Kingdom Hearts: SfE Part 2 - The Final Keyhole and the Mark of Mastery

"Not entirely. Once i've dealt with you, i'll be more than happy to go and finish their little battle" Gexln replied confidently. He took a deep breath. "Kinda sucks not being able to use darkness" he said. He leapt into the air and threw the Shadow Keyblade at Riku, strike raid style.

 

Riku dodged, deciding this battle was going too far.(You crazy, man!XD) He rushed back down to join Eden and Sora, whether Gexln was going to follow him or not.

 

OOC: I WON :D
IC: Gexln caught his keyblade as it returned to him and sat down. He couldn't help but smile slightly. "Well, that'll keep them busy for a while" he said, slowly walking back towards Eden and Sora, but maintaining his distance once more.

 

Eden panicked, seeing Riku join her fray. "Now C'MON!" She yelled. F--k the rules! Fire time! Sparking, the Wielder of Earth lit herself up, a defensive tactic that quickly turned offensive as she charged, trying to finish the fight quickly.

 

OOC:You broke the ruuuules! You broke the ruuuuules!XD

Sora and Riku gasped at the flames, dodging any charges. They both had that look of 'oh crap' on their faces. This is getting out of hand fast...Sora frowned, taking Oblivion. Riku had Way to Dawn at the ready, not sure how to fight fire without magic.

 

Gexln walked over and stood there. He didn't want to get into the fight, but at the same time he couldn't stop himself wishing he WAS in the fight. His eyes widened as he saw Eden start the fire. "So, i take it this abandons the no magic rule, right?" he called out. Before he had heard an answer, he fired a dark firaga straight at Sora in the hopes of hitting him while his guard was down. I can fight without getting into the fight, awesome he thought.

 

Eden charged, not quite the fastest, but keeping the flames close in order to attack far and stay defensive. Her eyes narrowed, a strange look about them that was very feral.

 

Sora yelled as he was hit with the dark firaga, his enchanted clothing preventing major damage thankfully. Riku and Sora teamed together, sticking with the 'no magic' restriction Yen Sid gave them. "If you two aren't going to fight fair, then fine! We can take both of you on!"Riku said. "Riku, don't let them get to you..."Sora said. "Right..."Riku calmed down, regaining focus.

 

Gexln laughed. "You can't take me 1 on 1 when i'm NOT using magic, you've got no hope of beating me when i'm using it, Riku" he exclaimed. Casually, he fired a dark firaga at Sora once again.

 

Eden cleared her fire, a bit rejuvenated by the heat, speeding towards the two wielders in an attempt to attack head on.

 

Sora deflected the dark firaga this time, seeing it coming. "Jump!"Riku said. They dodged out of the way when Eden charged out of them, Keyblades at the ready. They definately had the disadvantage, but they weren't going to give up.

OOC:Where the hell is Yen Sid in all of this...?XD

 

OOC: Sitting at home with popcorn, gotta be.
IC: "Know what? I'll play fair...er" Gexln said. He rushed from behind in Sora and Riku's direction, and swung the Shadow Keyblade at Riku's back.

 

Eden fell over from the lack of focusing the built up momentum upon something. Quickly spinning up, keyblade spiking out to keep enemies at bay. She charged again at Riku, though she knew he overpowered her by a landslide by physical means.

 

"Riku!"Sora blocked the Shadow Keyblade with Oblivion, not wanting Riku to get any more injuries to add to the scar on his back. Riku took that to block Edens strike, trying to land a blow at her sides with Way to Dawn.

 

Gexln took a step back. "Sora, why are you fighting as a team with him? He'll have to betray you eventually if he hopes to pass this test" he said.

 

Eden kept one arm defending against Way to Dawn, a purely instinctive option, though that left her one handed blade at a great disadvantage. Two hands allowed a lot of force to be put down, one made her thin arm severely weakened.

 

Riku noticed the moment of weakness, using way to Dawn to try and toss the keyblade from Edens hand. "Its not betrayal! Besides, this isn't to see who defeats the other! Its a test to see how good our skills are without using magic!"Sora had plenty of emphasis, glaring at Gexln. Alright Sora, remember- no magic.....

 

"The goal was to see who's the most skilled. To do that, we must defeat each other" Gexln stated. He sighed out of boredom. "And, you see, none of you are going to pass this test. I'm going to defeat you all" he said. His right fist began to glow a dark shade of purple, and Gexln jabbed out with his fist towards Sora with a darkness-infused punch.

 

"Hey! No darkness!"Sora dodged, trying to kick Gexln away. Well, we got our 4 to 4 fight....He took Oblivion, trying to land a good blow at the front.

 

OOC: "Hey, no darkness!" you damn hypocrite >.> you're using a darkness keyblade
IC: Gexln flicked his left wrist to swing the Shadow Keyblade around and block the strike. He then, using it as a lever, he flicked it up and knocked Sora's keyblade up in the air. He then leapt backwards a few steps and waited calmly.
