Video Game: Kingdom Hearts SOS: The Road To Light

Stratos wasn't quite sure what to make of the bird man's motives in trying to get equality for birds. He was pretty unsure about how things worked in this world, but Stratos figured that the bird was being both a bit unreasonable and extreme in his methods. As the group tried to talk him down though he shot Steel with a dart, leaving the boy briefly stunned, only for his focus to be brought back towards their opponent. Seeing a dragon like heartless erupt out from a plume of darkness, Stratos said, "well, I'd say that was unexpected but...Well, looks like we got our mission in front of us, team." Twirling his keyblade rifle around, after Steel had struck out at the giant heartless he said, "you feeling alright after that?" After that, Stratos channeled the light energy into his weapon, firing the magic into the ground. After a small pulse of light flowed through the ground, four pillars of light erupted upward, spinning around the boy. After a second or so, the pillars of light moved outward, colliding with the dragon heartless and exploding in a burst of light.

Stratos used Faith.

 

The moment that a giant heartless had flown overhead, it became painfully obvious that fair beak had gone off of the deep end. Calling forth one of his keyblades, Kel readied himself before moving to attack the heartless. The fact that it was flying would be a bit of a nuisance depending on how it attacks them.

Ignis was pretty sure she knew what was going to happen in just a minute, and as she thought a giant heartless flew in and the group split up with the two officers chasing the birdbrain and the keybladers going after the heartless. At least they knew what to do at this point, which was also the easiest part to do. She followed up the other's attacks by using Barrier Surge against the heartless.

"So when we finish this up, can I just go cook up that bird so we don't have to worry about this happening again?" She said it jokingly, but wondered if maybe the others would take it that way.

Beuce didn't know how bad it was for the birds in this world, but he was pretty sure that he'd gone through something fairly similar. He glanced down to his arm, and thought about what he'd do. He'd fight back, of course. He sympathized with the bird, but right now, they had something important to do.


He'd begun to consider helping the bird, until he shot steel with a dart that was supposed to rewrite his genetic code. He didn't quite understand what that meant, but it could be nothing but bad news. Beuce readied his keyblade, and would've gone after the bird, but a shadow loomed overhead. He looked up, and saw what was likely their target. Based on stratos’ comment, he likely agreed.


A light enveloped Beuce as his outfit changed to a more flowing outfit. He now held two seemingly autonomous strands of red and blue ribbon which fluttered around him. Placing both palms against the ground, symbols and runes of magic began to arc outward from him, until finally a gust of wind surrounded him and began to form itself into visibility, and then a creature made from it. It looked down at it's Creator and touched him, blessing him with a barrier of wind before heading out to do the rest to his companions

Ananta looked around and saw fire erupt around the group. "Dammit Aux..." she grumbled as she flapped about, looking at the heartless Scar. The events leading to this were amazingly tragic and honestly, Ananta knew that Aux probably wasn't going to be a permanent member of their group after the exams. It was best for him to leave the big leagues to their group. Besides, he seemed way too reluctant to help out other worlds. That just wouldn't fit.

Rain began to drip drop down upon Ananta's head and she looked to see Kaida had caused it. "Should have brought my umbrella..." Ananta muttered. "I suppose this ought to be a good idea first." she said, maneuvering her keyblade upwards. "Aerora!" she called out.

Luna smiled as Judy spoke to Fairbeak. As Judy finished, Fairbeak looked back between Judy and Luna's hands with wide eyes on his face. After a few moments, he closed his eyes before pulling out a dart gun. Luna stepped back for a moment before looking to where the gun was being pointed toward. She looked back at Fairbeak as saw a dark aura surround him. Before she could blink, Fairbeak shot the gun and the dark landed in Steel's neck. "No!!" Luna was about to head over to her friends as Fairbeak had begun explaining the effects. Before he could go on, he looked over to Steel and saw nothing had changed. Luna sighed in relief but that relief did not last that long as a dragon-like hearltess flew over the group. Judy and Nick had run ahead in pursuit of Fairbeak. She looked over to Steel and called out to him. "Are you alright??" Ignis had then asked if she could cook the heartless when this was over. She sighed before answering. "I don't think that would be consumable Ignis." Luna began raising her keyblade and had aimed at Stratos. "I've got you covered!" Barriers had formed around Stratos as Luna casted her spell.

Andrew turned when Aislinn said, 'Unfortunately for some people. I hope you enjoyed the show at least, it was a pain to put on, but it looks like the king is finally ready to take his place, so I guess it was worth it.' "Unfortunately you can't make everyone happy all of the time." He did not know why Aux had to have a issue with Aislinn. in fact he was getting tired of Aux but that was for another time as, hyenas and lions fought amidst the chaos while Simba and his uncle continued to battle. Exchanging blow after blow, Simba was eventually pinned down again. Simba, catapulted Scar off the ledge with his hind legs before Scar tried to jump on him again. Soon Scar rose from his supposed demise, smiling. The fight was not over yet. Darkness radiated from Scar. Darkness took over scar. Aux then said something about fighting alone. He did not think that Aux got the whole concept but there was nothing he could do at the moment.

Soon Aux left leaving only scar there. It looked like the road to master was almost over. Then Kaida summoned out her keyblade and it begin to rain. It was not a bad idea. No seeing a choice in the manner it was time to summon his keyblade. He summoned his keyblade and look right at Scar. We need water and a lot more then rain he thought. As he thought this a wave of water came out of his keyblade and went towards Scar.

Hoping a little that someone else had a thunder ability on them and took advantage of the showers, Kaida charged on into Scar (since she felt no need to assist yet) and with an electrical surge she struck him, hoping for the best.

Ananta wished she had brought her electric magic with her. It'd have been way useful at this point. Sadly, she went back to strengthening their defenses and turned towards Kaida. She pointed her keyblade and called out," Aerora!"

Flying around, Ananta stopped at Aj and landed on his head. "Hey, Aj, do you know any magic? Know anything that this Scar guy could be weak to?" she said, looking towards Scar.

Andrew truned and saw that some light was able to come down from the dark sky. Soon scar used fire on him, which did not end up doing much. He stood there a moment it burned a little but he could tell it was not as powerful as it could have been. The battle seemed to be going somewhat well. That was when Ananta landed on his head which he did not like. It would have been better if she asked first. She then asked, 'Hey, Aj, do you know any magic? Know anything that this Scar guy could be weak to?' He was not sure why she came to him. Did he know any magic? Did she not see the wave of water shoot towards scar moments ago? In a sense magic just seemed to work whenever he thought about it and came out of the keyblade. "For scar the most likely thing is light magic. See how he is glowing with a dark energy that is his weakness? The next best think would be water and lighting as he is wet now but was on fire. if you have none of those then the best thing is defense and healing."

He raced off and looked towards the sky. It was time for a thunderstorm. He stood there for a moment. He then pointed his keyblade to the sky and watched as lighting come down and hit Scar square in the body.

"No need to worry about me." Steel answered Stratos's inquiry with a dismissive wave of his hand. "Transmogrification agents don't have much of an effect on my person... though I might grow a few extra feathers." Leaving them with that thought, Steel gathered light energy around him as he jumped towards the storm rider, unleashing it in a downward slash upon arriving at his destination. As he retreated, he took the initiative to restore some of Beuce's power.

After all the attacks had slammed against their flying target, Stratos looked back to Steel who had answered his question. The boy had a bit of a perplexed look on his face, not really sure he understood what it was that Steel had said, but shook it off all the same. "Well uh, glad to hear you're still fine." Yeah, that'll do. Aiming his rifle at the swooping dragon, the weapon began to glow a red color as a fireball formed at the end of it. Once it was fully formed, Stratos launched the orb of flame at the dragon.

Stratos used Firaga.

 

While his attack had been effective, the enemy still could fly and most of his stronger attack did better against targets on the ground. Then Kel remembered something very helpful. With his keyblade aimed upwards, a bright line shone towards the sky. Shortly afterwards a red armored robot had landed beside him.

Being annoyed that not only did her attack miss but also that she got the wind knocked out of her, Ignis went in with a Vorpal Blitz to damage the enemy.

"You do know I was talking about the bird that shot Steel, right? I'm not sure how you expect me to eat something made of darkness like Heartless." Ignis sighed and looked to Luna, being unable to hold in any response from the earlier comment.

Beuce breathed a heavy exhale. These golems were powerful certainly, but they really took it out of his Mana reserves. Thankfully he got the feeling most people were internally cheering for him, so he felt like he could keep them out at least six longer. Putting his hands to the ground once again, a massive golem of ice and snow rose up from the ground and fired a projectile at the storm rider, while the wind golem went over and lightly touched Ignis’ head. ​
