Kingdom Hearts: Shattered Promises

Larxene, seeing the smoke, knew that his light was disappearing, and he was going to be consumed by darkness.
"Roxas, Roxas..." she said, holding his shoulders. "Come on, don't do anything that you'll regret...listen to me..."

Namine turned and saw Zarix, but she kept looking at Sora and Kairi. She bit her lower lip, battling within herself of what to do, but at last, she succumbed to Zarix' cries and walked over to him. "Are you okay? What's wrong?"

OOC: Wow, it really does match...that's so sad...

 

"Is only that, they remind me of me and my girlfriend when she was alive" Zarix said and continue crying.

 

"He's sick." Kairi replied more coldly than she'd meant to. Noticing this, she quickly changed her tone. "We do?" she blinked, a little surprised.

 

"Don't...cry..." Namine said. A tear fell onto Zarix's arm and she wiped it away. "Don't cry, Zarix..."
However, that was her own tear, and they kept spilling from her eyes, onto Zarix.
"Don't..." she murmured, as she tried to wipe the tears from her own cheeks.

 

Zarix looked at Namine´s eyes deeply, going closer to her.

 

Namine's vision was blurry from her own tears, but she couldn't stop. She didn't know...did Sora love her? But then...what about Kairi? Would she take him away frm her again?
But then again...wasn't Namine the one who had stolen Sora from Kairi? But...she just wanted to be with him...so badly...

 

Roxas was going deep into the darkness, but that light still shined. Looking at Larxene, his eyes turning darker, and more grayish. His hair was now completely black, and the smog still emitted from him. It was like, Larxene was the only thing he could hear, and hold. Ready to listen, Roxas stared straight into her eyes, and glad that she wasn't made of pure light. If she were, her whole being would have surely burned from the darkness coming from Roxas heart.

Zarix goes closer to Naminé, wiping her tears, still tearing.

 

Kairi tried so hard, but she couldn't find any sympathy for the blonde girl sitting in front of her. "So...Namine. How have you and Sora been?" she asked, faking cheerfulness even though she really wanted to yell at the girl and ask why she'd torn everything apart.

 

I have to...get a hold of myself, she thought. Sighing, she closed and then opened her eyes. She stood up and extended her hand to Zarix to take, her eyes, no longer teary, was still full of sadness. "Don't feel sad..." She glanced at Kairi, but could not find the voice to answer.

His eyes...his whole being...they're so dark, Larxene thought, startled. I've never seen anything like this...but what am I supposed to say? She closed her eyes and then opened them. What's that mean? I've never had trouble...but maybe it's...no, concentrate on the problem on hand...
With her right hand, she caressed the right side of his face, and gently placed her other hand his shoulder.
"Roxas, don't let yourself succumb to the darkness like this," she said. "You're strong...and I know that you feel like everything's over...but it's not...I'm still here for you...and I'll never leave you. I'll be here for you as long as I live, and even if I may not much to you, take comfort from the fact that I'll always be by your side. No matter what happens..."
Larxene really didn't know what else to say, as she was afraid the slightest mention of Namine or Sora might send him plummeting deeper into darkness and depression...
"So don't despair...I'll be here for you always..."

OOC: Makes a very interesting story though!

 

Zarix grabbed Naminé´s hand, staring as her eyes deeply.

 

Namine was so surprised that he grabbed her hand that she almost stopped crying...almost. However, she had no idea who he was, and didn't know what to say. She glanced at Kairi, as if to ask who he was and what she should do.

 

OOC: Totally agreed. ^^

Noticing that Namine was silent, Kairi was also silent. Knowing that asking this question would kill her, but that it was something that she needed to know, she asked it. "Do you love him?"

 

Zarix widened his eyes.

 

Namine gestured slightly with her head to Zarix, as she still did not know what to do about him, but she found her voice to answer Kairi. Closing her eyes and then opening them, she stopped her tears from flowing.
"I have always loved Sora, and I always will."

 

Zarix then closed his eyes and falled to the ground, and slowly starting to fade away in darkness.

 

Namine fell to her knees and said, "What...what's happening to him? Please don't go! What's wrong? What does this mean?"

 

Kairi nodded. That was what she'd been expecting. "I understand." She gave a sad smile and stood up, facing away from Namine and Zarix so they wouldn't see her cry. She quickly looked back when she saw Zarix fading. "I don't...he must be fading." Kairi replied softly.

 

A Keyblade appeared in Zarix´s hand, as he continue to fade away.

"Please don't go!" Namine exclaimed. "Don't! I'm sorry if I did anything!" A tear fell from her onto Zarix's arm.
