Kingdom Hearts: Quiet's End

Abi blinked wordlessly for a moment, trying to comprehend it all.
Stars were going out? Was that even actually possible?
Darkness spreading? She didn't know what that meant, but it did sound ominous.
Surely she could at least try to do something, unconfident in her skills or not.
"I'm not sure I fully understand it all, I have to admit." she said honestly, dispelling Inner Confliction for the time being. "But it sounds pretty dire. I'll help, if you think I'd be of use."

 

OOC: I look forward to facing one of my favorite styles.

Right before the bullets reach him, Shane jumped out of the way and cast another bilzarrd spell, only the ice was purple instead of blue, and sent them right for Beaucefilous. "Let's see you try and dodge that!" He already knew that he would find a way to do that so he had to be more careful this time.

Allen continued to listen in to their conversation. Others, so he's not alone. He thought as he tried to wonder who exactly could darkness. There was the legendary Sora and his friends, so maybe he was one of his friends or something like that. Maybe I can find out what happend to Shane if I tag along with them. Shrugging his shoulders, he left the spot he was listening from and headed towards the two.

 

"Yeah," Sora agreed. But still, how were they going to get out of here? They needed to find the Door to the Light. That was the only way out, there had to be a door around here somewhere, that led to the realm of the light.

OOC: I have no idea how to get them out of the Realm of Darkness. Any ideas?

BIC: Kira smiled. Three heroes of the Light, and one of them was very powerful. This was going to be fun. "Yes," she said calmly. "I definitely sense their presence. They are over by the palace gates. Shall we give them a fun little surprise?"

Goofy spoke up first. "We're in the World that Never Was," he said. "That might be why it didn't show up on yer maps." "Thanks," Donald interrupted. "But we gotta find Sora, so we can't leave. He went on ahead of us into the castle." Goofy sighed. "I sure hope he's alright," He said.

Mickey Smiled. "Gee, thanks!" He said. "It's all pretty simple. Every star is its own world, and the Darkness destroys the worlds. Once a world is consumed by Darkness, it's gone. Whenever a star in the sky blinks out, it means another world's been lost to the Darkness. The Keyblade has the power to lock the worlds, and to keep them safe from the Darkness." He looked around as the newcomer approached them. Just like Abi, this boy didn't look like he lived in Agrabah. "Hey there," he said. "What's your name?"

Several Shadow Heartless ran around in the room, Hitomu smiling at his success. With this power, I can find Mitsuko! he thought. Then he continued to practice. Summoning his Keybalde, he easily destroyed the Shadows, summoning more as he fought. He was goig to practice his fighting and his control of the Darkness at the same time. He didn't even notice that his Keyblade, once a pale blue, now was slightly darker, the color of a sky at dusk.

 

Mark stares at the gleaming white towers of the floating castle, then glances back at the ship, then back to the the white castle in the distance, "we can probably get up there faster if we use my ship," he said, already dashing toward the gummi ship to power it up. The whine of the ship's engines fills the area between the tall buildings.

 

"Allen." He replied. Judging by the looks of the two, it was obvious that they weren't from around here, still they didn't seem like enemies.

 

Mark had been flipping his keyblade in the air and catching it, and juggling a pair of fireballs in his other hand while waiting for one of the others to come aboard.
Mark smiled back at Sarai, "so, what were you and your, ah... pets doing here? This is like a no-man's land!" he says, after peeking out the window at the Duck and the Dog, curious as to why they were taking so long to get on the ship.

 

Mark was once again busy tossing his fireball up in the air, reclining in the swiveling chair of the comm board, a bit farther back in the cockpit, away from the pilot's seat and the window. Mark extinguished this fireball as well, glancing back at Sarai, "okay then, should we wait for them then, or just go?" he asked, glancing up at the storm-surrounded castle, stark white against the starless blackness of the night.

 

OOC: Marushi is going... maybe someone will take her place as Game master?

Well... I don't really know all that much about Kingdom Hearts, to be honest, but I'm pretty good with plots and stuff... I'd be willing to help whomever ended up taking it over, assuming it doesn't just die now.

 

OOC: Well I can't do much with the plot except for Beaucefilous and Shane's battle at the moment.

 

OOC: Marushi told me that she will post normally for the rest of the week, and then Reinzel is taking over for her.

 

OOC: Hey everybody, sorry it took so long for me to respond. Dang, I haven't posted in like, two weeks. Rapid Ignis is right, I've asked Rienzel to take my place as Game Master, because he knows the plot for the rest of the RP, and actually helped come up with most of it, so once I leave, he'll take over. Now, let's see, I've got to skim through the past few posts, try too remember all I was planning to do next.

IC: Donald and Goofy looked at eachother for a moment before following Sarai into Mark's ship. Goofy looked behind him, at the spot where Sora had been fighting earlier. "I sure hope he's alright," he said. "Of course he's alright, Goofy, don't be dumb," Donald said.

Mickey Mouse smiled at Allen. "It's nice to meet ya, Allen," he said. "My name's Mickey Mouse! And this is Abi." No sooner were the introduction's said when a girl came into veiw, smiling at them darkly.

"Well," Kira said as she walked slowy towards them. "If it isn't His Highness, King Mickey. I must say, I didn't expect you to have left your castle. Who is protecting the Queen, I wonder?" She stopped a ways in front of him and examined the girl and the boy who were with him. "I see you found some new friends to play with. Can't say I blame you. The duck is hard to understand, the dog is rather dimwitted, and Sora," She smiled again. "Sora is quick to rush into fights he can't win."

 

Riku walked silently up behind Kira. He knew his appearance would surprise the tiny king, but he didn't know of the real Riku's death as of yet, why not toy with his mind a little? "Hey Mickey. Surprised to see me?"

 

No sooner than Donald and Goofy were onboard, Mark hit a button on the consol of the ship, the boarding ramp easing up into the ship, sealing it closed. Mark hit another button and pulled the onboard mic up to his face from the nearby comunications consol, "hello, this is your pilot speaking. I'd like to thank you for flying Ignis-air, and I'm instructin' all ladies, gentlement, dogs, and ducks to fasten their seatbelts or grab onto the closest solid object; We're in for a rough ride," With that he clicked the microphone off and jumped into the pilot's chair, fastening the harness, he hoped he had given everyone enough time to heed his request, he grabbed the control yoke and yanked back on it while slamming the throttle to full.

The ship rocketed forward, then tilted backwards until it was perpendicular to the ground. Mark rocketed the ship skyward until it was above the buildings, then he yanked back on the yoke again, pulling them into an upside down level flight, flying straight at the big white castle. Mark twitched the yoke, spinning the ship around until they were right-side-up, and then he cut back on the throttle, flying slow, banking turns around the floating castle.

"you all want off here, right?" he asks Sarai, glancing back to check to see if she is still in the cockpit with him.

 

Mickey's eyes widened at both the mention of Sora and the appearance of Riku. Why was he with this girl, so obviously a follower of Darkness? Had he been tricked again? ...No, he knew Riku well, and Riku wasn't the kinda guy who'd fall for the same trap twice. "You expect me to believe you're the real Riku?" He asked before turning to the girl. "And you, what did you say about Sora?"

Kira sighed. "You really don't know how to pay attention, do you?" She asked. "I said that Sora has a habit of rushing into fights he can't win. I don't know where he ended up, but one moment, he was on his way to my castle, and then, he was gone. The dog and duck are still there, though, and I don't think Sora is the type of hero to leave them in such a dire situation willingly. Something must have happened to him."

She smiled as she watched the King, she wasn't entirely sure what had happened while she was in her Dark mode, but logic and deductive reasoning made it clear that she had fought the Keyblade Master and he had lost. Wether she had sent him somewhere or he had been killed, it didn't matter. He was no longer on the gameboard, and the King needed to be made aware of this loss of players. In fact, as soon as R... no wait, Riku was through with his game, the mouse would know that not only was Sora gone, but Riku as well, and there would be no riddles in that revelation. She knew for a fact that Riku was dead, and could tell him that truthfully.

Donald and Goofy were sprawled out on the floor of the ship, and as they stood shakily to their feet, Donald muttered under his breath, but his voice made the words so unintelligable that even Goofy, who knew him probably better than anybody, couldn't understand him. "Garwsh," he said, rubbing the back of his head, where it had bumped against the wall. "That sure was a bumpy ride!"
