Video Game: Kingdom Hearts SOS: The Road To Light

The blasting subsided and Base snuck around the pillar to see if the coast was clear. Smoke billowed all around and stray sparks flew from exposed wires, but the battle was over. It had passed him and left him behind, but that also meant he had some chance to figure out his equipment problem; in addition, he also had the chance to regroup with the others before Baymax played a series of clips from a screen on his torso. It was all the more confusing until he saw how it affected young Hiro. It was easy to add two to two from there.

"We're here for you, Hiro," Base said calmly, putting a hand on the suited teen's shoulder. Followed by the act, Base's Keyblade appeared in his opposite hand as if on a very late cue. He stared down at it in disbelief. "I'll deal with you later. For now, we have to stop that man. He apparently wasn't the guy you thought it would be before, so now we have to figure out a new motive for the revealed villain. We find a motive, we might be able to figure out why he's doing what he's doing and what he'll do next. Anybody have any ideas whatsoever?" he asked the group.

Luna continued to lead the other gypsies out of the court of miracles. One by one, the gypsies fled out of the court. While one by one, the guards fell at the hands of Aislinn. As Aislinn continued fighting off the guards, Luna sneaked by to continue her search for any more innocents in the area so that she may lead them to safety. She ran over to a tent and looked inside to see if anyone had hid in there. She climbed out and ran behind to find a small boy covering his ears, quaking in fear. She got down to his eye level and spoke in a gentle voice. "Hi, it's alright. I'm here to help you. No need to be scared..." Luna smiled as the boy looked over to her. Tears had been running down his face, as Luna got a close look at him. Even though she was smiling, it had killed her inside to not be able to comfort the child immediately. Slowly, she extended out her hand to the boy before speaking once more. "My name is Luna...I wanna help you. Is it alright if I get closer?" The boy ran into Luna's arms immediately. Luna picked up the boy before petting his head gently. The boy slowly calmed down before he looked over Luna's shoulder. His eyes widen in shock and fear before he started crying once more. "Hey, what's wrong buddy? There's nothing to be scared of-..." Luna looked behind her to find a couple of guards standing before her. Luna's widen in shock. She stood there trying to figure out what to do. Before a guard could strike, Aislinn knocked out the guard. "I got your back!" Luna let out a sigh of relief before nodding and running off with the child. Some guards had started running after her. Thinking light on her feet, she spoke to the child to hang on tightly. Luna stopped abruptly and jumped quickly behind the incoming guards. The guards had stopped conveniently as she did only to look up and find themselves kicked at the head to the side. Luna landed gracefully before continuing to run off. She put down the boy as they found his mother. The mother picked up her son thanking Luna many times. Luna smiled before telling them to go and escape as Luna ran back into the court.

Luna ran back into the fray, gracefully weaving her way through the guards. A group of five guards had decided to surround her, leaving her no room to escape. A guard had stealthily came up behind and grabbed her immediately. "We got this gypsy witch boys!!" Luna struggled against the guard as the other guards started closing in on her. Luna's patience had begun wearing thin with each passing moment. "I don't have time to deal with you disgraceful soldiers!" Luna jumped kicking two guards out of her face. Landing quickly, she tossed the guard grabbing her over her shoulder into the other two guards. She summoned her blade and immediately slashed through two more guards. "This is mere child's play! You're supposed to be soldiers but all I see are training dummies!" Little did Luna know, another group of guards had come up behind her. "GRAB THE GYSPSY!!" Before Luna had the chance to blink, the guards started piling her one by one. Luna could barely grab her blade as she started struggling. "Get off!!!" Luna continued struggling but they still remained where they were. "Not so tough now are you, you gypsy scum!" A guard squatted down as he slapped her across her face laughing as he spoke.

For most of the entire fight, Ananta was busy doing her own thing. She wasn't even hurting the guards. She was jumping and dodging their attacks as she was helping the straggling Gypsies get away. Aislinn and Luna were doing wonders lowering the number of guards. Ananta was appreciative that neither of them seemed to have a problem with what she was doing, too. She just finished getting two children to some adults when she heard guards clanking behind her. Ananta immediately turned and threw down a Mine Shield spell. The guards were too preoccupied to notice the magic and were immediately taken out by it.

That was 3 guards. But 7 more were glaring Ananta down, ready to cut her up into tiny pieces. Or at least, take her prisoner for witchcraft, as they were spouting around her. "Oh please." Ananta sighed, summoning her keyblade and standing ready to strike back at any guard that dared to step forward. And one did, rushing her to try and catch her off guard. Pointless, since she dodged him and applied a firm smack with her keyblade to his head, watching him go down.

6 guards left and she was just getting started. Ananta ran forward and started to hit three guards over and over. She noticed they were getting close to being knocked out, so she decided to use a rather flashy finisher. As Ananta used the last attack on an enemy, she caused a mini-explosion that damaged those same three guards she was attacking. This scared the last three to back away and run off.

Ananta watched them run and sighed in relief, knowing she'd at least be left alone to deal with a few more people who couldn't quite get going on their own. To her right, Ananta noticed an elderly woman trying to gather a few valuables into a basket. The guards hadn't noticed her and she looked to be moving as quietly as she could. Ananta moved over and stood in next to her.

The woman jumped a little and a few things moved around in her basket, causing a guard to turn and stare in their direciton. Ananta had moved and ducked down with the woman. "Shh...I'll help you get to the others waiting for you...I'm sorry I can't save the ones that were already captured by Frollo...but please, I can get you to where a few are waiting for stragglers that could be saved."

She was scared and not wanting to be anywhere near anybody, but the woman was understanding, knowing she was probably safer with Ananta. So once she had gotten a few more things, Ananta got her to safety and started to search for anyone else. From the looks of things, either they were all gone or they were captured by this point, so Ananta started to run towards Aislinn and Luna. A guard stopped her though and started to swing his sword. Ananta summoned her keyblade and blocked the blade, grunting and shoving the guard off. She then started to slash at this guard, knocking him out after a few hits.

Without hesitation, she continued forward and was met with one more guard. He wanted to try and get Ananta, but she simply attacked him with a combo, finishing off with the same finisher from earlier. The guard fell and Ananta was free to run towards her comrades. "Aislinn! Luna!" she called, managing to get next to them.

One last, feeble looking, guard came forward and Ananta almost felt bad that he was forced to fight them. She decided to knock him down and stomp her foot onto his chestplate, causing the wind to knock out of him. She stood there, foot on the guard, and looked up at the two. "Sorry I wasn't able to fight much." she said. "But I had to save as many as I could...even if it was just a few."

Andrew watched as Kel ran all over the place and at some point used the spell stop on Baymax. Time seemed to freeze as Baymax slowed down. Kel picked up a chip that was on the ground and put it back into Baymax. Baymax seemed to be back to normal in flash. "How could you do that? I had him!' Hiro had said. A eye for a eye makes the world blind. Baymax and Hiro then began to fight. "Is this what Tadashi wanted?" He had said this himself. 'Tadashi's... gone...' 'Tadashi is here.' "Baymax is right Tadashi will always be in your heart." 'Guys, I... I'm sorry... I'm going to catch Callaghan, and, this time, I’ll do it right. I understand if no one wants to help me this time. I've been a jerk.' Why he thought. He was going to ask but he did not get the chance. Kel had said that he was going to help. Then the teen he still did not know asked and said 'We find a motive, we might be able to figure out why he's doing what he's doing and what he'll do next. Anybody have any ideas whatsoever?' "Well Callaghan had to come here for some reason so there should be some clue around here somewhere."

He watched Hiro go back to the computer and do some things. He walked over to the computer and watched what happened. Callaghan showed up at some point in the video and his daughter Abigail Callaghan. Well that was interesting. Hiro then they had to go back to the city. Not having much time to say or do anything he hopped back onto Baymax and they made there way back to the city. They got to the city only to find some odd thing going on. Callaghan turned to Krei and used his microbots to press him against the wall. 'I want my daughter back!.'

Well then maybe he could stop this before it stared but that was not likely to happen. He did not have any real ideas at the moment he could think of. He jumped off of Baymax. He was hopeful but did not think anything he said would matter.

 

After the heartless had been felled, the next order of business would've been quelling the flames around them. However, Stratos heard one of the Gargoyles shout out, directing their attention towards something else. Up in the distance, there was a large, bulbous heartless. It's torso seemed to contain a primodial fire within it, as it waved its wand around conjuring flame that would spread across the city. The creature had apparently been the cause for all of the red nocturnes they had fought until now, and thus they needed to bring it down if anything was going to improve around here. "Come on guys, I think we've got a much bigger fire to fight up there." Seeing that it was floating towards the cathedral, Stratos went to go attempt to meet it and halt its progress before it started to torch the place.

Ignis had followed the group silently after their little bout against the fluffy, but not so friendly, and hard to forget evil, Baymax. She really didn't enjoy being pushed against the wall and just wallowed in self-pity thinking about the ridiculousness of it. As for the RG group and Hiro, they found some evidence that showed the man they found at the Island, Callaghan, had been there before. Apparently some tests were being run on teleportation and Callaghan had a daughter who was lost in some kind of accident. Now they knew who was being targeted, and Hiro went with Baymax to try and stop him. Ignis just followed suit as usual, since it wasn't like she could hop a ride on Baymax.

As they got to their destination, Ignis saw a large hole in the sky from the same teleporter that they saw in the video back on the island. Apparently the Callaghan guy had been pretty upset, because in this case, he was trying to destroy everything this Krei guy had. Who he was, Ignis didn't really care, but she did know what was going on certainly was way past the normal line for vengeance, and they had to stop him. Too bad for her, she was stuck in the UG world, which meant in her case, that meant fighting the obnoxious heartless they saw back at the pier, which was spitting out microbots.

"Someone please remind me why we have to deal with this annoying heartless again? I just need a pick-me-up from the last time we had to deal with it." She slumped down, exhausted from the chaos this first world had caused.

Kel blinked upon hearing Hiro's first plan and the massive swarm of microbots that Callaghan had at his control. No matter how he looked at it this was going to be a very long and painful battle no matter which angle he looked at it. Hiro's second plan on the was much better. "I'm going to be counting on you for that Kaida." His first action after that was to toss his keyblade at the massive swarm of Microbots and see it...actually take out a fair amount. Well that was certainly a good thing for all this.

Steel smirked at Frollo’s commentary.

“Oh, someone here will most certainly be judged. That much is certain.” Steel’s teeth gleamed as he smirked. As the Blizzard Lord charged in to strike at him, he effortlessly dodged with a backflip, only to feel a sharp twinge of pain as Ananta was struck by the Fire Lord.

“That’s… going to be annoying.” He muttered silently to himself. Shrugging it off, he raised one of his clawed hands to his face leaving only his eye exposed. “You irk me Frollo. I shall be honest as to why: I was far too much like you not all that long ago. To claim one’s own selfish actions are the will of God…” He felt his scarf elongating and wrapping around his upper face, leaving his muzzle and the same eye exposed. “Throughout history, these men have been by far the most evil.” A single droplet of water escaped the corner of his eyes. He smirked as the droplet rose into the sky. “Let’s see then, shall we? Whose Judgement wins out in the end? Yours…” He paused momentarily as heavy rain began to fall, doing it’s best to weaken the flames all around them.

“...Or that of the God you claim to serve.”

Shortly after he had made a dent in the large mass of mircobots, the hole was repaired and the microbots had set their sights on him. In what was the equivalent to a giant wave crashing down upon the land, the mircobots did just that towards Kel. The latter did his best to get away before being caught in the tide. In that regard he failed, but fortunately he managed to turn his keyblade into its glider form and started to surf on the mircobots. That's right, he was surfing on them which was also destroying them in the process. A solid plan for the time being so long as he could keep his balance and not get knocked into the swarm underneath his glider.

As the gang had made their way to the town square, it was to no one's surprise that Frollo was the mad man behind this swarm of heartless. As he seemed primed to burn and freeze? the city around them, Stratos got himself ready to strike out at the boss. As Steel made his monologue, Stratos perked up a bit realizing that Steel had called himself a king. Well that was certainly different from what he was expecting. Stratos then began to think about it and remembered that Luna was also a princess. That was a lot of royalty for one group. He shrugged it off as a pretty odd coincidence, but didn't pay it much mind beyond that as it was only between those two. It wasn't like Ananta was some kind of queen and Beuce also some kind of king or anything. As the rain started to fall, Stratos pointed his keyblade towards the Frozen heartless, getting ready to attack it. While he knew that the rain was definitely going to dampen this attack, he couldn't help but feel compelled to use it anyway. And so, with the flame igniting at the tip of his keyblade, Stratos launched his attack out.

For a few moments Kel actually thought he was fairly safe surfing on the wave of microbots, it was a bit odd that he felt that and yet so far none of them had made any attempts to hinder him or knock him into the swarm. In fact Kel looked down to what might as well been a sea of microbots underneath his glider. There was significantly more than enough for them to try and find someway of stopping him. Kel turned his attention up away from what was underneath him and up to what was in front of him...at what was possibly the best time for him to do so. If he had waited a bit longer he would've crashed head on into a pillar that had emerged from the 'sea' underneath him. He managed to dodge it in time, but another five more appeared along the way. Next time he would keep him mouth shut about things not getting in his way.

I wish I could tell you that Glen had been away on an epic mission of sorts, hell maybe he'd found the heartless commander or had gone even deeper into the realm of darkness, but no...that was most definitely not what had happened. As the keyblade wielder travelled as fast as his keyblade would allow, scarf flowing in the wind as he did so, he flinched a little at the memory of what had transpired. He remembered seeing Base again and excitement peaked; he'd assumed Base had been gone, or perhaps even dead, but there he'd been before them! It was a real shame that nothing Glen had said had been heard, damn UG. In his excitement, he'd raced outside and prepared to move onto the next phase of the world they were on, and had...tripped down the staircase and knocked himself out cold. Yep, one of the quickest characters of the group was a total klutz at times, but I think that had already been a well established fact.

He'd regained consciousness after a while, and after a few moments of experimentation to see whether he could actually interact with Hiro's door to see if he could open it properly rather than just kind of pass through it (turns out yes he could open the door), he'd continued on his way to the group of friends he'd been with before. He'd seen the situation before he'd even gotten there; it wasn't particularly hard to miss that amount of microbots with what had looked like a few flies going around and attacking, but wasn't entirely sure what to do.

Once he'd gotten nearer, he had found a surge of energy within him as he had come to the realisation that he couldn't actually see Xara anywhere. He panicked a little, not knowing what would happen if his partner vanished, but no there she was, slashing away at the microbots. Breathing a sigh of relief, Glen flew forward on his keyblade glider and with one swift but powerful motion cut straight across the assault dragon. He waited a moment, before turning to look at his foe. "It's time to finish what we started" he said, before he threw what looked to be like some kind of pellet on the ground and vanished in a cloud of smoke and began planning his next move.

Glen used Zantetsuken, followed by Ninja Vanish! (does this ability last for just the turn or until an attack is dodged? Also why has Glen got no summons?)

Andrew watched as microbots came out of nowhere. There was to many to count. 'Lisen up! Use those big brains of yours and think your way around the problem. Look for a new angle!' Well so far nothing seemed to be working in terms of fighting them. He was quite tired of all this fight but there was nothing he could do but fight at this moment. He keyblade came to his hand and he knew that it was time to fight. Kel seemed to be fighting them all already so he knew that he had to help. Something seemed to be different for this fight but he could not pin point it. He followed Kel as to help hims fight the fight that was not in there favor.

What was just peacefully surfing over the microbot 'sea' now was quickly dodging all of the pillars that was being thrown at him in order to hinder his progress. The first few pillars were dodged with relative ease, but when they started appearing more frequently after one another it became a whole different ball game. No matter how many of them that he managed to avoid there would only be another set waiting for him. Dodging the more recent set, Kel found himself pitted against a wall of microbots. With it being too wide for him to go around, he would have to jump it.

Andrew kept on following Kel he did not know where the others were he could not even see them at all. He looked around but was on able to see anyone but Kel. Pillars of microbots shot up all around them. The keyblade glider that he was on was new and he was not that use to it. maybe it would come in time but now was not the best time to learn if at all. He notice that kel had nowhere to go. Without thinking much he jumped throwing his keyblade like a boomerang at the pillars opening a path for Kel to get by. The keyblade came back to him just in time for him not to be taking by the sea of microbots. He was just able to turn it to the keyblade glider before he hit the microbots and flew off once again.
