Kingdom Hearts: SfE Part 2 - The Final Keyhole and the Mark of Mastery

Jeffrey and Kairi quickly followed the others. "It looks like this version has more programs than the last..." he whispered.

 

Eden noticed she seemed to be surrounded by programs with orange lines. She smirked at them, with their weapons of electricity pointed at her and Equius. "Prepare to be De-rezzed." one gruffly low sounding program warned.
"Hey Eq? Live up to your name and fight." and with that, the Wielder of Earth ran to attack, inferno blazing. It was obvious she was just trying to prove her worth to herself once more.

 

"And all of them more human..."Valerie whispered. She gasped as Chester squirmed from her grip, going out into public. "Chester, no!"she went after Chester. Riku and Sora followed after her when suddenly the spotlight of the arch captured them. "Valerie!" "Oh great...."The archway came closer, security programs ready to apprehend the so called 'hackers'.

 

"Crap," Jeffrey said. He and Kairi walked out to the others, knowing it was pointless to hide.
"Should we try to fight them?" Kairi whispered to Sora and Riku.

 

"No way..."Sora shook his head. The gaurds came over to them. "These must be the first group of hackers." "Take them into custody."They both had robotic deep voices. Riku huffed in annoyance as they got pushed with three other prisoners. Valerie stayed quiet, not knowing what was going to happen. I have a baaad feeling about this....

 

With a good load of fire, Eden was getting a bit tired, and Equius was weakening as well. "Let's see. If 1 securityprogram.class is removed then all securityprogram.class within 20 meters are removed." With a monotone programmer tone, and a fireball to a humanoid program, a good chunk fell, and evaporated into 1's and 0's.

 

Jeffrey turned his head to the left, looking at one of the other programs. He was missing part of his face. "These guys don't look too great..." he mumbled.

 

OOC: Tron? Geez lol
IC: Gexln collapsed onto a small ledge, overlooking the great maw. He'd been searching for it. The place that radiated with the most darkness, as though a great battle had been fought there. Jumping off of the ledge, he landed straight in the center of the maw. "Yup, no mistaking it. Heartless were definately here" he said to himself. "Why is it that those stupid wielders can match me? I'm a nobody of the darkness, i should be slaughtering them all with ease, yet i can't quite do it. Why?" he asked, thinking aloud. Suddenly, he had an idea. "A team. That's what i need. I am one, while they are many" he said. He looked at the ground he stood on. "So much darkness here. If i could just..capture it somehow, i'd be unstoppable. The heartless themselves would freely obey my command..but they only follow people with great power. If i can't stand against the wielders, i clearly don't have that power" he said. He scratched his chin thoughtfully. "Maybe..maybe it's time i became a little more like the heartless" he said at last.

 

OOC:Tron Legacy...Meaning lots of new training oppurtunities. Seriousness is ON now.

They arrived at the destination, two more gaurds arriving to look at them. "The hackers will get sent to the games..."one of them said. for the others, One nearly lost it when the program said it was being sent to the games. Sora gasped as it tried to run, jumping through a hole in the floor and de-rezzed when it hit a fan. Riku winced, not liking where this was going.
-time skip(Hey, you at the TV screen if this was a game! Choose your player!)-
The groups had been readied for the games, Valerie seeing the other players with outfits with green and blue circuitries. Riku was prepared for anything, staying silent. Sora, however, was trying to stay calm.

 

Eden looked around the world she stumbled into, which was quite extensive compared to what she remembered. "Wow, this is a whole new--" an unexpected sqwuak came out of Equius' beak, and the pair were sent to a jail-cell. With a dazed human program, her bird obediently glared at their captors not going to allow their captors to harm his master.
"Bring the hackers to the game. Keep the bird.class hidden for motivation."
And the already dazed human collected her new-new environment, a big grid that was levitating a small bar in her arms. "Well then, guess Eq won't be coming after all."

 

"Prepare for disc wars..."The group was in individual cells, being seperated and put against different people. Valerie noticed an orange hovership looking thing come in, probably to watch. The bad guy, perhaps...? She looked to the program behind her, getting her disc out. She gave a sharp gasp that at the helmet going over her head. Alright, this is cool...
-All Disc Battles will be done with Riku on my side. Sorry people who wanted to see the other battles!XD-
Riku was definately prepared, disk in hand and helmet on. The program had the first move. Riku barely managed to dodge, the dic bouncing off the walls and the program catching it. Riku tossed his, the program dodging and tossing it's disc again. Riku dodged, but part of the floor below him shattered. "Oh, it's on..."He smirked, catching his disc. Riku tossed his disc, the program dodging. Riku yelped as the floor beneath him shattered at a disc toss, hoisting himself up.

The program charged for a direct attack. Riku broke the floor the program would hit, getting out of the way and watching the program fall to its doom. "Niiiice..."He definately liked the danger this game presented.

 

Eden was preparing her light-cycle battles, allowing the motorcycle shell to envelop her. "Vroom vroom, mother-****ers." she snickered, speeding off and leaving a blazing red trail behind. "Ohh~ Lovely, I'm a firewall."

 

OOC:....how'd it go from disc wars to- Nevermind._.;

 

"Not so sure abou-" Before Jeffrey could finish his sentence, his opponent's disc flew past his face, just barely missing his nose. He crouched down as the disc rebounded on the wall behind him. Crap, if I don't dodge it quickly, I'll be derezzed! He grabbed the disc off of his back, the visor sliding down over his eyes as his helmet appeared.
His opponent threw his disc again. Jeffrey dodged this one by quickly dropping down onto one of his knees. He threw his disc across the platform. It slashed his opponent's shin, disintegrating the leg below. As his opponent screamed in pain, Jeffrey caught his disc, and spun around, launching the disc again. It hit the opponent point blank in the chest, destroying the rest of him.
Jeffrey caught the disk, returning it back to its position on his back. "What a mess..."

 

Sora was on his next battle, seeing Rikus. Riku had deflected his oppents disc, tossing his in a slide. Riku slid too far however, almost falling off the arena. "Player 7, victory..."Riku decided to drop off, moving across the arenas. "Player 7...violation.." The programs were distracted by Riku, Sora and Valerie easily taking their opponents while they were distracted. "Go Riku!"Valerie cheered when Riku went across her arena. Riku leaped, sliding down a metallic solid into what appeared to be the final arena.

Sora and Valerie managed to escape. Seeing Riku from below. "Initiate Final round... Player 7 versus... Rinzler(sp?XD)."The crowd was cheering in excitement. It was clear that this Rinzler was a pro at the Games. This program was black, his outfit different from the programs. It was a more red color, Riku taking that as the enemy. Rinzler took out two discs, Riku frowning. Oh $&%@.....

 

Making quick works with firewalls, the Pyro's game was cut off by a large overhead "Quit" button. "Looks like the Player's choosing something else. Well then, let's play." And with a small transportation light, she was sent to the Disc Wars. Her Light-Cycle Bar shifted into a disc. "Ugh, I hate frisbees. Never had good aim with these." she noticed blue players, grinning slyly. "Let's go! Deathmatch run.exe!"

 

Rinzler tossed one of it(?)s discs and then the other. Riku dodged both, barely able to dodge the second. "Take this!"He tossed his disc, Rinzler dodging with acrobatic ease. an arrow on the floor started to glow. Riku noticed Rinzler running up and did the same, gasping as gravity was reversed. Rinzler charged at him, Riku dodging. Soon it was close and personal disc combat. "Go Riku!"Sora cheered from above.

Riku had been distracted, wincing as a disc grazed against his side. Rinzler kicked him and gave him another scratch, Riku falling back. Gravity returned to normal, Riku groaning in pain as he belly flopped to the floor. Riku got up, but it was too late as Rinzler kicked him back down and took a disc to his neck. "Riku!"Sora and Valerie gasped. The crowd was cheering to finish Riku off....

Rinzler saw the blood from one of Rikus injuries, expression hidden from his helmet. "User..."The voice sounded....familiar. The crowd started to boo when Rinzler pulled away from Riku. Riku got back to his feet, confused. "Identify yourselves..." The group had been brought to the arena with Rinzler. "What are you hackers trying to accomplish?"The robotic voice asked. "We're not hackers!"Valerie huffed.

"Identify!"A deep booming voice said. "Sora." "Riku." "Valerie!"Valerie was alittle unaware, but remained cautious.

OOC:WOO-HOO!

 

"Kairi!" "Jeffrey!" He had just finished another match before they were asked to identify themselves to the voice.

 

Gaurds had surrounded all of them-including Eden- taking them to see this mysterious voice.
-Time skip, end game time for now...XD-
"Hey, not so rough...."The reunited group and their former ally were taken to the ship, in a room with a man wearing black with yellow circuitry and a helmet to hide his face. "Who are you?" "What happened to the system?" "Could we do that again?"Valerie and Sora looke dover to Riku at his question. "What? I deserve a rematch."Riku said simply.

 

Eden glanced around. Noticing her former comrades, especially in such close quarters, sent her on immediate edge. "You..." her tone was hostile. She glanced at the programs. "And You! Where's Equius!?"
