Couldn't you just use the deck mod?

 

I'm pretty sure that's impossible, but with the deck mod, you can replace cards with them. Why pluto though? XD

Dude, just chill, be happy with the codes we have now, the hackers are still enjoying the game without codes, they could spend months, maybe a year or two playing the game with no codes, SO BE PATIENT.

 

hey guys im having trouble with the have all cards code for codebreaker I've tried to get it to work by press L2 several times but it dosn't work. and i cant get the 9999 cp code to work either i even jokered it and it still dosnt work is there something im doing rong its really frustrating cus i saw a vid on youtube where a guy had all cards working and the 9999 cp code working i dont know wear else to turn to please help

Make sure you're using the right region codes, for one. and for two, the 9999cp code is good.. it worked for me atleast. as for the all cards jokered, you know it means HOLD L2 as you walk into a new area... right?
