Kingdom Hearts: SfE Part 2 - The Final Keyhole and the Mark of Mastery

Jeffrey sat back and watched the game, fully clothed once again.
Kairi dealt out the cards. "So I go first this round?" She bet a sock, discarded, and drew.

 

Roxas offered his shirt, Valerie teasing by yelling "Yeah, take it off!" and giggling. Roxas ignored it and swapped cards. Valerie however.... decided to be stupid. She stripped of her shirt but kept the half jacket, setting her shirt on the pile. Roxas couldn't help but stare at the black bra and the half-jacket that was left covering her chest, small as it was. "Just thought I'd make things interesting, dahling..."Valerie swapped her cards, zipping up her half jacket.

 

Eden had barely enough time to dodge and parry the hits, Riku's hit almost made her leg buckle. She kneeled in pain, firing herself up to defend herself and have Gexln help her out.

 

OOC:Shouldn't Yen Sid intervene at this point to make sure someone doesn't get killed...?._.;
BIC: Sora and Riku got together, ready to defend or strike and keeping and eye on eachother. So many things were going on Riku and Sora were might as well in an actual battle.

 

Gexln stopped pushing and instead swung the Shadow Keyblade full force at Sora once again.

 

Sora blocked, Riku sticking by Sora and sending a strike towards Gexlns arms. This is getting rediculous....They were both getting tired of the game of cat and mouse, but stayed together.

 

Eden stared at how Gexln was again, infinitely more powerful in her in every respect, but she still would have to face him. Right now, however, she would still have to finish off Riku and Sora.

Yen Sid, however, was watching this all happen within a peculiar room. It looked identical to the fighting room below it, but had a one way mirror ceiling. That way the Sorcerer could watch every movement. He smirked as the wielders born in Earth had so quickly broken the rules, but did nothing about it.

 

Gexln leapt back away from Sora and Riku. He was trying his best to finish the fight as quick as he could. He glared at Riku, frustrated at how they were protecting each other.

 

Riku and Sora were both close to just snapping and barraging the two with magic, but kept their calms. "Well, we've got one thing that they don't have..."Sora said. "Strategy? Skill? acknowledgement of defeat?"Riku suggested. Sora shook his head, quickly whispering a plan into Rikus ear. "You're crazy...."Riku said. "It might work..."Sora said. "alright..."The two split up-Riku after Eden, Sora after Gexln.

 

Eden ran backwards, frightened that the stronger went up against her. "No.... NO!" She went up in flames again, trying to protect herself. Riku was a lot stronger than she was, even in his current state.

 

Riku smirked, enduring the flames and trying to attack with Oblivion. Thats it, fire it up.....He felt like groaning at his inner pun. But he kept trying to break through in an attempt to make the flames burn further.

 

Gexln eyed the keyblade wielder curiously as Sora ran after him. "HA! You really think you can handle me. Well, give it your best shot" he said confidently.

 

Eden fought back with every parrying blow she could give, grunting in pain with each hit. A few attacks hit her stomach, causing a very painful hiss. Getting very annoyed, she burned brighter, hotter, whiter. She was starting to go into the same blaze that happened during Space Paranoids.

 

"I intend to!"Sora charged, Oblivion at full edge. He was hoping his plan was going to work.

Riku had pulled back. Perfect.... C'mon Sora, don't let me down... he worked to kepe Eden distracted while Sora worked with Gexln.

 

Kairi smiled triumphantly. "Four of a kind," she said, putting down her cards. She had four queens and the three of clubs.

 

Gexln parried the strike, and retaliated by attempting a leg sweep on Sora. "You're never going to win if you don't break a few rules" he stated.

 

Eden advanced onto Riku, the expelling heat almost acting like jets. She wasn't quite hovering, but when she reached the hottest point, she could, if only for a few inches. She began to grow a little careless, attacking straight on with more wild movements.

 

"Thats all you know, isn't it? Corruption-"Block "Deception-"Parry "Cruelty"-Strike towards the chest. "Are you sure you don't have a heart?"Sora's words were not to harm, but to edge on the nobody.

Riku started to back away, sweating from the heat. "Ha! Is that all you got?!"He asked, aggravating Eden on purpose...?

"Fuuuuuuu-"Valerie groaned in annoyance, slamming her cards down. all she had was a two pair- two fours, two sixes and a two of diamonds. "Ooooh, so close..."Roxas revealed his hand. Four aces and the nine of spades. "Sorry Kairi..."He smiled in triumph.

 

Gexln blocked the strike with ease. He looked Sora straight in the eye. "If i had a heart, it would have been corrupted by the darkness long ago, just as my other's was" he said grimly. With a very fast movement, Gexln spun the Shadow Keyblade in a 360 degree arc around himself and slammed the end of it towards Sora's side.

 

Eden angrily tried to breathe calmly, the fires dimming somewhat, and stared at Riku. Her almost glowing eyes looked puzzled. "Riku, what are you trying to achieve by gaining this title? You have a home, a heart, a life that you never have to leave! What more could you want?!"
