Ignis listened as the group watched a very large cheetah talk to them and give himself a misunderstanding of who they were. Out of nowhere he called his boss and apparently the keybladers were considered some kind of police officers. She really wasn't sure what was going on, and was getting a headache just thinking about the huge misunderstanding going on right now. When Ignis got her hands shook by the cheetah though, she wasn't sure if his hands were clean, and that made her about hit her limit for what she was going to deal with that day.

She walked over and grabbed one of the vests that the desk clerk had pointed to and put it on, feeling a little tight under it. There was also a little machine to grab as well, and she took one. Apparently they were on "Parking Duty", whatever that was. She went outside and noticed Stratos putting pieces of paper everywhere. She wasn't sure what to do, so she dabbled with the machine trying to make it work. While she was used to the idea of machines since leaving her world, she never really had to mess with one, and this thing had more buttons than she wanted to try. Luckily the first button she hit, a piece of paper came out and she figured that was what she had to use. She ripped it off the machine and put it on something like Stratos was doing. Eventually she had put ten tickets all over: on some windows, a car, a street sign, and even a baby stroller. Though for some reason the people didn't seem happy about her doing so.

Steel followed after the group as they all decided to go in search of information. Several of them seemed uncomfortable with their new forms. He personally was unaffected... like completely. Nothing about him had changed. Well, maybe his eye had, but he hadn't bothered leaving that exposed in such a way as to check with the nearest civilian. As for the tail, he didn't really find it uncomfortable. Then again, he'd had it his whole life... wait, actually his whole life so far he had been using Sors' human form? But he still had a lot of memories from his alternate self of being a wolf and having the tail. He also walked around with it regularly now.

    Gah. This was complicated.

Whatever the situation between him and his tail, it mattered little at the moment. Especially seeing as they seemed to have been drafted into police work by a tubby, excitable, and all around rather adorable cheetah named Clawhauser. Graciously ignoring the comment about dogs, Steel took his badge from the sugar infestation of a desk before heading back to the changing rooms the cheetah had directed them towards. A quick check in the mirror told him that his eye was completely normal... so yeah, he better keep that covered, regardless of whether or not it looked professional.

Though if he considered it thoroughly, none of them really did. Sure, some of them could pass for normal enough, in spite of the eccentric choices of clothing, but he and Kel had blue hair. BLUE HAIR. He didn't know of any other wolves with blue fur. Or hedgehogs with blue quills for that matter... well there was... No. Steel shook his head in exasperation. He was sure that there were creatures who used dye to get the same effect that the two of them were naturally born with, but that would indicate Clawhuaser likley assumed they were using dye. Wasn't that discouraged among police? Disallowed even? How exactly had he mistaken them for outsourced cops?

Putting his confusion aside, Steel exited the police station in his new uniform to find Ignis and Stratos... putting tickets on everything.

"Guys, no. Stop." He followed after them, removing tickets from the garbage cans and baby strollers and trying his best to relocate them to somewhere more fitting. All the while he found himself parroting 'Sorry' to any and all angry looking pedestrians. "Guys, guys, that's not quite how parking tickets work. You have to put them on the cars that are in parking violation." He looked down at the device in his hand preparing to show them an example, only to realize that while the concept of a parking ticket was not lost on him, the workings of the e-ticket machine in fact were. "Um... I'll be honest I don't know exactly how this works, but... You should be filling in the information, like... date, time and infraction, so..." He fiddled with the buttons for a few moments before printing out a serviceable ticket. Pulling it from the printer, he walked over the matching car and placed it. "Like that."

As Stratos continued to go on his montage of ticketing, Ignis seemed to have an equal confusion as to whether or not they were doing the right thing. Or she knew exactly what she was doing and Stratos just happened to be doing everything right the whole time. Unsure of which was actually true, the boy shrugged, thinking there was no harm or foul in actually continuing this process, until the blue lupin figure of Steel made his way over to instruct them as to what they actually needed to be doing. Stratos scratched his chin a bit at the explanation, and was a bit skeptical given Steel didn't seem to know much about what they were doing either, but figured his instructions looked right enough, so he went along with it. Looking around at vehicles he had been putting the tickets on, Stratos wasn't entirely sure what constituted a "parking violation." But since a violation just meant they were doing something wrong, he figured that if a car looked off or funny to him, it was probably in violation?

Looking at the machine, the raccoon boy began to fiddle around with it, now actually putting information on it as opposed to just posting blank tickets all over the place. He wasn't exactly sure how it was used, but fiddling around with the buttons seemed to produce some results of text on a ticket. And so, printing it out, he placed on a car that was between two other cards a ticket that had a jumbled mess of words on it. Shrugging, the boy then went to repeat this process, finding any car that he thought looked weird or out of place and merely placing tickets there.

Ignis was about to continue her rampage of ticket placing when Steel decided to come up and set her and Stratos straight on what to do with them. Or at least, that was what he attempted to do. She wasn't entirely convinced when he began to have trouble trying to get a ticket to print. Still, at least it made her feel slightly better when she knew she wasn't the only one lost in what was going on. She could tell at this point this was going to be a world she would rather forget about afterwards, just because of the sheer number of embarrassing moments that are bound to happen.

She followed Stratos and Steel's lead afterwards and began to print up tickets with information, whatever that meant, on the ticket and put them on cars that were near her. She honestly didn't know what good parking was compared to bad parking so she just went to each car she passed by and put a ticket. It kind of made her glad that at least in her world, they only had to deal with horses and carts, and didn't have to worry about these "parking violations".

Kaida wasn't necessarily appreciative of the comments for her to use her "animal abilities". She didn't want to get too adjusted to this body to the point she tried to claw out a heartless of something. She would rather keep herself used to using the keyblade. Kaida kept on her swinging and clashing with the hyena that seemed disinterested in the battle anymore. She was at least getting used to the body at this point, but it still threw her off when she made a weird bird noise as she hit it. Either way, it looked like Ed was starting to finally feel it, and with the other hyenas apparently dealt with, it was time to put soul focus on finishing up this one.

It wasn't much of a competition who would beat their hyena first when Ananta decided to join in on the action. Between the three of them they were able to finish them rather quickly, just leaving Kaida and Hikaru to deal with their Hyena. While Aislinn wanted to give them a chance to do it on their own, with the way that Aux was acting it was best not to leave it to chance. Aislinn nodded as Ananta said she was going to check on Aux. "Good plan." She said with a nod before turning her attention to the last bit of the fight awaiting them.

Stepping into action Aislinn prepared her keyblade. Holding the thing between her teeth was far from ideal but it would work when it had to. Kaida stepped up and took another swing at the thing leaving the poor hyena looking rather ragged. Aislinn then followed up with a set of attacks of her own, using similar tactics to what she used last time, starting with an attack with her horns, followed by her keyblade slashing up. With that it was able to take out the last creature and clear a path for them.

"Way to go guys!" Aislinn encouraged everyone before turning back to Aux. She stood over him and looked down annoyed. "Look, I get that you are still trying to get used to this whole new body thing, but this is the most important test of your life! Do you think you will ever become a master if you just sit there and watch everyone else do the work. Your friends are taking the Mark of Mastery with you, you have no right to just sit there when you are in it with them. Look I don't know what you did that made people seem to want you dead, but you could redeem yourself by this exam, so get off your butt and try and do something for goodness sake!" Aislinn ranted at him trying to get his butt into action for this exam.

Kel stood there and watched and the cheetah had explained to them what they were supposed to be doing and by the end of it, he had no idea what it was exactly that they were supposed to be doing. Parking duty? With a shrug he choose not to dwell to hard on it for the time being, nor the work ethics of the ZPD based off of what Clawhauser had told them. A swift change of outfit into the appropriate police attire and they were out dealing parking tickets.

To be honest, Kel hadn't really cared about how to do this and had it not been for Steel demonstrating how to properly do them. He took a guess at the date and wrote them down on the various notes and started putting them on any car that he saw didn't already have on it. Hopefully he was doing this right and not have to worry about any backlash as a result of this.

As the group headed for the police department, the cheetah that went by Clawhauser had welcomed them to the Zootopia Police Department. He had explained to them what their current job was while handing each person a badge. Parking Duty. Luna went to the change room to put on her police uniform. "Another bunny cop huh? Sounds cool!" Luna smiled before heading out with the others. She looked over to Stratos as he began placing parking tickets all over the place. Before he went any further, Steel had instructed him how they should go about it. Ignis then proceeded to hand out tickets as well. Kel had soon followed after. Luna scratched her head before looking over to see a car that was parked in a 'No Parking' zone. "Well that's not good." She used the device and printed out the ticket and placing it under the windshield. "Cars sure are strange. As well as the laws that coincide with them. Oh well." Luna continued handing out ticket after ticket while making sure the reason was explained on the ticket. "How long do you think they plan on having us do this?" Luna looked over to the others after placing yet another ticket.

Aux had finally managed to get to his feet, with his legs standing up straight. Digging his claws into the dirt for good measure, he made sure he could bend his knees in case he needed to pounce. He noticed that the small parrot girl managed to take off his hat just to hand it back to him. He lifted his paw, as if subconsciously trying to grab it from her with his hand. In his current form, doing anything with his hands seemed ill advised. He gently cupped the hand under his paw and tried to toss it back onto his head, covering up his ears so it would stay in place. "Thanks parrot girl."

He looked back up to find Aislinn standing over him with an annoyed expression.
"Look, I get that you are still trying to get used to this whole new body thing, but this is the most important test of your life! Do you think you will ever..."
Aux slowly tuned out the rest of the conversation as he was oddly fixated on Aislinn's cape. Her voice slowly faded in his head as he thought about the cape. Why did she keep it? Why was there a need for it? Did It hinder her running speed? Aux had his hat still, but what was the requirement in this animal world to wear clothed accessories? Were they normal in this animal world? And why did they keep their hair? Would they notice that Hikaru is a very non-natural blue wolf?

"...try and do something for goodness sake!"
Aux snapped out of his endless thoughts to hear the end of Aislinn's rant.
"Hmm? Oh, right. I'll uh... be sure to do that Ms... Antel... ope... lady..."

    Nailed it.

He walked over to where Shenzi, Banzai and Ed had been cornered into. All three of them were severely weakened.
"Hey! Guy's gotta eat! Since when do predators protect the prey?" Banzai rubbed his snout in pain.

"What's going on here?" A lioness came into view as she walked onto the scene.
"They won't let us eat them!" Shenzi whined.

Nala looked at the group of six with intrigue. "I'm surprised there are still animals in the pridelands to begin with. "

'Well you go take care of 'em them! Let me know when they're all dead! I'm starvin' here!" Banzai said, walking away from them.
"Yeah. Besides, it's the lioness' job to hunt anyway!" Shenzi added following him. Ed also took to flee, blowing a raspberry as the three limped towards the giant rock landmark in the baron Savannah.

"Don't worry about them... Scar and the hyenas have made things unbearable for everyone. There's no food left. They've driven off the prey. We're about to starve..." She looked up and down at the group of them. "I'd try and hunt a few of you myself, but it looks like I wouldn't stand a chance," she lowly chuckled, before turning serious again. "You guys better get out of here before Scar finds you."

"Who's Scar?" Hikaru asked for the second time.

"He took over when our last king, Mufasa, died... But he's a terrible king. We should've had a more rightful king... but he died... when he was just a cub. He was the son of our last king, Mufasa. If only Simba were here..." She shook her head, trying to erase sad memories. "But that's in the past. Right now I'm trying to find the Oasis."

    "Oasis?" Hikaru repeated.

"It's a small paradise where there is said to be food and water. At least according to our elder; Rafiki. Maybe you all could help?"
    "Of course!" Hikaru smiled.

"What? No." Aux asked confused. "That's meddling. Why would we get involved?"
"Because they need our help. Besides, this could be part of the exam."
"You say that so casually." A thought crossed Aux's mind as he looked to Kaida and Hikaru. "Exactly how many times have you two gotten involved?" He was said to have a year of his memory depleted. Who knows what trouble they may have caused. "How many times Hikaru?..." he repeated
":Uhhh...." Hikaru quickly looked at Nala. "Weeee'd be glad to help."
    "Wonderful!" Nala exclaimed.
Aux glared at Kaida. "What? Why is he speaking for all of us?!"

    "Onwards everyone!"
"You can't just..." Aux tried to explain, pointing out his disinterest, but Hikaru was already leading the lioness forward. "You don't speak for me!"

Beuce fumbled around with the ticket machine. His new claws were proving hard to worth, however it seemed that his glass arm was entirely unaffected by the transformation. He didn't quite grasp why, but it seemed to be the only part that hadn't been affected by the world they were in. In any case, he managed to grasp how to push the buttons on it a bit after the others did, eventually printing out a ticket. He gathered from their conversation that they weren't supposed to just stick it to everything they saw, but instead were supposed to put it on "parking violations"...?

An idea struck him, and a brilliant one at that. Stratos seemed to grasp what he was doing. Putting them on cars that appeared to be breaking the law. He followed closely behind the boy, and every time he put a ticket onto a vehicle, Beuce would paste one right next to it. This way, he'd be sure to be putting it on the right things. Beuce gave a satisfied thumbs up to his partner for the exam. Case solved. Junior Detectives, out.

Stratos continued to use his parking ticket gun thing, as unsure as ever. There were moments when he had started to figure things out, but when he had felt as though he made an error on the write up, he wasn't entirely sure how to delete said error. So instead, he would just print out multiples of the same one, placing them on the car. Continuing to move around, he eventually saw Kel and Luna start to place tickets across the cars and then saw where Luna was in particular. "Oh." Seeing the sign that said, "restricted parking zone," he then said aloud, "well, that would've been a good place to start. Good eye Luna." Trying to find more places like that, the boy then turned back towards everyone else. Pointing at the vehicles, he said, "so like, does anyone know what these actually are?"

There was a lot of stuff that seemed to go on in a short span of time, Kaida looked back and forth between the conversation with Nala and whatever Aux was on about. At the rate Aux was going, Kaida wasn't necessarily worried about Aux getting in the way. Kaida dropped the keyblade after a bit and she stretched her jaw going, "Kweh.. oh man why does that keep happening? What was that...." Kaida looked over at Aux when he was speaking and she shook her head and said, "He always speaks for the group at this point... Also, uh, we've interfered with a few worlds prior. In my defense, Hikaru did it first. I'm a victim here as much as you." she looked over and flapped her wings a little as she started following towards Hikaru, "Actually, I'm wrong. You did it the very first. Just go with it, less stress on the mind. Unless you're weaker than me now?" and the blonde moved faster to follow.

Ananta watched Aux kind of ignore Aislinn. She chuckled to herself and fluttered up onto Aux's head, sitting atop his hat. "I promise I won't scratch you." she said to him, watching the hyena's cower and whimper. A lioness came up to them and was curious about the goings on. As the hyena's pleaded with her, they eventually left and Ananta honestly felt scared. Luckily, the lioness decided against trying to hunt the group and soon requested their aid.

Hikaru spoke up for the group and annoyed Aux greatly. As Hikaru avoided the question of how many times they've meddled, Ananta watched Kaida mock Aux a little, running off. "In all honesty, Aux. we've been to so many worlds. We haven't really meddled, so much as helped them solve their problems. That's meddling still, but we're not revealing anything by helping, are we?" she asked him, looking down at the lion.

"Aislinn." Aislinn sighed in reply. "My name is Aislinn...." And I am not an Antelope an I a Gazelle. She wanted to add that last bit but didn't think that part was worth arguing. This kid was hopeless it seemed. From what she could tell, nothing she said had really registered with him. It annoyed Aislinn the most because she had been wanting a chance to take this test for a long time now, and it was finally here, this was a big deal for someone who never had the chance to train with a proper keyblade master. Meanwhile, this kid, whoever he was, didn't seem to care at all. It was like it didn't matter to him.

There was no use continuing to talk as the hyena's stood up and looked at them. They were too weak to do anything anyways even as they spoke about food and prey protecting predators and such. Aislinn supposed it was weird that a gazelle just defended a lion and was now lecturing him. Normally Lions would eat her kind. With that said a lioness approached, making the hyena's back off but possibly bringing on bigger issues. They were food after all. Instead of fighting them however the lion chose not to, mentioning that Scar person again before stating how she could tell she wouldn't stand a chance if she tried to eat them. She wasn't wrong. Aislinn had no desire to hurt the lioness either, she seemed nice, if in distress because of this Scar guy, apparently their king.

It seems like this animal kingdom had fallen on hard times, and given what was being said the king was making it worse not better for them. The lioness was just trying to survive and find some sort of Oasis or something that might have food. Nala asked them to join and Hikaru agreed, only leaving Aux to question it. While the banter between Aux, Hikaru, and Kaida was kind of entertaining and cute, there needed to be some agreement.
"Meddling in other worlds affairs would be offering to kill their king and place you as king. Walking with someone to find food is pretty innocent. Just go with it." At this point Hikaru already agreed so there was no use fighting it anyways. Aislinn didn't mind Hikaru speaking for them as much as Aux seemed to.

However as they walked instead of asking about the world or what was going on, speaking to the starving lioness who might change her mind and try and take a bite out of her, Aislinn turned her attention to Kaida, trotting up beside her. Speaking in a lower tone so not everyone around her could hear, she started to ask about something that had been bothering her for a while.
"So what exactly is the deal with the kid. Most of you seem annoyed with him. You and Hikaru seem to know him better, and he seems a little lost on what is going on in the middle of the Mark of Mastery. That doesn't seem right. Just who is he?" She asked. She knew that Kaida had been the most hostile so there was likely to be a bias on her story, but at least she would learn something about what happened.

Andrew turned his attention when Ananta decided to join onto there battle. That was when Ananta deiced to use a thunder spell with them close by. He could not see why she would do that but whatever it did not hit him. There was not much he could do regarding the battle. He more or less ignored what was going on with Aux. Aux had finally managed to get to his feet after what seemed like ages. That was when a lioness came into view well this was going to be interesting. 'I'm surprised there are still animals in the pridelands to begin with.' Well that gave him an answer on where they were. Was this lioness working with the hyenas he wondered. Then she said 'Don't worry about them... Scar and the hyenas have made things unbearable for everyone. There's no food left. They've driven off the prey. We're about to starve...' Well they had to help somehow. It a a good thing she decide that she would not stand a chance to fight them. He did not really want to fight if he did not have to. Then the lioness who scare was. He wondered how this cub died, but was not about to ask. 'Right now I'm trying to find the Oasis.' How to find it he thought. It must be what Hikaru said was way off earlier.

He was sure that once they found the Oasis they they could just lead the animals from pridelands to wherever the oasis was. Aux then said, 'That's meddling. Why would we get involved?' He did not see it as meddling but helping out. Not being able say or do anything he just went with it. He did not really have anyone to talk to, Aislinn was with Kaida trying to find out info about Aux. Aux was with Ananta and he did not want to try talking to Aux again not after last time. That left Hikaru the few times he talked to him it was positive or he ignored him. It made him wonder some things now that he thought about it, but he thought it might be better if he did not ask because it really was not his business. He deiced to walked behind/ next to Aislinn and Kaida because he was somewhat interested in what she say about Aux and he did not have much else to do.

Ignis continued her pointless pursuit of "cars in violation", trying to get as many tickets out as she could. It seemed like they were almost done, since there were plenty of tickets out at that point. Luckily there was a group of them putting out those tickets, because otherwise it might have been a pain getting one hundred out, not too mention they still had other things to do in this world. What they were, she had no clue, but she was pretty sure they didn't have anything to do with walking around putting pieces of paper on vehicles.

She passed by a couple more cars and plopped some more tickets and noticed her paper was out at that point. She hadn't really kept count, but she doubted she had gone through that much paper in so little time. She hit the machine a couple times, trying to get it to work. After a second, the machine began to make some weird noises, and paper began to fly out of the machine at rapid pace. Ignis freaked out a little, thinking she probably broke the thing. After the last of the paper spewed out, the machine made a couple more noises, and then sparked in her hands, and finally some smoke began to rise out of the thing. She figured that was probably a good point to stop what she was doing.

"Hey guys, I think I'm finished!" She raised her machine to show the others the damage she had done. "Or at the very least, this machine is finished."

Kaida was a bit surprised when Aislinn asked her about Aux. She didn't exactly mind answering that question, she just didn't know how accurate she'd be to the whole story. As Kaida walked she sighed and flapped her wings again to stretch before answering, "Aux was someone I trained with in Central Haven when we were part of the academy there. We both have always been at odds with each other though but... Aux was a good guy for the longest time. Kind of quiet, tried to keep up this rather 'stoic' approach that always bothered me but.. he's always seemed to have memory problems and it wasn't an issue until he ran off one day and came back... well, darkness oriented. He's been working with this guy called No Heart or... something like that and they've been doing bad things, but the way we got into the realm of darkness was because he kind of threw us in here... which... we can't get out. And now he has no memories presumably because of the entry fee into the game but... it feels odd to me." Kaida hoped that was a good enough explanation.

Glancing back Aislinn noticed that AJ decided to walk with them. Aislinn didn't mind but she had tried to steer her and Kaida a little away from the group so that they could talk without worry of who might hear, that wasn't going to happen though. She guessed she probably wouldn't say anything to her that she wouldn't say around anyone else. Aislinn knew that she still wasn't the most trusted around so she just had to do her best with whatever other people were willing to offer in terms of information to keep up with everything that was happening around her.

What Kaida was willing to offer was not too helpful, but it wasn't because the girl wasn't trying. From what Aislinn understood of it, the situation itself seemed a little hard to grasp. Aislinn thought about it for a moment as Kaida tried to explain.
"So if you knew what happened during the time he left, then you might understand better what is going on. But right now last you knew of him he threw you into the realm of darkness, so he betrayed you guys I suppose if I understand correctly." Aislinn put her own thoughts to words just to make sure she didn't get anything wrong. "And what happened during that time away would be hard to know given his memory problems I suppose. So the real question is, will he get the memories back after the test? And what exactly he remembers right now. I am a bit concerned that he doesn't even know what he is a part of right now. I could be dangerous, testing for the Mark of Mastery but not knowing that is what you are doing. Or maybe I am just over thinking it. I just really want things to run smoothly." Aislinn admitted glancing back at Aux worried about the boy but not sure what to do about it.

After a while it looked that the they had managed to put all of the tickets that they possibly could on the cars in "violation". That, and the fact that the machine had looked broken according to Ignis. A broken machine was as good as any reason to return to the police station and that's what they did. Once there, Kel walked up the the cheetah at the desk. "Um, we're done hanging out those tickets."

With their job now complete, the group reported back to the Zootopia Police Department. The fairly menial task they had been given was accomplished in a short enough time.
"Great job guys, you did the thing!" Clawhauser cheered. "You know Judy did about two hundred of those before noon. And she was all by her little lonesome." The large vcheetah let out a regretful sigh. "I hope she and Nick are okay..."

A gruff clearing of the throat came from a large and muscular buffalo.
"That's enough of that Clawhauser. We all miss officers Wilde and Hopps." He looked over his clipboard before looking up to the group. "Which is what brings us to your assignment." He handed them the profiles of officer Judy Hopps; a bunny around the same height as Luna, and officer Nicholas Wilde; a fox with a charming smile. "Officer Hopps and Wilde were investigating an incident residing in Tundratown. A few days back, they vanished without a trace. these two are one of Zootopia's best, and we all want to see them back safe and sound. We've had numerous squads researching the area with little luck. We've tried looking to the locals, but no one seems to no anything. Our next plan of action is to interrogate two people who may have it out for them."

He handed them a picture of a mangy looking weasel, and a sheep wearing glasses sporting a very vengeful expression in her mugshot.
"The Sheep there is Bellwether. The former assistant mayor of Zootopia. She once tried to do away with most of the predator population before Wilde and Hopps brought her to justice. The second one there is Duke Weaselton. A low life criminal, but he definitely knows his way around the streets. He's a slippery one, so don't let him out of your sight!"

Bogo looked up to the group. "Now I know this has been a very brief and rushed orientation, but I'm sure you'll all manage to do fine. And I'm sure while I'm here I should ask of you're previous experience as officers... but I don't care. He looked at the profiles he somehow managed to get before handing out the pictures and profiles to each group.

"Kiatespira, Hope, Siegend. You three will take Weaselton. Try looking near Little Rodentia to start..." He handed Kel, Luna, and Steel the profile before looking to the other three. "The rest of you have Bellwether. She should still be rotting away in the Zootopia Penitentiary. Best of luck to all of you.
