Kingdom Hearts: Shattered Promises

Kairi nodded, but her expression turned to worried when she saw that the two were leaning over someone who looked like he was in extreme pain. She hurried over.

 

Larxene turned at the sound of a voice, and she looked up to see exactly who she thought it was.
"Demyx," she said, "you're late..."
She looked back down at Zarix and laid her hand softly on his chest.
"How are you feeling right now, Zarix?"

 

Zarix was deep asleep, shivering and still sweating.

 

Larxene passed her hand over Zarix's forehead, feeling for his temperature. His skin felt damp with his sweat, and hot, as if burning with a fever...but at the same time, there was something about his skin that was also cold, like ice.
"It's like he's ill..." she murmured.

 

" Can't have that."

Roxas looked over at Kairi, and waved over.

" Could you try to take care of him right quick? I'm sorry, I would ask Demyx but..."

He didn't even want to finish that sentence, Roxas didn't know why he got sick, but they had to continue with their mission. Waving for Demyx aswell, he grabbed Larxenes hand again(lol), and looked down at Zarix.

" Hmm, there has been something in the air really."

 

Larxene took her other hand off of Zarix's forehead and tilted her head up, looking around.
"So you think he caught something...?" she asked, turning to Roxas.

 

"He might have caught some sort of island fever...Destiny Islands tends to have a few of those." Kairi said remembering the times she'd caught something from Sora or Riku.

 

Roxas nodded at them both, and looked down at Zarix.

" Yeah, but I think we're safe for now. It can be contagious, but isn't all the time. I feel pretty lucky."

Looking out to see if Namine, or Sora were around, he looked at Demyx.

" Let's go. Geryl, you stay with Kairi and help."

Demyx was already gone, there was no way he wanted anything.

" You two hurry up!"

 

Larxene stood up and, giving Roxas's hand an affection squeeze, said, "Alright, let's go then. We have to hurry if we're to catch up to them now... "
She looked down at Zarix, and then at Kairi and Geryl.
"Take good care of Zarix, okay?"

 

Kairi smiled. "Don't worry, we will." She looked at the sleeping teen and thought for a second, trying to remember if she knew what he'd caught.

 

Zarix by accident hugged Kairi in his sleep.

 

Kairi turned bright red, slightly embarassed.

 

Roxas walked Larxene over to Demyx, and continued to hold her hand. Wow, he didn't even notice why he was, but memories of the past started to come back to him. All sorts of memories with the organization came to his mind, and most were about Larxene, Axel, and Demyx. Smiling to himself, he slapped Demyx on the back, and realesed his grip on Larxene. Though, it felt weird to let go.....

" Alright Larxene, ready to make Demyx to your liking?"

Looking over to his house, Roxas did a wicked grin.

Demyx slapped his forehead.

 

A smile curled Larxene's lips as she turned to Demyx.
"Oh, of course, I've been waiting all day..." she remarked, summoning a kunai and holding it by its handle.
"Now stand still while I...mess with your hair a bit," she said, walking towards him. "And perhaps...do a couple of other things to your face..."

 

Zarix too blushed.

 

Demyx started to walk backwards, and shake his hands.

" No Larxene! Think of all the good times we had together! I stole your muffin, and you beat me to a complete pulp. Good times eh?....eh?........i'll kill you Roxas."

Roxas just stood there, a very huge smile on his face, yeah, he loved to see Demyx tortured, and only because he is stupid enough to annoy Larxene again.

 

"Oh, they were wonderful times," Larxene said, walking towards him, waving her kunai at him slightly. "Why don't we create some new ones...hm, Demyx...? Won't that just be lovely?"

 

Suddenly on the islands, there would be a loud cry in pain, and it would sound like someone was being tortured. Demyx stood completely still as Larxene fixed up his hair.

" No.....my precious.....hair....."

Roxas shook his head, but laughed.

OOC: Yo NoD, I think Sora is waiting for you to respond to his post form earlier today.

 

Kairi heard Demyx's shriek of pain and figured he was probably getting his hair cut or something. Larxene seemed like the type to torture people.

 

OOC: I must've missed it! Let me go check...

Larxene chuckled as she let her kunai disappear from her hand in a flash of light. "Like your new hair style?" she asked. "I love it..."

"Well..." Namine said, clasping her hands worriedly. "I...will Roxas...attend our wedding? And how will he...feel about it?"
