II. Defeat the Heartless ~MISSION COMPLETE~

As the fields settled, both Little John and Robin re-approached the wielders.
"Y'know somethin' Robin? You're takin' too many chances."
"Chances? You most be joking" he said laughably. "That was just a bit of a Lark, Little John."
"Maybe so Rob, but I think we oh these guys a bit o' gratitude." He tilted his head towards the 3.
"Of course, we haven't been formally introduced." Taking off hs hat and bowing he replied "My name i Robin Hood. And this is my esteemed right hand man; Little John"
"Pleased to meetcha." he added.


As the Portal closed behind Kross, he re-appeared in a clearing.
With the masked man no where in sight, he saw the newborn prince with a few rabbits nearby. He began shouting the word "BIRDE" in many directions gleefully.


Krowley jumped back as the creature began to bounce up and down damaging him with each crash to the ground. He cast Aero and lept in for more offensive attacks. Each strike to it only made its body move around is if made of some jello liquid.

 

"They seem to go down the same way as the heartless.. Lets hope we keep it that way." he replied. He went forward to slash a few more times at the larger one and eventually made it dissolve. "These creatures are far too bright and flow to smoothly to be heartless." He went on to slash a few more creatures as they rose from nothing.

Little John scratched his head. "Well there would usually be about one or two round' the forest but never a whole bunch of 'em."
"They're getting better you know. You've got to admit it, they are getting better." Robin added generously. "Who ever these beasts are, seem more attracted to your fancy blades than us." Little John hadn't noticed until it was brought up. "Yah... say where'd you get some fancy weapons?"

 

"Private?" Robin asked. "Trials?" Litlle John added.
"Say no more, good fellows. We too understand the burden that comes with thievery. My comrade and I have both felt the same sting of justice you have."
"Y'know somethin Robin, I was just wonderin'... Are we good guys or bad guys? You know, uh- Our robbin' the rich to feed the poor..."
"Rob?" he asked in shock. "Tsk, tsk, tsk, that's a naughty word, we never rob. We just... Sort of borrow it a bit from those who could afford it."
"Borrow? Heh, boy are we in debt."
"As for my bowmanship, I learned much of it growing up. A sword is excellent for hand to hand, but what of your distant enemies?" Lifting his left ear he quickly retracted a bow and fired it into the distance. It hit a falling apple and pegged it against a tree.
"Best to hit them before they hit you."

 

"BIRDE!" The Prince shouted at him, while smiling in accomplishment.
A small Bunny around 1/4 his size followed him laughing. "Hehe, that's not a bird!" he said in pint sized laughter.He looked at the small dark bunny and held out his tiny paw. "Name's Thumper." He demonstrated by thumping his leg up and down rapidly. "That's why they call me that. What's your name?"

They seem to be going after the Prince, he thought to himself. He continued to slash a few more of the smaller creatures as those he defeated were replaced by an equal amount. Is there no end to these?

"Well anything to keep the poor fed and clothed. You know we weren't always under Prince John's Monarchy. His brother King Richard was a kind and generous Lion, but he went on an extended crusade, he left his younger brother in charge. Since then it's been nothing but taxes and more taxes." Robin said woefully.

 

"KROZ!" Bambi shouted playfully. Thumper laughed uncontrollably and corrected him; "Kro-ssss."
"KROSSE!" Bambi repeated. Thumper returned to stare back at the newcomer rabbit. "Mama said to stay way from humans. Said they bring danger..." he claimed twitching his nose vigorously. Unknowingly, Bambi drifted off and saw another flying thing.

"BIRDE" he shouted at the winged being. The creature began to lock on to an oblivious Bambi.

Krowley continued slashing away. Unlike the heartless that twitched, these creatures were more strategic with their movements, and more aggressive with attacking. they scratched away at him as he attempted to block their attacks.

In the midst of their small debacle, trumpets were heard in the distance. Robin's left ear lifted excitedly, as he climbed to the top of a tree to view what was going on. "Ha ha ha. Sounds like another collection day for the poor, ay Johnny boy?" he teased.
"Yeah. Sweet Charity." They both began to race off before Robin stopped in his tracks. "Ermm what about them?" he pointed at the three. "Aww, they can come. They seem fine with the whole charity work. They could probably be an asset. Besides, any more security, we got some extra muscle!" Little John explained.

 

Before attacking the heartless was hit with a ball of dark fire, destroying it on impact. The frozen deer tilted his head as he saw a large, dark armored man pointing a weapon in the same direction. "Insolent beings... No patience." The small rabbits fled followed by the staggering prince running as far away as they could.

~MISSION COMPLETE!~ I. Track down the Suspicious Man

He turned his attention to Kross and tipped his keyblade to his direction. "Why do you not flee?"

Krowley stood his ground, while simultaneously talking to Noroz. "Like I said, they're strategic. At any rate, they'll retreat if we hold on for just a bit longer. In the back of his mind, he wanted to call them heartless, but of all his research, these never appeared. Perhaps they were left out of the archives? If so, for what purpose?

{OOC - Small update. Bodyguard missions were previously set to fight for 7 posts per participant (Then rounded to the nearest set of 5; 10, 16, 20, etc.) This drags on so it's been decreased to 5 per participant.}

"Fair enough," Robin replied. "However I don't think we can give you much of a guided tour since the sheriff will be back on you soon enough. Closing in on the carriage, Little John handed him a change of clothes and a Wig. They both began to put on the lady's garments while Little John began to explain; "Since you're a bit inexperienced just stay guard an' when we give you the signal. Catch my drift?" he added with a wink.

Finishing their attire change, they revealed themselves to be dressed as women gypsies. "Quite deceiving aren't we?" Robin asked in a feminine manner.
