Kingdom Hearts: SfE Part 2 - The Final Keyhole and the Mark of Mastery

"Hmm? What is it, Riku?" he asked. "Oh, it's nothing, he's just growling because the heartless called him fat" Gexln lied.

 

Jeffrey sighed and shook his head. Well, can't really help him right now... He walked over to the cockpit and checked the map. The ship had just entered Australia. Just a minute or so until we're there.

 

"Did you just say YES to that heartless being able to kill us?!"Riku asked, furious. Valerie didn't know what to do, keeping her hands near her daggers. Her eyes drifted up to keep watch of the gummi.

Sora had calmed down, peaking his head out of the resting area. "J-Jeffrey. I.... I'm sorry for snapping at you like that..."he said, feeling embarassed about how he acted.

 

The Neoshadow relished in it's new privilege to consume. Charging with fierce precision, she ran a straight beeline to the Halfling. Claws sharp, body skinny and whiplike, it was going to feed.

 

Gexln raised an eyebrow. "I may have. Look at it, it clearly wants to. Why should it be deprived of its desire?" Gexln questioned.

 

Kairi did not get into a battle stance, but she gripped Destiny's Embrace tightly. She had a bad feeling about Riku's reaction.

Jeffrey turned his head slightly towards Sora, his face blushing in embarrassment at how he had just left Sora. "It's fine."

 

OOC:What the hell man?! Riku trusted you!XD

Riku didn't have time to answer, quickly getting Oblivion out to block the Neoshadows claws. "Riku, don't hurt her!"Valerie yelled. "Would you rather she hurt us instead?!"Riku snapped.

"D-Do you really think everyones going to be fine about seeing me like..."Sora paused, alittle hesitant on coming out of the resting area.

 

OOC: You expected Gexln NOT to side with whatever will make him stronger? lol
BIC: "Yes Riku, don't harm her" Gexln said, chuckling.

 

"It would break my little HEART!" The NeoShadow whipped it's streamline body back against Oblivion, trying to take an advantage.

 

OOC:You son of a Wizard heartless! Imma kill you after this!XD
BIC:
Riku growled and deflected the attack, glad to have his body back. "Reflect!"he cast a reflect spell so the attacks would bounce off, knowing he couldn't use any offensive spells because of Valerie.

 

Kairi ran up to stand next to Valerie. She cast a protect spell on both of them. Even though it was attacking Riku, she didn't want to attack what was once Eden.

"I dunno," Jeffrey replied honestly. His eyes flicked back to the map for a second. "You just gotta hope for the best, you know?"

 

"I understand..."Sora's guilt trip was interupted by his stomach growling. He looked in the direction of the kitchen, giving a small whine because he didn't want to leave his hiding place. C'mon Sora... you've spent two months with the guy, he's not gonna freak out! he took a deep breath, coming out into the open. His large belly made it obvious that he was pregnant by this point. "A-Are we there yet?"Sora was a tomato red.

 

Gexln stood and watched, but made sure to keep Darkness' Sorrow close to hand in case he needed it.

 

"Almost," Jeffrey replied. "Ayers Rock is in central Australia, I believe." He pointed to the area on the map. "We just passed over the eastern coast a minute or so ago."

 

The NeoShadow fired herself up, but the double enforced shields did not break. That never stopped a Heartless, with it's persistent need to feed.

 

"O-Okay..."Sora held in a sigh in relief at the calm reaction, going into the kitchen for some food. He gave a small hiss at an ache in his chest and waist, rubbing each with one hand to soothe the aching.

"Blizzard!"Riku shot ice shards, this time as an offensive. "Riku!"Valerie shot a glare at Riku.

 

Gexln sighed. "Riku, if you keep up like this i may have to assist, now will you just give up already?" Gexln asked, irritaated.

 

Sinking into the shadows were the best defense, but not the best way to go ahead. The spell even protected them from the dark. So, with no ability to do anything else, it went back to Master, angry that the meal was lost behind arcane forces.

 

"Hmm?" Gexln exclaimed. "Should i assist with your meal?" He asked.

 

"Assist in what?"Valerie asked. Riku sighed, knowing he couldn't keep it from them. "Gexln took in the Heartless as it's slave and now it wants our hearts."he said. "WHAT?! but Eden wouldn't do that..."Valerie frowned. "Well that beast isn't Eden anymore, okay?!"Riku yelled, watching the heartless seem to retreat. Valerie flinched at the yelling, giving a small whimper.
