Kingdom Hearts: SfE Part 2 - The Final Keyhole and the Mark of Mastery

In a time where Heartless roam free..i doubt there's anywhere safe Gexln thought to himself. He opened his eyes. "Fine with me" he said simply.

 

"So...we're being sent home...? Just like that...?"Riku's fists were trembling. Sora was devastated. All of his hard work, all he did on earth, all of his motivation... for nothing. Sora stood up, not saying anything. "I.... I understand..."Tears were going down his face. The legendary Keyblade wielder, the one that defeated both heartless and Nobody of Xehanort.... being sent away like he was nothing. That was all that was going through Sora's head. Riku however, was refusing that fate. He wasn't going anywhere and neither was Sora. But for now, he had to go along for the ride. Its not like he could protest with someone as powerful as Yen Sid.

 

Eden placed a hand on Riku's quivering shoulder, and wiped away Sora's tears. Pulling the two into a hug, her breathing wavered. "It's not like your work was for nothing. You did a lot of things... But right now, you need to keep yourselves safe. When I disown my title, you two could become masters! But right now, you have a baby to look after, and I cannot allow you to go ahead and leave her with your parents. It would break her heart... The worlds need a hero... and maybe your time has gone out for it." She looked at them, slightly damp eyes, but turned to Gexln and stayed by him. "As the Master of the Key... I'm going to keep your child safe."
"Come. Let us go back to the others." With a broad graze of his arms, the Wielders and Master went to the others.
"Ashir!" The Master Wielder hugged the running nobody, as it felt ages had gone by, an he did somewhat miss her. Equius nipped her ears, happy Master was back.

 

Gexln said nothing, instead choosing to stand over near the round wall and just lean against it. He was eager to leave and saw no reason to strike up a conversation.

and basically you're making me get rid of two actual characters and relying on OCs alone.

You might as well kick me out of the rp if you're planning that.....
(Roxas doesn't count, he can't use a keyblade and he'll probably just end up staying in Twilight Town after Sora and Riku are sent home)

The scene Sora and Riku saw was...interesting. Roxas and Kairi at this time were at their last bets. "Ha! Straight Spades!"Roxas showed his hand. The jack, ten, nine, eight, and seven of spades. "Lets see you beat that!"he smiled in triumph. Kurix saw the others, holding Kisa and not saying anything. Valerie was too intent on watching Roxas and Kairi's face off to see Sora and Riku.

 

Eden walked out of a door, with Gexln, Equius, and Ashir in tow, going down the many flights of stairs to reach the Exit. Two gummis were parked outside, Sora's, and a sleek red one for the new Master. A parting gift. "Well, off to the World of Darkness." she gulped.

 

"Yep. Back there.." Gexln said, his voice trailing off as he remembered his last visit to the realm of darkness.

 

Equius sauntered inside, laying down in the main hub as usual. Eden strolled about the control room, looking at a pair of red walkie-talkies on a counter. The Master had to smirk. "I understand." She mumbled, allowing everyone to roam before taking one of the talkies to Sora's gummi. "Well, I might need help from you yet.... Wielder." With that, she ran back inside, revved up her personal gummi with everyone inside, and headed off to the worlds beyond.

 

OOC:and by everyone you mean yourself and Gexln, riiight?XD

 

Kairi had a huge grin on her face. "Sorry, Roxas," she said, "but I win. Royal flush." She laid down her cards - the ace through ten of hearts. She claimed her missing clothing.
Jeffrey stood up, glad to see that the long game over. "So where are our Keyblade Masters?"

"Probably not-"Valerie nearly jumped out of her skin when she saw Riku standing there. "oh sweet Celestia!" "What were you guys doing while we were gone...?"Riku asked. "Strip poker. Kairi won..."Roxas huffed, taking his clothes. "I looked after Kisa for your guys!"Kurix said. "Oh, thank you..."Sora gave a gentle smile. "So who won?"Valerie asked. "Eden..."Sora and Riku said at once, Sora giving a small sigh.

 

Jeffrey sighed. "Well, better her than Gexln, I guess," he said. "I don't trust that guy. Not after what happened to the Islands."
"But why didn't one of you two become Masters?" Kairi asked.

 

"Riku had a few...emotional issues."Sora looked over to Riku with a small glare. "And Yen Sid said Sora would be too busy taking care of Kisa..."Riku grumbled. "What? That's crazy! Sora's been a great momma so far!"Valerie said. "Um...are you sure...?"Kurix asked. Roxas just jabbed the nobody in the ribs. "Eden gave us our own gummi ship and said to head somewhere safe..."Sora said. "You're giving up...?"Valerie asked. "I wouldn't say 'giving up' more as...reverse psychology."Riku said.

 

Flying into the stretches of space, The Master was going closer into the Darkness with each ticking minute. She trembled in fear, wondering if Yen Sid was right to name her a Master. Reaching into her sweater pocket, she nervously took out the red walkie-talkie. "Hello? Are you there? Answer Roxas, Riku... Please?"

 

"Hellooooooo, Tangering here. May I consider a zap apple in your order today, mam?"Valerie couldn't help but giggle. "Give me that!"Riku snatched the walkie-talkie from Valerie as they made it to their own gummi ship. "Sorry about that, Eden. Having trouble already?"he asked.

 

"NO!" Eden answered a bit too quickly, and loudly. "You uh... I cleaned your fridge.... I um... just want to know. What am I to expect in the World of Darkness?" she heavily breathed, sweating from nervousness.

 

"Probably what everyone experience the last time. Probably gets worse the longer you're in there. Be careful."Riku said. They had all gotten in the gummi, Sora settling Kisa in a cosy crib.

 

Eden bit her lip. "Well... that World of Darkness... that was on Earth... Can you please tell me about Xehanort? My memory of him is very dim. I only know about him from you... the you I saw in the games." she quickly added, staring at a big black hole-like entity.

 

"Xehanorts heartless, I can tell you everything about. But the real Xehanort... I only heard what I could from the king."Riku shook his head. "So Eden! Whats your plan on saving Ven without Sora, anyway?"Valerie asked. Sora quickly shushed her.
