Geryl smiled at Namine. "Then also tell Roxas to become whole also."

 

"What if he doesn't want that?" Namine asked, looking up at Geryl, her hands clasped together.

 

Geryl was about to say something untill he then decided against it. " All out of ideas."

He places his hand on each of the girls' shoulder. "I know how you feel Naminé... I don't want to hurt either of you but neither did I want to hurt Roxas. Without him, I only feel only half of who I am." He drops his hands to the side and looks away from the three of them. "I battled him shortly but I can tell he hates me to the bitter end. I don't want to see him miserable again." He turns to face Naminé. "I want to ask you a favor, it will be difficult, but I wish you would see him as himself and not me. Do that and everything will fall into place." He added a smile to brighten up the memory witch.

 

Geryl nodded. I agree with Sora.

 

"Thanks pal." He beams.

 

Geryl nodded.

 

Sora returns it.

 

"I..." Namine paused, looking at Sora. "You...you love Kairi...and you want to be with her...right?" She looked at him, already knowing his answer.

 

He turns his head to a side and whispers, "Yes." He looks back at Namine. "I don't want to hurt your feelings, but I still love Kairi."

 

Namine clasped her hands together, struggling to repress her tears. "I see..." she said, tonelessly. It was hard, keeping her voice and expression steady...if she had a heart, she knew that what Sora had just said, it would've broken it, into a million pieces. She glanced at the diamond ring on her wedding finger, and looking at it, she couldn't suppress her tears any longer.
She turned, dashing off. She had to get away from Sora, to be alone...she needed to release her sadness somewhere he couldn't see her.
He told me...he loved me...but I guess...his heart stiill belongs to Kairi...but I...I thought I'd prepared myself...when I saw Kairi...I should've known he still loved her...but...I was wrong...

 

"Namine!" He cries. Sora turns his head away, knowing he has completely blew it, and head towards the Secret Place to be alone for a while.

 

Far away, surrounded by a few trees and bushes, Namine threw herself upon the ground, sobbing until she had run out of tears and her eyes were sore.
I...I should be happy...happy for him...he's with his loved one...so...I...I should be happy for him...
Closing her eyes, she laid there momentarily, inhaling and exhaling slowly, trying to calm herself.
Sora...I'll...I'll be with Roxas...but only because you asked me to...

 

Kairi sighed, extremely confused. Sora said he loved her, so she was supposed to be happy...right? Everything was okay now, wasn't it?

The look on Namine's face when Sora had said he didn't love the blonde kept appearing in her mind over and over again, leering at her as she was the reason Namine had run off heartbroken. What am I supposed to do now?

 

Geryl sat down tired.

 

Namine sat up, hugging her knees, her back against a palm tree.
Sora...I love him so much...I really wished he felt the same for me...
Looking up, sighing, she tried not to think. If she couldn't think, she wouldn't feel anything...not that she could...

 

'Namine was...a very good friend. Even though I don't know how she fell in love with me, but I am very grateful she has been with me for this past year.' He held his hand over his chest then closes his eyes and smiles. Once he open them again, Kairi drew of herself handing him a paopu fruit. "Kairi..." Sora smiles.

 

Namine slowly walked back to where Sora was previously....but he was gone. Where did he go? She wanted to tell him...she would talk to Roxas, for him.

 

Sora looks up the sky and it grew dark. 'My family would be worried, especially mothers.' He walk back to the beach and he saw Namine. "Are you okay now?"

 

"...I would be lying if I said I was perfectly fine," Namine said, looking at him. "But...Sora...because I love you...I will talk to Roxas...and I will make myself love him...for you..."
