Kingdom Hearts: SfE Part 2 - The Final Keyhole and the Mark of Mastery

Eden pressed a few buttons, her Gummi descending. Hopping out of the ship, she stood above the child of Storm, eyes piercing. "We will be exploring worlds, we just need to make sure we are strong as we--" Ears twitching, the doors of the Tower opened. Yen Sid and the fairies filed out, each holding something in their hands.

 

"Whats do you have...?"Sora was alittle confused. Riku looked over to Valerie, who was muttering something about Port Royal, some kind of 'link', and whatever an 'okami' was. Kurix and Roxas peeked out through the window to see the complaining girl, Roxas rolling his eyes.

 

Merryweather presented Valerie with a satchel, with little clinks heard from within. "These are Little Smoke Balls, dear. Certain colored ones have different effects, so be careful. It will never run empty."
Flora presented Jeffery with a box, with a little sheathed dagger that was no bigger than the palm of his hand. It was tied to a string for him to wear. "This is a blade forged of pure Light Magic. Use it well as it will never be dull."
Fauna presented two gifts to Gexln. It was a Jar, and pair of tiny daggers within crystalline sheaths. "These are deadly daggers, made from Dark forbidden magic. Be careful. The Jar is for your Heart."
Merryweather ran off to retrieve something else, while Yen Sid presented Sora and Riku two small bottles. "These are Revival potions. When someone is near fallen to the forever sleep, this will bring them back. But it cannot revive the dead. Do you understand?"

 

"yes sir, Yen Sid."Sora and Riku said at once. "Oh snap, smoke balls!"Valerie seemed to cheer up slightly at the smoke balls. "Well she cheers up fast..."Roxas muttered.

 

Merryweather returned, giving a cloth bad to Eden that had a squarish figure to it. "These are summoning cards." she explained as the Pyro opened them. A small smile graced her lips, actually truthful.
"Tarot... Tarot cards that summon things... Thank you." she smiled more, keeping each card in their place. "I will use them wisely.
"Good luck on your journey, and do not allow Xehanort to win." Yen Sid firmly stated to everyone as the pyro was shoving all her Gummi Buddies into her ship.

 

Kurix and Roxas had stayed in the gummi ship, Kurix fidgeting alittle. "Hey, we're going to be fine. she seems to know whats going on."Roxas said.

"So are we really going to follow them to...wherever they're going?"Valerie asked once everyone in her group gotten to their individual gummi. "We don't haaave to. I actually wanted to let you guys see Port Royal before we start getting serious but..."Sora trailed off. "Port Royal... I remember that place. It had all of those pirates. I think one of them had a wooden eye...?"Riku asked. "or a glass eye... but either way it was fake."Sora said. "wait... I thought those two weren't in the-"Valerie paused when she saw Sora and Riku look at her. "Nevermind. Are we going there first or not?"she asked. "We should probably do...whatever Eden was saying."Riku said. "but you didn't even understand a word. what are we even going to do?"Sora huffed.

 

"We will need to stop by plenty of places to acquire food and fuel." Eden winked at Sora and Riku, knowing the Gummi could fully support itself. But if it was to appease one person and allow them to properly move forward, she would have to lie a bit.

 

OOC:so wait....are they on two different gummis or the same gummi...?
BIC:"So...Port Royal could still be a place?"Valerie asked. "actually...that WOULD be a great place to restock..."Sora held in a laugh, knowing what Eden was doing now. Riku shook his head, looking at Valerie. anything to keep her calm...

 

ooc: Remember Eden was given a Gummi after the Mastery exams? She kept it. But will more than likely keep close.
bic: Entering the red sleek Gummi, and muttering a few things, she watched Roxas with some glazed interest. She was shuffling her cards, idly muttering a bit of ticking. She sounded like a clock.

 

OOC:I know that but sometimes your posts make it sound like they're on the same gummi.XD

Roxas out his katanas away, stretching out. "This is going to be different..."He said.

Meanwhile Riku was getting ready to take off. Sora was watching Valerie in the rest area... practicing her pirate talk. "Avast, ye scurvy dogs! If I catch ye touchin' me booty, I'll make the lot of you walk the plank!"Valerie was obviously having way too much fun. Sora covered his mouth, trying not to laugh.

 

Revving the engines, an audio call was placed. "Alright, everybody. We are to go to the edge. First stop, Port Royal for supplies and then see how far we can go. Stay close, and if there are any new worlds, we try to go together." Eden listed off, sounding professional. She watched Roxas, eyes a bit glazed as she already took off into the stellar void.

 

"Woo! This is going to be so coool!"Valerie said. "You know we can't...stay in Port Royal for long, right?"Sora asked. "So? I'd love to get to meet the infamous Captain Jack Sparrow!"Valerie gave a triumphant laugh. "Yeah, infamous. and I'm a great white shark."Riku rolled his eyes. Valerie covered her mouth, holding in a laugh. "what?"Riku asked. "Oh, nothing nothing."Valerie lied.

 

Dismissing the joke, one she could not remember, she headed to the Furthest part of their universe. It would be a bit of a ways to go. "We will make sure to practice our vernacular later."

"Venacular...? what did that mean again?"Valerie asked. Sora just laughed while Riku rolled his eyes with a small groan.

 

"Vernacular is the manner of speaking." Eden bluntly grumbled. She sighed, turning off the com and just setting the coordinates. Yawning, she looked to her crew. "So... anything I should do as Captain for you?"

 

"Captain? What gives you the right to be the captain?" Gexln questioned defiantly.

 

"I'm the one with the heart that owns the ship." The bold Pyro chuckled, though stepping onto thin ice. "Besides, what makes you captian of a ship you don't own?"

 

"She has a point."Roxas and Kurix said at once.

"So, are we there yet?"Valerie asked. "where?"Riku gave a small sigh. "uh, duh! Port Royal!"Valerie said. "Oh, we should be almost there. I think I'll stay with Kisa though. I've had enough experience there."Sora said. "awww, why aren't you going with us?"Valerie asked. "Two words- easy drunk. Never touching rum again EVER."Sora stated.

 

A small bleeping noise was sounding off in the gummi, which had an aggravated groan as a response. "We're almost there." she mumbled, getting up and shuffling her cards once more. "Don't drink anything they give you, or I swear I might wring your neck. I will not tolerate stupid drunks in this ship. So stay sober or I'll leave you to piss about some dark alley. Are we clear?"

 

"Oh don't worry, lesson learned with the Elixir incident."Valerie said. "Why would they even WANT to drink that crap?"Riku faked gagging. "Oh, like you've tasted it."Valerie said, sticking out her tongue. "It doesn't taste very good though, really."Sora said.
