Kingdom Hearts: SfE Part 2 - The Final Keyhole and the Mark of Mastery

"K-Kenna!"Sora watched Kenna fly to the gummi, giving a small sigh. Valerie noticed Riku, then the guy. "Who's that?"she whispered. "I dunno... might be organization XIII but... I can't tell from this distance."Riku said. Roxas and Kurix were arguing, Kurix wanting to see Roxas summon his keyblade and Roxas refusing.

 

"But aren't they all gone?" Jeffrey asked, looking towards the black cloaked man. "I mean, I dunno who else would wear one of their cloaks, but I don't think they were hiding some extra member..."

 

Sora saw the man the trio was looking at. "Isn't that Gexln...?"he asked. Riku and Valerie both looked at Sora like he was crazy. "Organization XIII is dead, and that doesn't look like an Organization cloak. so it could be."Sora said. "oh yeeeah, secret spy mission for Xehanort. I like it."Valerie whispered. "How do you..."Riku shook his head at the statement.

 

Jenna peered her head out at the mention of Gexln, elevating herself to get a good view. She could barely see him, the leaves made it slightly difficult, but his black cloak made him quite visible. She hovered back down, paling further, feeling dizzy.

You sit at your throne, bored. You never fought the unworthy, and that's what everyone was. Unworthy. Unworthy to live in a universe of which you governed with a bride. You heavily sigh, thinking for the perfect body needed to fit her. This weak thing you were within currently wouldn't do. But you dissmiss these thoughts, feeling too hopeful. You stand, the seven buzzing pods floating off somewhere else to be held and incubated. You watch the tendrils, calling forth your hearts. Keeping the hearts of the bodies you kept was wise, as the newcomer could be a thief.

 

"Are you feeling alright, Kenna? Do you need some water?"Sora leaned towards the gummi ship, alittle concerned about Kennas shaking.

 

Kenna nodded, feeling parched. "Yes... Water would be nice." she huffed, floating toward her somebody's bed. She slumped within it, awaiting the cooling liquid to quell the desert within her throat. She scratched her head in discomfort, finding the curved fingers stiff, metallic, and sharp. She watched, the process fascinating and somewhat disturbing in the fact that she hadn't felt these changes earlier.

 

Sora went to get Kenna her water. "Wait, no! Don't leave us with the Ludwig wannabe!"Valerie whined. "The who...?"Riku gave Valerie a small glare.

 

Kenna eagerly accepted the water, trying to drink it with stiff fingers. She sighed in some relief, but nodded Sora off to rest and watch her body change further, noticing strands of red vibrant hair replacing her dusty brown.

 

Gexln shifted his weight, beginning to cramp up. "Soon i'll head back..soon.." he said quietly to himself.

 

Sora exited, seeing Riku scolding Valerie. "Okay, I think its about time to head out before we go stir crazy..."he chuckled, holding Kisa. "Hold on there, mama bear. Who'd look after Kisa?"Valerie asked. "You can't expect to bring her along."Roxas said. "Um... what kind of world is this anyway?"Kurix asked. "Oh, Land of Dragons is basically China during the time of the Hun army.... and if I'm right this is the time around the sequal... maybe."Valerie said. "Sequal....?"Sora and Riku both looked at Valerie with a strange look.

 

Gexln yawned. "Been long enough, might go report back now" he said quietly to himself. He opened a dark corridor, leading to the world of darkness, and stepped through it.

OOC: *Sequel and how exactly would they know that? That doesn't make sense..

 

OOC:1-shuddup. 2-Valerie is from Earth, remember? REMEMBEEERRR?!XD

 

You look at your guest, creating a chair of darkness. You call upon your throne, sitting upon it in a regal manner. "Hello Gexln." You almost purr this, clicking your hearts into the throne again.

 

A sharp pain was noticed in Gexln's stomach. He winced in pain, but quickly regained his composure. "Hello, i've got some news on the wielders" Gexln stated.

 

You laugh at his pain, you knew of was temporary."That would be my seed. The pain will cease when the process is complete. Now.... what news do you bring?" Leaning on one hand felt quite relaxing, lulling you to almost sleep. But you keep yourself awake by your body's dwindling willpower, eyes slightly closing. Seems the body was much more weaker then you would have imagined.

 

"Proces?" Gexln questioned. He shook his head. "I'll find out later. They're training. Looks like they're practising hand to hand combat, though i can't see why they would..from what i can see they've got alot to improve on too, not much of a threat to you right now" Gexln stated, thinking aloud as he explained. He took a few steps to the side, pacing as he continued. "I'd say you've got nothing to worry about right now. We're at a stalemate. Can't get them...yet, but they can't really get us either" he said.

 

You smirk, watching his feet. "Good. It will allow time to grow in power." you stare at him, noticing details that were blurry. "Ugh, this body is only good for nothing. Cannot even see you properly. I thought it was just my adjusting, but the girl is half blind."

 

Gexln's initial reaction was one of concern, unsure if it was Xehanort that was causing the trouble in sight or not, though he did his best to hide it. He tried to appear as though he barely even cared. "The longer we wait, the stronger we get, but they too grow stronger" he said. He shrugged his shoulders. "Then again, i've been fine against them for the most part. What if you got a different body? Would that make things better?" he questioned.

 

Ooc: shouldn't you be in bed?
Bic: You nod, a new body would be a fine thing. But where to find one... Tapping your chin you hesitantly think a bit. "Yes. A new body would be ideal... go and find me one, a preferably strongly one." Waving Gexln away, you go back to change your gaze at the hearts. Frowning, and feeling quite sick of their presence, you throw them into a little orb, which would take them to a holding cell with Terra's body.

 

OOC: Yeah, going now XD 2am. Btw, what "strong body" did you have in mind?
IC: Not only will this get Eden back, but it'll make him trust me... Gexln thought to himself. He opened a dark corridor, once again desiring to travel to the land of dragons. He knew the perfect spiky-haired keyblade wielder for the role of Xehanort's new body.
