Kingdom Hearts: SfE Part 2 - The Final Keyhole and the Mark of Mastery

((OOC: Nice time to bring back Icki. Im not sure where I'd go with this post though, but its a good way for Icki to meet and Ellen and perhaps the others.))

Icki had kidnapped Ellen with ease. Quite really, what with them searching around, it was a like stealing candy from a baby. He had changed dimensions, going into a jungle like terrain full of wild beast he never knew existed and hitched a ride on a gianormus bird with multi-colored scales; it did scratch him badly though when it found out it had an uninvited guest flyer. Luckily for him the bird had dropped him 10 feet from the sky and into an ocean; the water was green and seemed very deep. He quickly reopened a portal once he was afloat on his back and found ground in the new window. There he found the group and stole her away from them. her struggles were nothing to him and he made sure her wrist were tightly in his hands from her weapon; he plugged her nose and mouth and pushed her under water, waiting for her to pass out. And with her on his back he swam to the shore, about 10 feet away. He'd make a portal soon and return to the other dimension where Ellen's allies were....But what would he do with her, he had kidnapped her, something he really could only think of doing at the moment; stupid brain.

 

Eden growled, she would destroy these heartless, going against her original ideas as the dark rage took over. "Never AGAIN!" One unlucky NeoShadow felt the brunt of a powerful, magic influenced fire punch. Due to the caster's inexperience of magic, it exploded against her, creating a large, visible mushroom cloud.

 

"EDEN!"Sora saw the mushroom cloud and feared the worst. He had to stop to regain his stamina after running so much, breathing heavily. C'mon, body... You can go alittle farther...

The Ninja heartless found Eden, shooting a Shuriken to distract her. Found you, my prey...It laughed, coming out of hiding from the trees.

 

He's really putting a strain on himself... Kairi thought, stopping as Sora did.

The Heartless glared at the Ninja Heartless. Prey-stealer! It crept silently behind Eden, careful to not be spotted.

 

Eden was breathing heavily, that explosion took a bit out of her. Her clothes were singed to the point she could have just been in rags. She couldn't really breathe too well either. Her hands were raw with heat, and she would keep fighting. There was nothing in this world that would stop her rage, her need to get back to family.

 

The ninja heartless looked at Eden, ready for her to attack. But then she realized the girl was upset. It almost...felt sorry for the girl. The cry of Wyvern heartless spooked the heartless, knowing how defenseless it was in the open with so many powerful Heartless around.

Sora caught his breath, about to keep going when his stomach gave a small cramp. It was like a warning that he shouldn't strain himself, only lasting a short while. "Ow..."He muttered, staying determined to find everyone and...try to save them.

 

Ellen had woken up soaking wet, and gasping for air. What had happened?! Thats when she saw a man next to her, staring ahead, at a green ocean. It was pretty....Wait.
"WOAH!WOAH!WOAH! Who are you?! Where am I?!" she yelled, sitting up now.
Icki quirked his lips but said nothing. Then after an awkward silence he sighed. "We're in another dimension. Icki is my name. I kidnapped you by accident."
"How do you kidnap someone by accident?" Ellen bared her teeth is confusion. It wasn't rocket science.
"I was panicked! I'm hurt, tired and very irritated!" Icki snapped at her. He sighed once more when he saw her hurt face and dropped his head.
"Well Mr. Crabby, take me back to my dimension! I have friends who need me!" Ellen glared now. How long had she been out?
"Just give me a couple to tie my wound and then think. I'll take you back in a bit. I just need to think." Icki put his face in one hand. He dug into his backpack, having been taken off once they got to shore, with his free uninjured hand for bandages;sadly his uninjured hand was the one missing a finger.
"FINE! I'll be blanking out! Hurry up!" Ellen scoffed and laid back down. She found her self zoning out with the sound of the waves, into her lovely dreamscape, where she could relax for a bit. But a very vexing nagging in the back of her head told her something bad was happening.

 

Eden looked up to the Wyvern screech, surveying the heartless around her once more. The weaker, more stupid, immediately crowded around her, and she was not going to give up. Her arms and legs sparked a wild blaze around her, eyes glowing like a demon's. "Stay AWAY!" she screamed, the pulse of fire ringing out, draining her once more, putting out the flames.

 

The cat-like Heartless was at the edge of Eden's flame pulse. It pulled its singed claws back, hissing in frustration. Stronger than expected...

 

The ninja heartless hid in the trees from the fire, coming back out once it faded. Suddenly a neoshadow saw the heartless, growling. Desperation led to drastic measures, the neoshadow resorting to eating its own kind if it had to. The ninja heartless took out its shurikens, even though it was terrified of its more powerful counterpart.

 

Eden was on her knees, she was getting too weak, her vision was getting hazy as well. "Magic sucks..." She spluttered out, wavering as she tried to get back up. Going into her normal stance, she blinked at each heartless, knowing it was the end once more.

 

The Neoshadow growled at the Ninja heartless, causing the smaller heartless to falter. The heartless dropped its shurikens, which was a big mistake. The weaker creature knew the Neoshadow had the advantage now... Sora finnaly arrived at the scene with Kairi, catching his breath. The heartless smirked at the new prey. Oooh, more hearts with the pretty light....

 

"No..." Eden rushed to the heartless, stomping them to oblivion. More came around, from the ground and held down The pyro. She struggled, unable to move properly. One shadow tenderly stroked where her heart was, ready to grab. This put the girl to the test, and her heart passed. The keychain sparked brightly, blinding the heartless, even destroying some too close.

 

The ninja heartless was barely able to dodge the attacks. It stomped, as if almost mad that the girl tried to attack it. As it stomped, it seemed to send off thunder attacks in random directions-none in Edens direction. Sora saw the ninja Heartless, suprised. A new heartless...? Wait...no, it couldn't be....

 

Eden looked over to the keybearer, eyes pleading for help she almost thought she could not recieve. It was getting harder to keep awake, and Andrew was left out there, alone.... So all she clould do is run, and hope the winds kept her fast enough.

 

"Wake up Girl, I'm bandaged and ready." Icki gave the dazing girl a shake. He didn't know whether she was asleep or daydreaming.
Ellen blinked a few times before coming back to reality. She stared up at the emotionless face of Icki. "Its Ellen. And how are gonna get me back?" She gave him a cold stare.
"I'll tell you later, but the portal is over there-" he pointed out to the sea "-above the water just a few feet out. Its not too high up, so we can climb up into it." The male put his backpack on and walked over to where the sea washed onto the shore.
"I don't see anything." Ellen squinted her eyes, pushed up her glasses and tried to see better. Icki,though, had already gotten torso deep into the water. The brunette quickly jumped up and ran into the water after him ."Wait up!"
They swam into the sea, Ellen right behind Icki, though her blade made it a little awkward to swim. The man had stopped and looked up, and so did Ellen. There was a portal alright, and she could see the scenery up in it.
Icki climbed up into the portal, grabbing the edges and pushing himself up. The world flipped over onto it's side once he went through it. He held his arms through the portal for Ellen, who stumbled as she went through the window. Once she was out he quickly found the edge of his portal and it closed up.
Ellen looked around, but did not find any of her friends. She quickly ran off in the direction they were going before she was abducted, forgetting of Icki and only her friends.
Icki followed right behind her, keeping his pace slow since Ellen was a slow runner.

BIC: Sora was exhausted from running, catching his breath and trying to soothe the baby who was moving around in a panic. The heartless looked at Sora, a bit curious.

 

ooc: I am only having "me" act in accordance to the situation at hand.
bic: Eden noticed the glares from numerous heartless all centering around Sora, and she would not accept that. She sprinted towards the keybearer, putting herself in harms way. Out of all the greedy, hungry eyes, one met hers that struck a chord. A sense of familiarity... But now was no time to be distracted. These things destroyed a love of hers, and now she had her only true family, though not by blood. "Sora... I want you to get out of here... Things could get messy and... Well, I found my magic, and it's going to end up hurting you. I can't control it... I'm sorry."

 

OOC:I want Valerie to change back so she can help you out thooough.>3<
BIC: The ninja heartless noticed its heartless brethren. It faced the group, trying to convince them not to attack. One of the Neoshadows Swiped at the heartless, sending it into a tree. The claws cut into the ninja heartless' body, black blood oozing out of the wound. Sora stayed put, summoning Oblivion. "Kairi and I can take them..."he said.

 

The cat-like Heartless glared at the Neoshadow that attacked the ninja Heartless. However, it wouldn't try to stand for it, knowing it would never stand a chance in actual combat.
Kairi nodded, summoning Destiny's Embrace. "Don't push yourself too much," she whispered to Sora.
