In addition to the speed boost from earlier (obtained via crowns), Glen's strength stat should now be 49, his speed stat WITH the speed boost factored in is 50, without is 48, and his MP should now be 6.

Additionally, he now has the smackdown ability active due to the knockout punch (+60% combo damage to enemies, +40% to ground). This damage (and I suspect some of the damage from sanfransokyo's boss battle) does apply to aerial enemies as there is no ability to enable aerial combo attacks aside from combo, which is equipped for Glen, only other abilities to enhance it.
