Kingdom Hearts: Shattered Promises

Namine walked next to Sora, clutching his arm.

 

Demyx started to crawl through the hole, as silent as ever, but he only went halfway for now. He was also known as a good evesdropper.

 

Zarix nodded in his sleep.

 

While waiting for Demyx to finish his mission, Larxene stood there with Roxas, crossing her arms a bit bored. "I wonder how long he'll take," she wondered aloud.

 

"Let me know if anything else concerns you. It is, after all, close to our big day." He wraps his arms around her.

 

"No, I'm fine," Namine said, closing her eyes as she touched his arms, letting herself relax. "Once we're a couple...once we're together...I'll be happy...every day..."

 

Roxas crossed his arms too.

" Yeah.....he's probably gonna mess up huh?"

Demyx chuckled as Sora started getting alittle romantic with Namine, he then crawled the rest of the way, and acted like he was new.

" Hey there, this place is cool, what are these drawings?"

 

Kairi sighed as she sat, staring ahead. She wondered if Roxas and the others had already started their plan. "Being little is so much easier..." she muttered to herself, playing with her hair. "You don't get your heart broken, and you don't have to worry about love."

 

Sora smiles at the happy thought then whipped his head to the new voice and brings Namine closer to him, protectively. "Who are you and what do you want from us?" He demanded.

 

Namine shivered slightly, startled at the intruder's appearance, and held Sora's arm tightly.

"Yeah, most likely," Larxene nodded. "You know what Demyx should've done? He should've just screamed loudly from outside, and Sora, being the charming little gentleman, would've told Namine to stay back while he went outside to see who it was."

 

Roxas slapped his forehead, and wished Larxene didn't scare Namine that much back in the past. Seeing Demyx not come out for a long time, it was either the plan worked, or he's screwed.

Demyx started to laugh, he remembered when Sora was like that with Kairi, yeah, so he was sure Sora had some mixed feelings.

" I just came in here because it looked cool, and it looked like a place to hang out while I figure out a house plan. Wait......there's a red headed women looking for you. Hmm.....yeah you fit the description right."

Wow, Demyx actually sounded smart, and it was a great plan really.

 

"Sorry to disappoint you, the only person I knew that has red hair is dead!" He summons his Oblivion Keyblade to his hand. On the other side, he held Namine's hand.

 

Namine held Sora's hand tightly, becoming more afraid by the moment.

"Want me to scream loudly?" Larxene asked. "It might lure Sora out...and it might work better than whatever Demyx has planned."

 

" Hmm ya sure? Said her name was Kairi, and that nobody was here to welcome her back. Your name Sora? Because, she says she wanted to see her love one again, and when I asked who was it, she said that name. Wow, she seems to be in deep love with that Sora guy huh? You him?"

The Organization would defiently be glad that Demyx is actually acting brave enough to talk to Sora like that, espeically with his Oblivion in hand. His power being water doesn't mean he's weak, actually, Demyx had way more moves up his sleeves. For now though, he just stared at Sora, and occasionally looked at Namine.

Roxas shrugged, he didn't know, that would maybe mess him up, but he was going to suggest that in a few.

 

Sora didn't like this person at all. As though he has a sixth sense, this conversation about Kairi doesn't feel right. He knew in the past trying to get her back only gets them into dangerous trouble. Just like Organization XIII... "Namine, I want you to stay here while I figure out if this stranger tells the truth." He looks at her. "We can't miss out another friend now, can we?" He smiles sadly as he let go of her hand.

 

Namine wanted to grab Sora's hand back, to just hold him close to her, to protect her...but she knew that Sora wanted to find out the truth...and she trusted him. She nodded. "I'll wait here."

 

He nods and faces the stranger with a serious face. "Lead the way."

 

Demyx smirked, but tried to not let it show too much. He crawled out the tunnel, and leaded his way back to Kairi.

Roxas simply smiled, and started walking towards the secret place.

"............Wish me luck, Larxene."

 

Kairi sighed, looking ahead into the sky. What was taking them so long? Maybe they'd forgotten about her.

 

Larxene nodded and winked at him. "I believe in you," she whispered, comfortingly.

Namine stood there, waiting for Sora to return, worry clouding her mind.
