Kingdom Hearts: SfE Part 2 - The Final Keyhole and the Mark of Mastery

"Who is this 'Eden' human they keep bickering about? I am me. No more then you, no less then my shadow." The Neoshadow quizzically chirped, but didn't dwell on it too long. Living in the moment, but still wanting that meal in front of her, noticing a princess of heart as well. If it could, the thing would drool.

 

Riku growled at the Neoshadow, no longer being the nice guy. "Blizzara!"The icicles shot at the heartless, definately being offensive. Valerie looked up to see the faint outline of the gummi ship. yes! Maybe Sora can talk some sense into everyone! her eyes lit up at the idea.

Sora managed to get his snack, seeing the rock from outside the dome. "Whats going on out there?"he asked through the food in his mouth.

 

Gexln ran a finger along the edge of Darkness' Sorrow. "I warned you, little keyblade master" Gexln said coldly. He fired a dark firaga straight at Riku, aiming for the chest.

 

Rikus reflect spell was still up, the dark firaga bouncing off. "Gexln! What the hell has gotten into you..."he snarled in anger. Valerie knew she had to do something before Riku got killed... But she didn't want to hurt Eden or Gexln....

 

Heartless, especially NeoShadows, have this excellent sense of smell. And it was very handy for finding hearts for miles around. "My Lord, another KeyBearer and human are coming. I cannot hunt in such an open place for so long. So may I ask, humbly, that we run till another day?"

 

Gexln looked down at the Neoshadow. "Fine, we shall leave for now" he stated.

BIC:Riku frowned at the notion of them retreating, putting down Oblivion as the gummi came closer. Valerie was speechless at what Riku tried to do, not even looking at the silverette.

 

OOC: Not cowards. Valerie, tbh Gexln with the help of an enraged Neoshadow could probably take you all down, it's just too time consuming lol

 

"No clue," Jeffrey replied. "But... is that a Neoshadow?"

Kairi bit her lip. She didn't want to just let the Heartless leave without getting Eden back, but there was nothing they could do at the moment.

 

OOC:We're so leaving Earth without you guys.
BIC: "Riku, whats going on down there?" Nothing to worry about Sora.... just get ready to leave earth once we board.... Riku gave up on being nice to the traitors, frowning in disgust. Valerie was still mute, staring at her feet.

"Riku better not have done anyting stupid..."Sora huffed, rubbing at the slight pain in his waist. When the gummi landed Chester rushed to the door for Valerie. Sora went into the resting area, not wanting Riku or the others to see him yet. The doors open, Riku letting the others go through first. Valerie entered and had a seat, not even taking a glance at Chester or Jeffrey.

 

OOC: It doesn't matter if you leave Earth without us. Keep in mind Gexln can use dark corridors, and the heartless can just materialise anywhere lol so long as you have a keyblade wielder with you we can track you easy XD
BIC: "So, now where, and what to do?" Gexln questioned.

 

Kairi walked in and sat down in a chair, staring at her feet. Jeffrey glanced at Valerie, wondering why she didn't even look at him. He turned to Riku. "What happened?"

 

"Gexln and Eden betrayed us..."Riku said, frowning in disgust. Chester went over to Valerie, confused. Valerie picked up Chester, holding the heartless tight. "um... where's Sora?"Riku asked. Sora stayed put, a bit scared to leave the resting area again.

 

"They betrayed us?" Jeffrey repeated. I barely know Gexln, but I can't believe Eden would do that... Putting the thought away, he turned his head towards the rest area. "He's, er, in there..."

 

"Sora, come on out of there..."Riku said gently. Sora realized that Riku was back in his body. "Riku!"He rushed out of the resting area, eyes lit up. Valerie couldn't help but stare at how round Sora's middle was, covering her mouth to prevent a squeal. "S-Sora..."Riku was suprised, looking at Sora's stomach. Sora turned a bright red, arms going over his chest. "I-I know, I've gotten pretty big..."he said, simply embarassed.

"Kyaaaaah! Sora, you look adorable!"Valerie couldn't hold it in anymore. "R-Really?"Sora looked suprised. "Sora, all this extra weight just means that the baby's healthy, that's all..."Riku smiled, patting Sora gently on the stomach. The baby kicked when it felt Rikus hand, Sora giving a small chuckle. "S-Sorry. Active little one..."he was still a bright red.

"I missed you, Sora...."Riku said. Sora looked up at Riku, fighting off tears. "I-I missed you too..." Valerie couldn't help but smile as the two embraced, Riku minding the large belly between them. Why can't that be me....

 

The Neoshadow shrugged. "I go where you go. What does my Master wish? Do we follow the Keybearers, those who have hearts stored in blades?" It bowed, ready to accept the fate of servitude. She would make sure her master was pleased, and gratified her, to make her feel at least whole.

 

Kairi couldn't help but smile at her two best friends' reunion. "So what are we going to do now?" Jeffrey asked Valerie quietly enough to not interrupt the moment.

 

"No clue..."Valerie shrugged. "Riku, we don't have to report to Mickey right away, do we...?"Sora asked. "I suppose not... why are you asking?"Riku asked. "Well... uh.... I..."Sora turned a light red, taking a deep breath. "I wanted the baby to be born on Destiny Islands.... and since I won't be having the baby for another month I thought it'd be nice to show the guys from earth what its like..."Sora gave a hopeful smile. Valerie's eyes shimmered at the thought of Destiny Islands

"That's... actually a good idea. There's no way you'd be doing any fighting when you're this far along, and the heartless population pretty much dissapeared on the Islands...."Riku nodded at the idea. "Yes! yesyesyesyesyesyesyesyes YEEEESSS~"Valerie cheered. "Great! Can you set the coordinates though? I've been feeling really weird since I woke up from my nap..."Sora said. "Alright...."Riku went to the gummi ships computer, Sora immediately rushing to the bathroom.

"Wow, I didn't realize we were gone for so long. Time must go by slower in the world of darkness."Valerie said. "wait...what is that?!"Riku finnaly noticed Chester on Valerie's lap. "Hey, you said I could keep him!"Valerie snapped. Chester looked over to Riku, tilting it's head. Riku opened his mouth to protest-but closed it since Valerie was right...

 

Kairi walked up to Sora and gave him a hug. "It's great to see you're still okay." She smiled and took her arms off of him. "It'll be great to see everyone on the Islands again. It's been almost a since we left, hasn't it?"

"It's okay," Jeffrey told Riku. "He's hasn't really attacked anyone yet. Well, he bit Sora when we first found him, but besides that, he's been good." He bent down to pet the Heartless's head. "And he eats all the rotten food we need to get rid of!"

 

"Definately. Um, Kairi. baby, bladder, hug, bad mix."Sora managed to squirm out of Kairis grip, going to the bathroom.

"So its like a living garbage disposal. Convenient."Riku chuckled. "and if he hasn't shown violence then I guess it wouldn't bring harm to us..."he finished putting in the coordinates, the gummi lifting off. "So he can stay, sweet!"Valerie seemed to have cheered up for now.
