" Fourty year old lady...."

Demyx muttered as he stood up.

Roxas looked over at Kairi, and he smiled again.

" Because, I care about her, and she deserves Sora more than anything. As, so do I with Namine.......would you please?"

Demyx patted Roxas on the back.

" Oh come on, i'm 28 and understand love. How come you 40 year olds can't?"

Roxas took a step away from Demyx, not wanting to get into Larxenes way.

 

Kairi was quickly getting sick of Larxene. "Excuse me...I have a name." she snapped, glaring at the blonde. She smiled at what Roxas had said.

Larxene walked over to Demyx and gave him a sharp slap across the face, adding a small jolt of electricity to her touch. "For one thing, Water Boy, I am not forty. Not even close. So you can just keep your foolish tongue to yourself before I accidentally slice it off."
She turned to Kairi and said, "And if you want my help, girl, then you better stop talking. Otherwise, I don't know...I just might decide to slit your neck."
She looked at Roxas and said, "Anyway...you care about Kairi...hm? And Namine..."
She gave a small laugh. What a moron. If he truly loved Namine, why take her away from someone that she loved? But it didn't matter. If that was Roxas's weakness, his vulnerability, out, exposed for them all to see, she could take advantage of it...
"Well, since you're so magnanimous, kid, you got yourself a deal," she said, a smile playing on her lips. "But tell me something...have you ever once kissed Namine?"
She was assuming that he never had, as the two had never had much chance to talk, and at the same time, if the girl had been beginning to have feelings for Sora...why would she want to kiss someone other guy?

Demyx laid flat on the ground, his body vibrating in small jolts of lightining.

Roxas smiled at Larxene.

" Well, there was that first time by the paopu tree......anyways, I know her true feelings, I don't know what's wrong with her. If only I can make her remember, I have to....."

OOC: lulz, I just edited.XD I tried to get a quick post in before you did, but I guess I waited too long.

 

Larxene considered this. They kissed once...so does that mean she truly has feelings for him? Or was she just letting Roxas do so? Either way, it didn't matter. She just wanted to get what she owed Roxas over with.
"Remember it, huh?" she said. "How exactly do you know if there were feelings there in the first place? Did she ever say 'I love you' to you? Or even 'I like you a lot'?"

 

Roxas crossed his arms.

" You know we've been together for years, ever since the event with you guys. She has told me she loved me, and I did too. This is why, i'm confused as if what she's trying to do......"

Looking up at Larxene, he seemed to have alittle anger in his eyes, and it wasn't pretty.

" Look, I know she loves me, and I know Sora loves Kairi. If somebody didn't say Kairi was dead, then none of this would of happened......everyone could tell we loved eachother. I can feel her love rubbing all over me, until Sora starts bringing out the tears.....I don't know.....why would she betray me like that?"

 

"So you think Sora's to blame?" Larxene said. "Look, I'm not trying to upset you, but rather, reason with you. Put some sense into you. Try to see this in a more mature angle...like do you really think that Namine, that sweet, innocent girl, is going to just fall for tears? She may be a bit naive, but she wouldn't just dump some guy she loved just because she wanted to make someone feel better. Do you understand what this means?"

 

Roxas sat for a minute, and then he faced her again.

"Hek no."

 

Geryl sighed. It may cause another problem. If Sora then turns away form Namine, then Namine will end up sad instead of Kairi. ANd I highly doubt you ,Roxas , will be able to stop her from loving Sora. Geryl said.

 

"Hey, Geryl, let me handle this one, 'kay?" Larxene said, glancing at him before turning back to Roxas. "This means that most likely, if you said that many years or so has passed, Namine has been harboring amorous feelings - whether conscious or subconscious - for Sora. That would be the most valid reason for why she would break up with you for Sora."

 

geryl shrugged. your talking, not me.

 

Roxas just simply stared at her, all those feelings going on between the two, they weren't lies, but he just couldn't believe it.

" Hmm kind of hard to accept....."

He rubbed the back of his head, turning his back from Larxene, and towards Demyx.

"...To know that i'm the only one who KNOWS it isn't over."

Helping Demyx up, he looked back at Larxene, and smiled.

" I don't care anymore, i'm going to handle this on my own, without any of your help, but I know Kairi is with me."

Doing a long sigh, he walked towards Kadaj, and shook his hand. He didn't even wait for Kadaj to grab his, Roxas just took his hand, and shaked it. Even though that's the most logical answer he has had yet, he could not believe it, because he knew it wasn't true. At one moment in his life, Roxas just wanted to completely destroy Sora, but he knew that wouldn't fix anything.

 

Kadaj had been watching the three, silently and intently, and he was startled to have Roxas suddenly grab his hand. As Roxas continually shaking his hand, he raised an eyebrow, as he drew his hand back. He seems quite upset, he noted to himself mentally. That might be useful to acknowledge some time in the future...

Larxene sighed and crossed her arms. "What do you mean 'I'm going to handle this on my own'?" she said. "Squirt, I'm going to help you whether you like it or not, and that's final." She walked up to him, using her finger to turn Roxas's face towards her, so she could stare directly into his somber, light sapphire blue eyes.
Normally, the Savage Nymph would never have been so intent on helping someone - with the exception of very few - but as he had resurrected her, she knew she had to pay him back...not to mention that she didn't want him using this against her in the future, possibly to do something much more disagreeable.
"You know very well that you can't do this alone, Roxas," she remarked, as she gently began to caress the right side of Roxas's face, almost sensually. "You're going to need me, and I'll be here to assist you with whatever you need, understand?"

Roxas didn't know exactly why he had tears rolling down his face, but he did know why he hugged Larxene. This, was the last time he cried, because he needs to be stronger than this. For everyone, he will be stronger........
