feeling particularly violent at the moment, enough so that she wanted to make sure she could inflict the most damage possible. Tendrils of darkness flared out from her, prodding at the parasite cage. Karina's eyes fell on a weak spot and Karina smiled a wicked smile. "There...." She whispered.

There was talk about using a heart a a weapon from Sora. He soon watched as Sora and Riku ran into the tunnel once again. No one really said anything to him and he was not surprised. With nothing to do but follow Sora and Riku he went into the tunnel without saying much. As they arrived in the stomach, the area was filled with a harsh acid, as in front of the battle ready Riku, was two paraiste heartless, heartless ghost that the group had seen in the whale's chambers. Riku changed in to attack for it not to go so well. Sora called out, as he reached into his pocket to take out a potion, he ran forward before tripping over his large shoes and watched as the potion stumbled out of his hand and onto the ghost heartless. The heartless let out a wicked cry of pain, as the entire area shook. He was not really surprised at this point at the randomness of a heartless getting hurt by a potion. It was new but is was something that they would never try anyways.

Soon Steel went on about some sort of noodle incident. and talked about things that were... he was not actually sure how to put it so he let the thought hang. Seeing it was time to fight he summoned a keyblade but as he looked in his hands the Companion keyblade was there. For some reason it must have wanted to be used. As he looked onto the battle he noticed that the Parasite Cage was dripping water. It was time for some fun. As he pointed the end of the keyblade towards the Parasite Cage a powerful electric current burst out of the keyblade and towards the Parasite Cage. Then something odd happened as the Companion keyblade was replaced with a familiar keyblade. He was not sure what to do now but attacked again with Blizzaga.

"About fifteen minutes ago. In any case, this is a bit weird but it looks effective." Beuce gave a nod to Stratos when he asked if they wanted to go "ghost hunting". Undoing the cap of a hi-potion, the keyblade master hurled it at the ghost-like heartless with all his strength. To be honest, he was a bit offput by using healing items to hurt their enemy. It seemed like a bit of a waste, so he resolved to more or less stick to support for the remainder of the battle. It was something he'd never really done before, so he figured it would be a good time to get some practice in.

One thing led to another and now they were pitted against some kind of Heartless parasites within the stomach of the giant whale that had caged up a girl and a wooden boy. All in all, not as weird as it could have been. Castur rested his keyblade on his shoulder and looked down at the acids that would coated the floor. "Definitely don't want to be caught up in that." He muttered under his breath and looked at the others by him. "Alright. Ignis, you're pretty good at hitting things hard so just keep doing that. As for the others...well I haven't exactly learned what you guys are good at yet so don't get yourselves liquefied by the acid, alright? Good." Applying a similar strategy as the last battle he was in with Ananta and Ignis, he cast Aeroga on Ignis and positioned himself in front of the mage to ensure they wouldn't be the first ones to go down.

Soon enough the group had chased into the whale yet again, and this time there were two giant globby heartless and a giant fading ghost. Ignis figured this was going to be a real pain, and then she noticed what Castur was looking at.
Ignis cracked her knuckles and walked on forward. "Oh joy, haven't had a fight over some kind of bone-melting liquid in a long while. This should be fun."
She brought out her keyblade and followed Castur's lead as he covered her in wind. He was certainly right, she was only good at the heavy hitting stuff, so she did was she was best at and combo'ed to life out of the parasite cage hold Kairi.

Castur tilted his head at the Parasite Cage frozen in time. If he had a camera this would be an opportune time for a picture with it even if it was a little morbid taking a selfie in a whale's stomach right next to a parasite that held a girl in its cage-shaped torso. On second thought, that was a terrible idea. "Alright well now's the time to hit it hard while it's still stuck like this." Castur's keyblade shifted into a giant hammer. "Don't worry, girl, we'll get you out of there!" He called out as he proceeded to smash the Heartless with the giant key-hammer.

Castur used Refine(STR) on Ignis. Castur used Hammer Down.

"I feel like it won't let go of it's food that easily: just a hunch." He said to Kel as he let loose a powerful burst of electrical energy... in the shape of a bell. The projectile sped towards the Parasite Cage, but Steel was already charging another attack. Another surge of electricity sprang forth from his keyblade, zapping his opponent just as soon as the first attack made contact. The sound of the ringing bells of Notre Dame echoed throughout the whales stomach as both a Thunder Bell and Fox Taser blasted the enemy. Steel looked satisfied for a moment before abruptly frowning.

"You, uh... don't think we're hurting the kid, do ya?"

Even if Steel hadn't said anything, he already had a feeling that would be the case. He just wanted to be optimistic in regards to that possibility that maybe they'll get through this quickly. That wouldn't stop him from attacking as he rushed on ahead and dealt a heavy blow with Zantesuken. It was odd seeing a bunch of cherry blossoms fall from the sky while they were in the stomach of a whale, but that wasn't on his list of things to question. Whether or not Karina was okay seeing as she was cloaked in darkness right now was on the list though. Steel brought up a good point though. "It looks resilient enough, so hopefully not."

"I doubt it." Karina responded through gritted teeth before mumbling "found it" as her tendrils of darkness all returned to her, wrapping around her body closely, forming almost an armour shape around her. She then turned her attention towards the creature, her dark mist moving before her as she dashed forward. Streaks of black were left in her trail as Karina jumped into the air, coming down on the creature from multiple angles. Before she was done, she jumped back and planted her keyblade into the ground columns of dark energy burst from the ground where she had previously landed from her attacks, bombarding the creature on all sides once more. There was a slight burning in her skin, like this energy was eating away at her, but she was also stronger for it. She needed this, so would have to deal with it and move on.

In what had been the most bizarre display of offensive prowess that Stratos had ever bore witness to, it seemed to be weirdly effective at bringing the ghost down. So much so that it seemed to start off its own attack at full speeds. With the ghost striking at Kaida, and seeming to possess her, Stratos couldn't really do much but brace himself from the attack as lightning struck the whole party. Wincing in pain from the attack, Stratos got his keyblade ready saying, "sorry Kaida, but I think I'm going to have to- " he then realized that he had chosen the power to heal this fight, and thus his offense was severely lacking. "...Going to have to....Think fast!" And with that, Stratos threw another potion at Kaida, moving to heal the damage he had just taken as well from her attack.

Stratos used Hi-Potion on Kaida
Stratos used Curaga on himself.
