He turned around at the question asked.
"Technically only 1 of us need to go, but it's best you all see it."
"What is it Tarzan is leading you to exactly?" Jane added.
"I'll explain when we get there." Krowley replied. Truth be told it wasn't a difficult concept to grasp, but he wanted to move quickly in case any more threats rose up.

 

Aden furrowed his brow. He felt as though he should know the importance of the two words Krowley had muttered—well, he knew the words were important, period—but he was a bit baffled as to how they mattered in this context.

Following Kross' lead, he summoned his own Keyblade. "Shall we be off, then?" he inquired.

 

The nine headed back to where Clayton was defeated.
"This should be the place," Krowley said aloud. He watched as Tarzan walked towards the ledge where the gorillas appeared.
"$@#%!" Tarzan was shouting more untranslated Gorilla language as a hefty and mean looking Gorilla came forward.
" !@#$%! Kerchek! !@#$! Heart."
Though he couldn't understand it, The gorilla nodded and walked off.
"It's such a shame I couldn't have studied them more... I would have loved to learn more about them." Jane said sadly.
"I'm sure you'll have another chance as soon as Tarzan-"
The spot where Tarzan sat was now empty. "Where did he go?"
"!#$!" He shouted from the ledge where Kerchek had been.
"Heart. This way Heart."
Krowley nodded and began climbing the ledge. He urged the others to do the same.

 

Aden grinned maniacally. They were calling this a ledge? Back home, this would be nothing more than a little bump! Letting his Keyblade disappear, he leaped onto the "ledge" and started skittering across with ease.

 

As the group climbed finished climbing the small feat, Tarzan continued to lead them towards a small Cavern beneath the waterfall. It was ominous an smelled of salt water where you could hear the roaring waters. stepping across rocks cautiously, they eventually made there way to the destination Krowley had hoped to find. "Just like I read..." he unknowingly said aloud. They were now in a small chasm barely fitting the eleven of them. "So why are we here exactly?" Jane asked.
"Heart," Tarzan replied point to a small moss covered wall. Krowley moved to where he was pointing and rubbed off some of the moss to reveal a keyhole shape. "The heart of this world." he corrected as he turned to face the other keyblade wielders.
"This is the heart of the world... So long as it remains opened, heartless and other variables can invade and corrupt this world. That is why, no matter where you go or what you do in any world, before leaving you MUST insure the keyhole is sealed." He stepped a few feet back directly in front of the keyhole. "Like So."
A glowing light began to emerge at the tip of his keyblade, followed by a thin beam of light hitting the keyhole. As it became engulfed in light, it slowly dimmed down and made a locking noise. "Questions?" he asked.

(OOC - Locking the Keyhole is usually done by the participant with the lowest exp, but this first world is the only exception)

VIII. Seal the Keyhole ~MISSION COMPLETE~

Krowley grew to level 6!

 

Aden watched the lightshow, impressed. He took mental note of the scene for future reference.

"Question," he asked, something occurring to him. "If the world is 'locked,' per se, how do we get out?"

 

Krowley took note of Aden's query.
""If the world is 'locked,' per se, how do we get out?"" he asked.
"The world is locked so no one can enter using the path they took. In a sense, it's a kind of 'Locked from the Outside only deal. This may not seal off the world for good. But it will be much harder for them to get back inside." he replied.

 

"Ah," Aden nodded, understanding. "Okay. World is locked, Darkness can't get in. Our job here is done, then?"

 

"Looks like," Krowley replied. He gazed at the faces who had presumed would only be obstacles who have not only kept the world's balance, but proven their value as keyblade wielders. Turning to the locals; Tarzan and Jane, he bowed and began to apologize. "I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience you've been put through..."
Jane smiled and replied; "Well so long as the Gorillas, Tarzan and my father weren't harmed, I am grateful."
"Very good." Once again, he turned back to the 9 wielders. "I still have a lot to explain, but I want to confirm this claim that Master Eraqus sent you. It was a pleasure to meet both you and Tar-" he had noticed Tarzan scampered off back to the keyhole. He began picking at a small piece of paper lodged implanted in some loose bark.
"Oh? What do you have there Tarzan?" Jane asked. Tarzan scurried towards her and handed her the parchment. She gazed at the small symbol in the center and leaned to hand it to Krowley. Accepting it, he noticed the Dark, solid Keyhole shape right dab in the center. He turned the card over which revealed a short piece of writing that he read aloud;

"Warriors of Light, you have survived the savagery of the jungle.
But can you manage to make it out of the woods?"​

He turned the card over and examined it repeatedly. No signature, just a few words and a keyhole symbol.

 

"What is it?" Aden asked, a little irritated at Krowley's sudden silence. He peered over his shoulder to read the card:

"Warriors of Light, you have survived the savagery of the jungle.
But can you manage to make it out of the woods?"​

Aden's mind raced. "I guess those masked people with the Heartless aren't through with us quite yet..." he murmured.

 

"Not here... Who ever wrote this new we would be here to seal the keyhole. Whatever the case, we should best depart..."
