Kingdom Hearts: SfE Part 2 - The Final Keyhole and the Mark of Mastery

"Redemption! None of it would've came to the island if it wasn't for me! Xehanort's heartless wouldn't have posessed me, Roxas would'nt have been created, Xemnas would never have been able to make Kingdom Hearts in the first place, Xehanort would have never come back! Its all my fault!"Riku yelled. "You won't even understand clinging to that monster to get through the journey."He snapped.

Sora meanwhile took the hit with a hiss, jumping-unintentionally- towards Riku. "Is that all you got? C'mon, You can do better than that!"he winced at the cut, but kept going. Okay, this might be alittle difficult...

 

"I'm just warming up" Gexln said. He jumped over to Sora and feinted a strike towards the legs, before changing the strike and swining at Sora's head.

 

"He's not a monster! And as for Redemption, you have already been redeemed! You saved the worlds by defeating Xemnas! You're fighting for redemption while me and Gexln have been fighting to go back to our old lives!" Eden charged, anger fueling the fire to a white hot state. Rocketing from the combustion, she whipped the keyblade in a strike at Riku's abs. "For the record, he's not the monster. Fighting against our wish to go back to our families and homes? That makes YOU the monster!"

 

Sora saw through the feint swing this time, blocking and making a jump backwards. "Oh yeah, and yet you two are the ones making the cheap shots! Are you really that weak?"He asked.

Riku jumped back, not seeing how close he was to Sora. "I am not the monster! Nobodys are known for their deception. he's playing you like a puppet and would steal your heart in a second!"Riku protested. Thats it, almost there.....

 

Gexln froze. "Weak..weak..WEAK? You think i'm weak?" he questioned angrily. "Look at you, parading around with the keyblade. Even with the legendary keyblade, you can still barely put a scratch on me! YOU. ARE. NOTHING!" he yelled furiously.

 

"He would never steal my heart!" Eden growled, hovering from the amount of expelling heat and rocketing at Riku to push him into a wall. "To me, YOU are the monster! You are my only obstacle from going HOME!" With such close contact, she kicked Riku in the stomach, burning him deeply.

 

"Look at the pot calling the kettle black!"Sora laughed. Oof... okay, that was alittle too far. But that should do it....

Riku saw the kick, rolling to the side. He gasped as he bumped into Sora. &^%@, too soon.... Both had their share of deals, cornered against eachother but not against the wall. He gasped in pain, a burn grazing his side.

 

"Ha, i'm more than a match for you. You don't even DESERVE the keyblade, you're not nearly strong enough to use it to its full potential!" Gexln shouted. He rushed forward and slammed the Shadow Keyblade into Sora.

 

Eden glared at Riku, fiery red keyblade gripped sharply in her hands. Her anger was that of the sun's, and the room was boiling hot. "I don't want to kill you for the sake of the worlds, so let us just achieve our goals."

 

"Now!"Sora jumped from Gexlns attack. Riku dodged as well, making sure Eden had been positioned just right to send Gexln into Edens fires. Pleeease work...Sora was optimistic, but Riku wasn't expecting sucess. They both joined back together no matter what outcome came of the set-up.

 

OOC: Because i'm sure Gexln's stupid enough to hit an ally, definately.
IC: Gexln saw Sora jump out of the way and followed suit. He rolled to the side and swung the Shadow Keyblade at Sora mid-roll so that it would hit Sora in the side, if it hit.

 

Eden immediately extinguished her flames before hitting Gexln, Her eyes did look like they had a raging fire about them though. "That's the best your brilliant minds could deduct!? I've been able to make better plans in my head!"

 

"I told you it was crazy!"Riku snapped. "Well that didn't stop you from trying!"Sora snapped back. Oh dear, the two had the worst timing with arguments. "You could've been killed!"Riku pointed to the gash in Sora's side. "Yeah, and you could've been burned alive! But we had to go with our gut."Sora said. "No, YOU went with YOUR gut. Why do I always listen toy your plans when they're so stupid?!"Riku asked. "They are NOT stupid!"Sora snapped. Soon the two started wrestling on the floor, hand to hand combat and no keyblades. This is the dumbest plan ever.... 'Yeah, but it gives us time to think of a better one!'Sora retorted through the mental link.

 

Eden stared at the wielders, angry at them for fighting against the Earthlings. "Don't try going against us ever again. We are going to become Masters, and then go home." she growled, looking at the clean walls of the room she was walking towards. "Think you could make a shell of darkness around me Gex? I'm gonna blow this wall up."

 

Gexln shrugged his shoulders. "I don't see why i wouldn't be able to" he said. He concentrated for a brief moment, making a small box of dark energy around Eden. It was completely closed in other than a small hole so that Eden could breathe.

 

Eden breathed heavily, lighting herself up, and quickly bursting out in a white hot flame next to the wall. The Dark shell broke, and it's force broke through the wall. With a big gaping hole, the Wielder carefully looked out, and there were no means of escape. No stairs of any kind.

 

"Sora, that is IT! I am not having an inexperience stubborn brat and a nobody in charge of the fate of the worlds!"Riku charged, Way to Dawn in hand. "Riku, no!"Sora rushed after Riku, not wanting the elder to do anything he'd regret in the future.

 

"The way you act, Riku, you could almost be a Nobody yourself" Gexln said calmly. He stood between Eden and Riku in a defensive stance, ready to stop any attack Riku may attempt.

 

Eden looked back, an annoyed look upon her eyes. She rushed out to charge up her flames, keyblade as well. She ran at Riku, growing ever angrier and more dangerous, attacked Riku quickly at his side to take him down. She put it all into the attack, then jumped back to retreat. Stairs leading up snaked to Gexln's feet, inviting him up. The Wielder noticed this as well, starting her way up.

 

Gexln started running up the stairs as they appeared. It looked to him that Eden had kept Riku busy, so he sped up.
