Kaida listened to Ananta speak, not really wanting to but being forced into it nonetheless. The girl paused and tried to explain herself, trying to say she wasn't going through loud in clear, but Kaida was definitely hearing her loud and clear. When the green haired girl offered up a handkerchief almost as if a symbol of truce (there was obviously a practical element but that didn't matter as much). Kaida pushed her hand away and said, "You're ridiculous. As if we need to think that." Kaida went to walk away and tripped over herself, as she was worked up so much, and fell a bit to her side. Her bag opened up a bit and her cloak slipped out and Kaida grumbled as she got on her knees to reorganize it mumbling, "If you want to take Aux's side here, take it, but keep me out of-"

Kaida paused as she felt something in the cloak pocket and pulled it out to hold up a recorder and she closed up her bag and held it up, looking around at it and asking, "...What is this? I've never had one of these. It looks like something DJ would throw together like my watch but... wait." Kaida looked it over and said, "It's... a tape recorder. Why is there a tape recorder in here I don't own a tape recorder... why even..."

Ignis watched as the final group of keybladers came out of their worlds. What happened next seemed a little too weird for Ignis's liking. Some guy with a megaphone came out of nowhere, paralyzed all of the keybladers somehow, Glen spoke out in defiance and got sent to who-knows-where, the robed keyblader turned out to be Aux but didn't remember who they were, the game master came to put the new guy who had over-ridden their exam in his place, the new guy managed to get away, Aux disappeared, and the game master gave them a portal to the final set of worlds. It was a condensed version, but that's pretty much how she was going to remember it given how weird and crazy it was in the span of a couple minutes.

After that all happened Ignis watched as Kaida gave a punch to Ananta. Apparently she didn't like how Ananta defended Aux even a little. She understand Kaida was upset, but she personally didn't hold anything against Aux. Sure she'd like to beat him one to get even for last time, but that's about it. There wasn't anything she really hated about the guy. He was someone they fought against, that was the long and short of it for her. Of course, she also didn't want a punch to the face, so she figured she'd keep that line of thinking away from Kaida.

As some keybladers walked through the portal, Ignis figured it was time to step through the portal and found herself in Shibuya again.

There was a brief moment in which Kel didn't know how the man who had appeared out of nowhere in the middle of the hub, but upon hearing that arrogant voice blaring from the megaphone, it became very obvious as to who the man was. He was fully prepared to continue ignoring the man until he got on to the point, but when Glen digitized before them he had little choice but to pay attention to what the man was saying. The shock of this sight had sooner turned to anger in which Kel managed to move a full inch before he found that his body was paralyzed, the only thing keeping him from opening going to lash at Sho.

Once more they're current GM pressed a button on his glove and the already angry Kel was fully expecting for another one of them to disappear as well as his anger growing more. His expectation were only half right for X, who was still dressed in his black cloak attire, suddenly changed. "What's here doing here?" A crisp, clear amount of anger layered his question as his attention turned to Aux.

Another man had arrived onto the scene and after a failed attempt at apprehending Sho, assured them that Glen was safe. By all accounts it was good to know, but the issue of Aux was still the one he was more concerned with. Taking in a deep breath, Kel started to walk towards the portal with his fist clenched tight. He had over heard what Ananta had said regarding Aux and it had completely surprised him. Just because he had reasons didn't justify his intentions at all. This was the same guy who had sent them to the Realm of Darkness to likely get rid of them. That isn't something that he can easily overlook. There was nothing that Kel could say regarding that, plus Kaida had already punched Ananta in the face, so he silently made his way through the portal.

Watching her refuse the handkerchief caused Ananta to sigh to herself. She put it away and looked over Kaida. "But Kaida-" she started before she watched her trip over. The contents of Kaida's bag spilled out. Her cloak and other belongings had fallen out.

"I am most definitely NOT taking his side, Kaida!" she said, kneeling down to try and help her gather her items. "Believe me, I hate him as much as the rest of you, I'm just saying that there's something that he wants to do. Even if he's gone and succumbed to darkness. There's gotta be a reason for it, after all."

Ananta blinked at the recorder in Kaida's hand. It looked familiar, but she couldn't put her finger on it. "Well if it's not yours, press play so we can figure out who it belongs to?"

Everyone seemed to have conflicting opinions about the sudden appearance of Aux. While he was grateful to some for being understanding, he could in no way ask them to after the things he'd done. Even Hikaru questioned how he could keep forgiving him time and time again because of the hold darkness had over his friend. And whose to say this incarnation was the same Aux they had been fighting all this time? Maybe it was another of Sho's tricks? He felt even worse for not caring for the allies that did stand by him. Since they'd landed in darkness, they had already lost Karina, D'daear and Glen. Not to mention half the newcomers that came to help. Seeing Ananta and Kaida differ on opinions made Hikaru realize that explaining the truth to everyone was going to be made that much harder.

Just as Hikaru was about to intervene, Kaida dropped a tape recorder out of her cloak pocket which caused the conversation to be put on pause. "What was that doing in your coat?" he asked out loud, examining it as Kaida inspected it. "Is there anything on it, you think?"

They weren't moving along as fast as Aislinn would have hoped. They needed to get out of there and to a more secure area, but here two of the members were fighting, one even punching the other before they left. Aislinn might not have understood why the tension was so high, but she did know that this wasn't a good thing. Of course Ananta couldn't just take it and let the situation drop, instead she insisted on following Kaida through the portal. At least they were both through now, but likely still fighting on the other side about this Aux person and defending him or what not. As far as Aislin knew he wasn't that bad of a person, rude but not horrible. That being said she had only a short conversation with him. These people must have met him before however to react like this to the situation.

Counting silently to herself as each person entered the portal, Aislinn waited until they were all through before stepping through to the other side herself. By the time she made it, Kaida was trying to pick up all her stuff that was scattered everywhere. Ananta seemed to be trying to help, but Kaida quickly got distracted by what seemed to be a voice recorder. At least it got everyone's attention off the argument that they were having. Aislinn took slight interest in it, but instead of thinking about it too much, Aislinn knelt and helped Kaida organize the rest of her stuff, folding and stacking the remainder of her items next to her backpack, but leaving it for Kaida to put it away. "Should you be listening to it here? You don't know what is on it, what if it is private?" Aislinn pointed out as a general observation. If they chose to listen anyways she wouldn't stop them, it was simply something to think about.

Andrew turned when a person he did not know told everyone to 'Come, we should go. We can figure this out once we are out of here, but as long as we are here, there is nothing stopping them from doing the same to us, as we are still in this weird form.' No one seemed to be going into the portal after that. That was when the girl from before said 'know Aux has done some stupid things. What I believe, however, is he had a reason for doing it...no matter how ridiculous it may be.' Based on what he had read on Aux in Dreamer's book he seemed to be dangerous. He had learned that you could not simple trust everyone that you ran across. That was how people died. You had to put on a face and stay on guard.

That was when Kaida punched Ananta square in the face. Welp, now there was going to be fighting. He was sure had had something to do with Aux. Then Kaida said, 'He had reasons? I don't care if Aux was hand picked by the Conductor himself to carry out his wishes. I don't care what his "reasons" were, his reasons mean nothing. What his actions were matter!' It sounded like Aux had done some rather bad things. He had gathered that much from the conversation and what he was able to read about him. Then Kaida went through the portal. Soon most people had gone through the portal. Then a thought came to him what if it closed. Hikaru, and the girl from before were the last that had gone through. He looked towards the others and hoped that they would follow soon before he went through the portal himself.

On the other side there seemed to be something about a tape recorder. He though to himself that it could not possibly hurt to listen to the recording, but you never know. He stood by himself like normal. Half the time he wondered if he was invisible. He watched the others from a distance.

When he had gotten to the other side of the portal, Kel noticed the fact that Kaida seemed to be holding up a tape recorder and that some of the ones who had already beaten him to the other side had their attention on it as well. He would've assumed it to be Kaida's had it not been for the way that she was looking at it herself. That acknowledgement brought up the question 'Who did this tape recorder belong to'? From what he could infer, no one else seemed to have any clue as to who it belong to at all. Hikaru had asked if there was anything on it and that was the quickest way of finding who it belong too, even if the possibility of it being private.

Kaida kind of hesitated for a moment, not sure how she should approach this. On one hand, Aislinn had a bit of a point, it could possibly be something private, but on the other hand, what other time was there to find out was on it? What with everything being so quick. There was also the possibility the GM intentionally placed this in her bag for her to figure out. Kaida took a deep breath and clicked play on the recorder.

When the recorder clicked off, Kaida held it up and commented, "O-oh... this... this is Karina's. She must have left it in here when she gave back the cloak..." Kaida bit her lip and looked over at Aislinn, turned out she was right. The blonde shifted her hair awkwardly and said, "Um, maybe uh... maybe if we see Lea again we could tell him to give it back to her cause um... I... feel kind of bad now."

Well, Sho was definitely still... a character...

Ananta was a character too. In fact... it seemed he was always surrounded by characters. Like this was all some sob worthy action drama story... but that was ridiculous wasn't it?

It would be like... "Sea of Hearts" or something. Or maybe just "SoS" but that seemed like an awfully short title. However, without the words to go with the acronym it would seem all mysterious like, and he imagined that would draw more than a few suckers to the program. For some reason he had the inexplicable feeling that Kaida punching Ananta in the face would be accompanied by a laugh track. He didn't dislike Ananta, as she was one of the first friends he had made... ever really. Luna was probably the actual first, but that was a tangent.

The point was that Ananta... didn't really know when not to talk. The thing about Aux had been... unfortunate. Everyone had a motive after all, and that in itself was no excuse. Aux was a brat. A murderous brat. One who had tried to kill them all.

That was the thing though; Steel himself was a shard/clone of another murderous brat who had tried to slaughter several people in the name of what he had believed to be right. Those memories were also still within him, and still very prominent in shaping his identity. So, whether or not Steel supported Aux (which he didn't), he was left in unfortunate position of being able to directly sympathize with at least some part of Aux. The man was like him to an extent, whether or not he admitted it. Though he doubted their past or motivations were the quite the same.

Aux was murderous brat who he hoped would come to his senses. But that was something yet unknown to the group.

Which is the main reason Ananta's behavior made almost no sense.

She had been very suspicious of Nigo earlier when it appeared that he might be Aux, so why had she gone and talked like that once suspicion had become reality? His unique position was his reason for sympathy, and Aux' former friend's were either sad and hopeful, or incredibly angry and vengeful.

...Ananta hadn't even met him when he wasn't trying to murder her.

Steel just shook his head as he crossed the Portal, having done nothing to interfere with the fight. It was just her way he supposed. She could just be ignorant and a bit naive at times, though it wasn't as if trying to see the best in others was in of itself a bad thing.

He arrived on the other side in time to hear... the tail end of a recording by Karina...?

"Huh. Punch Club." He enunciated the words clearly, though it wasn't something he was going to talk about with anyone else.

    "That was fun."

Ananta listened to the recording and closed her eyes. "We better save this for later, yea." she said, opening her eyes again. "Kaida...I'm sorry. My brain spurts out words faster than it needs to. It's not much of an apology, but you're right about Aux. I just can't help but think better of people than what they've done to me.."

She stood up. "Maybe that's why Karina hated me. I'm too naive for my own good..." she mumbled the last part, thinking about the recording. She could have sworn she heard Karina talk about this before. In all honesty, it hurt Ananta a little bit to think Karina equated Ananta's persistence to the abuse of her father. She wasn't that bad, was she?

Beuce glared at the man with the megaphone as he spouted seemingly random mathematical terms at them. From the voice, he could tell that this was their new "game master" who had put them through the new set of worlds. Before he could say anything, Glen beat him to the punch, only to be dematerialized and vanish from the room. Beuce wasted no time and threw out his arm to summon his keyblade, but was paralyzed. Unable to close his fingers around the weapon, it simply fell out of the air and clamored onto the ground before fading once more. Beuce was powerless to do anything but watch the events unfold. The hooded man who'd been AJ's partner turned out to be Aux, albeit without his memories. He had told AJ not to trust him, but he didn't realize the gravity of it. Not to mention AJ had never met Aux before, and likely didn't exactly grasp why he shouldn't trust him. After the events with Megumi and Sho, Beuce was finally unfrozen. He gritted his teeth angrily. He was tired of being powerless, but that was why he was here. Once they were masters, they'd finally be able to take the fight to the doorstep of the enemy.

It was only then that he found himself baffled by Ananta's claims that Aux "had a reason for what he did". He couldn't believe it. Aux was the entire reason that they were thrown into darkness and forced to battle for their lives. It was his fault Karina went through what she did. Before he was able to say anything, the one with probably the most personal involvement in the whole matter stepped up. He watched their confrontation, but didn't interfere. He sided with Kaida entirely, but ganging up on Ananta wouldn't help a thing. He couldn't believe that after everything they'd done, anyone could just dismiss their actions so easily. What "reasons" could possibly excuse the evil they'd committed? Aux was the reason they were in the mess in the first place. He'd broken them down and cast them into darkness to leave them to die, and that was just what he'd done to their group specifically.

Not to mention his allies. Would they be excused as well? Beuce clenched his fists, making a slight hum come from his glass hand. No heart was the one behind all of this. He probably only saw them as pieces in a game. Either that or just part of a plan. It depended on whether he thought games were for children. No heart was the worst criminal of them all, and no reason could possibly excuse it. When they met, Beuce was going to bring him down, no matter what happened. Looking back up from his internal rant, Beuce saw that several others had gone through the teleporter already. Making his way in, he joined the others in Shibuya soon enough to hear Ananta speak about why Karina hated her, but he decided it was still best not to get involved.

"Yeah, that'd be for the best." Finding out the the recorder had belong to Karina was one thing, but to hear the actually contents of the recording was a different matter entirely. He didn't know what to say about it, let alone if he even could say anything more regarding that. In truth he did not want to think about what was on the recording right not. Between Glen's vanishing, Aux's sudden appearance and this, there was a lot to think on. Each of which to its own varying degree.

Luna fell back as the stranger's appearance immediately changed and the stranger had become Aux. Luna was shocked for a bit before a portal had opened in front of the group. Seeing the others walk through. Luna stood up before looking back for a moment. She shook her head as she walked through the portal. Upon arrival, Luna had saw Kaida pick up what seemed to be a recorder. Curious, Luna thought about asking but she stopped. She would ask her about it at another appropriate time. The girl looked over to see Ananta apologizing to Kaida about the events that occurred earlier. Luna scratched her head, pondering if she should step in but after a few moments, she decided to remain silent.

As she helped get Kaida's stuff together, the young woman decided to play the recorder against Aislinn's warning. That was her decision and Aislinn didn't think too much of it. While it turned out it was something personal, Aislinn looked away and took a step back. She didn't know the full story, but once more this was a person who they all clearly knew before and she out of the loop. The girl in the recording sounded scared. It left an awkward hollow silence after that. Ananta started mumbling something but Aislinn decided to stay out of the situation again. There was only so many things that she could do to help in situations that she didn't completely understand. The fact that the information was out there made things a little awkward but it was more for their sake but Aislinns.

Hikaru listened intently at Karina's words. It was hard to believe that was the same Karina he had met back in Dwarf Woodlands. Their meeting was very abrupt and short, but she still showed a willingness to help. Her travels seemed to harden her. Of all the allies who left, she was one of the ones he missed most. While it was true she was never exactly the easiest one to get along with, he didn't mind it much. He was friends with Aux after all.

Speaking of his friend, Hikaru looked in the direction of AJ who had just arrived in Shibuya through the portal. Seeing as how he was his partner in the last part of the exam maybe he would know what Aux was like. If he seemed fictitious or real. Regardless, he chased after AJ through the portal, where Shibuya awaited all of them.
On the other side, Megumi was talking with a very distraught Yue. Choosing not to get in the middle of that mess, Hikaru made a straight line towards AJ. They hadn't spoken much since San Fransokyo, and it was a good opportunity to try and better befriend the newer members of the party. "Hey, you were partner with Aux right? Did he seem... odd to you?"

Andrew, turned to what the recording had to say. It was about someone he did not really know. It seemed as most had come through the portal. Now was his chance to go off and find Glen. Megumi was talking with Yue and did not seem to notice they were back yet. This was good. He had made it a distance when Hikaru came up to him and said, 'Hey, you were partner with Aux right? Did he seem... odd to you?' He did not know how to answer at first. All of the people seemed odd. "I tired to tell you about Aux when I got back but you were talking to Kaida and it seemed rude to interrupt." Then he thought about Hikaru's question. "Odd in what way? Almost everyone seems odd. I was ignored by him most of the time, which seems to be normal to me. Just call me invisible." He thought about Aux more. "Aux did not talk to me all that much. He seemed to not care for the safety of the people in fix it felix jr, but so did the others in the game. He asked me why I was in the exam? What was my goal? As soon as I answered he said, that he did not even know why he was in the Mark of Mastery. that his token for entry was his identity. His appearance, his memories, everything that made him who he is or was. Now everything that he is, is just a reflection of someone's own personal experiences."

Then stopped for a moment before continuing. "He asked me Who do I see when I look at him without his hood? He said that he looked like the kid with blue hair That's why he kept the hood on. He did not know why he looks like you. Then he asked if Hikaru was a friend or an enemy. He wanted to know if he was just a copy of you or is he one of me? He did not know... anything. That's why he said he would move on. To find out the truth. And finally get some peace of mind. He did not even know his own name."

He looked at Hikaru once more. "I said, that he was a reflection of himself. I told him that I see a unique individual waiting for something. That he is his own person. I told him he may look like you but, that it does not make him a a copy. He is his own person just like everyone else. As for Hikaru being a friend or an enemy I would call him a friend. Then told him he would find his answers in time."

He stopped some more then said "He ignored everything I said, I do not even know why I bothered. It is like my opinion does not matter. Then Aux called himself Nigo. That is it." He looked at Hikaru once more and whispered so that only Hikaru could hear, "I have been meaning to give you back dreamers book if you want it. Then I will go and try to find Glen. I will not let the only friend I made here be lost. I am not about to let another die. Not again not after Aldwin Abner. I will not let what happened to Aldwin happen to Glen." He was not sure why he was telling Hikaru this.

Kaida had gotten everything, including the recorder, back in the bag. She didn't know if she was going to listen to it more, she really didn't feel like that was a good idea. And she decided not to really give that offer to anyone else either. She didn't consider herself one who knew Karina well, but it seemed no one was in that condition. She had no idea why Ananta seemed to think that the whole thing was connected to her. She was pretty sure Karina wasn't projecting those hostilities because of her... for lack of a better word... daddy issues. Then Kaida looked over to hear Hikaru talking to AJ and AJ was talking for quite some time. She heard a couple words from her distance from them, what about Aux and the fact he... apparently saw himself as Hikaru? That seemed strange to her but she tried to shake it off. She was trying not to care about Aux, but seeing Hikaru seem to completely ignore how she was feeling about this scenario just to learn more about Aux... it hurt Kaida a lot.

She didn't want to deal with Hikaru at that point either.

Kaida decided instead to walk on over toward Yue and Megumi with her hands in her pocket. She stopped just short of the two and stood there. Silently. After a moment she finally raised an eyebrow and said, "So, how else are you going to torture us today? Hm? Gonna throw Aux but with only memories of when he was dark next? Oh oh wait. Here's a fantastic one. How about you make it so Aux's memories... are inside Glen. What?! What a twist that would be."

Kaida gritted her teeth and said, "I don't know. At this point even if it wasn't in your control. I have doubt either of you are having control over this." Kaida paused a bit and looked at Yue and said, "I know I piss you off, and I'm sorry, but please tell me this isn't some sick twisted revenge towards me. I'm sorry I was a brat... I'm sorry I was-" Kaida cut herself off and asked, "You're not gonna let Aux continue with this are you?"

Yue sighed at Kaida's question. "If it were up to me, I wouldn't... But Megumi here doesn't seem to care about the safety of our players!"
Megumi adjusted his glasses before explaining himself. "I assure you, Aux in his current state is less than harmless. And I see no reason why he should be able to have the same rights as the other players..."
Yue immediately jumped in with her disdain on the matter. "He's the whole reason these people are stuck in the realm of darkness to begin with?!" Since their prior meeting in Beast's Castle, Yue had grown a bitter grudge towards the dark weilder. "And if none of that matters to you, he jumped in the middle of he exam!"
"Just as other players had left. Using the credits from the players of Gwendolyn and Xara, Aux is more than caught up to participate."
"You said this was a closed game!" she argued. "One where as Game Master, I was able to make the rules."
"And you've done splendidly dear Yue," he commended. "But I never said how many Game Masters would be brought in for this game. Yes, it is true that there is traditionally one master per week. But seeing as how unconventional this private exam is, I've decided three would be appropriate. Yue being the first, Sho the second, and myself for the final part of the exam. And as Game Master, I say he participates."
"Well... he can't!" Yue tried to argue.
"And why not? He qualifies after all."
"Because this is a reaper's game. And everyone needs a partner to participate. Since you took away Glen, adding Aux makes it uneven. And that's against the rules!"

Megumi chuckled. "So you wish to argue the validity of this game's rules?" He pulled out a mobile device and scrolled through some text. "During the First part of the exam, one "Gwendolyn Merry' sropped out of the exam early. To ensure one of your participants; Hikaru, would not become erased, you enlisted an outsourced wielder by the name of 'Sebastian Noble.' Is this correct?"
Yue grunted. She didn't want any of the players to be erased.
"You see miss Yue, you broke the rules far before now, and as the new Game Master, I say it would be perfectly valid to have one group of three. He looked down to Kaida. "This is my game now miss Kaida. And seeing as how adamant you seem on the matter, I'm sure Aux will make a lovely addition to your partnership."

Hikaru looked down at the book and back at AJ. "You can keep it for now.. Who knows, maybe something new will pop up that you can use." He looked to Kaida who was talking with Yue and Megumi. "If you want, I can try and find out where Glen is... Wait right here..."

Hikaru raced towards Kaida and the two game masters. "Hey so what's going to happen to Glen and Aux?" He asked Kaida. "Are they coming back?"

A mission board appeared overhead that showed all participating members.

    AJ + AISLINN
    ANANTA + IGNIS
    BASE + STEEL
    BEUCE + STRATOS
    KEL + LUNA
    KAIDA + AUX + HIKARU

"Oh..." Hikaru softly spoke, giving off a light grin. He looked to Kaida who was not content on the matter. "Oh..." his smile quickle faded before she could see.
"Glen has failed in the last portion of the exam, but your former friend shall return as soon as he's done the screening process. Until then, do prepare for the trial ahead." Megumi walked off as he fiddled with his mobile device.
Yue sighed at the two. "Sorry guys. Internal politics and rule bending means I have no pull on this..."
"Are.. you gonna be okay?" Hikaru asked Kaida.

Kaida wasn't particularly fond with how the conversation played out. But the names didn't even have to appear for Kaida to know they were going to shove Aux at her. She was a little happy Hikaru was going to be there, but she didn't really show an indicator. She didn't really have a face showing off any emotions until Hikaru asked and Kaida kept looking away from Hikaru as she responded in a defeated sounding voice, "Isn't it great? Just like old times..." she felt her fists tighten a bit as she said, "And if this is working out the way it seems to be, we're all becoming Masters together..." Kaida's fists loosened up as she finally looked over at Hikaru, but she didn't look in his eyes as she said, "It's funny... when I took my last exam and failed it... you had woken up, and had a keyblade... and Aux grew distant." Kaida sighed and closed her eyes for a moment before admitting, "I'm not okay with this. But I'll be fine..." she looked him in the eyes and paused a bit before she smiled a bit and said, "You know you don't have to hide the fact you're happy about it... I'm not mad at you. I'm mad at this scenario..."
