Kingdom Hearts Kingdom Hearts partners...

You know how Sora's partnered up with Donald, Goofy, and whoever on which world he's on? Well, a thought just occurred to me: Suppose another emergency presented itself, and Sora, Riku, and Kairi had to split up and go to different worlds: What partners would Riku and Kairi most likely be paired up with, if we had an option?

 

this should be in the kh2 forum i think...thats a pretty cool idea.
For kairi i think (disney wise): Mulan and Ariel...although im not sure how ariel will survive...maybe human form?
For Kairi and Final Fantasy Characters: I'd say Yuffie, Tifa and/or leon

Riku and disney characters: Jack Sparrow...that would be weird and/or aladdin. all 3 of them are good with swords and are pretty fast, too.
Riku and FF characters: Cloud. It would be like a Cloud-Zack relationship. cloud would act as zack, the more experienced one and the stronger person, and riku would be like cloud. or riku and vincent.

 

Riku with Peter Pan and Pooh would be awesome xP

 

Kairi: Mulan and Ariel

Riku: Young Tarzan and Mickey (if Mickey were badass looking like at the end of Birth By Sleep).

 

Kairi: Namine

Riku: Mickey

 

Riku: Probably Mickey. (KH:CoM doesn't count) Cloud could be another. They're both pretty dark after all.

Kairi: Sora and Riku, if possible. Namine is another one. Then there's Selphie and Olette. Mulan, Ariel, Tifa, Aerith, Yuffie...Heck, pair her with any female characters and you'd probably be going through a KH version of FFX-2. :xp:

 

Riku would go with Cloud and Squall and Kairi would go with Red XII and Tifa.

 

...yeah, I can see where you all are coming from, but I can't see people like Cloud being team-players with Riku. The two are too much like 'lone wolves' to work together like a team. Tifa with Kairi...I can see it, but every time I do, it looks too much like FFVII...Hmm...

For some strange reason, I can picture with Riku with a couple of 'goofier' characters if he goes on missions, just to make sure he doesn't get too serious...which ones, I'm not sure yet, but it would make the 'perfect' plans go up in smoke really quickly.

Kairi's more difficult. She would have to have the more experienced fighters helping her along the way...so what DF said about FFX-2 seems more logical...

I'll have to think this through carefully about who I think would work with them...

 

Riku:winnie the pooh and piglet
Kairi: sephiroth and hades

Kairi- Mulan
Riku- Cloud

 

Why does Kairi get Mulan? Nobody besides me, even though I know it won't happen cause of legal issues, thinks that young Tarzan would be fun to have as a partner with Riku? I don't like Tarzan when he grows up though, so age changing might be a problem.

 

Kairi: Girl power?

Riku: Who knows? Roxas ended up in Twilight Town, where there was a younger Seifer, who had the scar on his face, and he supposedly got that from Squall, but they were supposed to be about the same age, so who knows how that came about. I'm sure they could figure something out about Tarzan.

 

Being that characters from Disney Castle seem to be the most aware of whats going on...

Sora, Donald and Goofy... the traditional KH tag team.

Kairi, Daisy, and Minnie... the all girl group.

Riku, Mickey, and Pluto... since they all worked together before.

Could you imagine Pluto's abilities? And don't say they cant have a dog in the party, since Goofy is working with Sora.

 

Lol, Pluto would be hilarious! I can picture a limit where it looks like the opponent picks up a bone, and Pluto snaps...

In my opinion, Mickey would be a bit much, teaming up with Riku. I'm not saying the two don't work well together, it just seems...a bit much to have two characters who can use the keyblade on the same team, at least in terms of being a regular partner.

 

It'd be rather funny to see Riku paired up with Chip and Dale. Then Kairi would be paired with Cloud and Auron.

 

How is that too much? They teamed up in RR CoM!

Riku would be paired up with...Maleficent...
Wait, Riku paired up with Maleficent in KH1, and Maleficent died(I think) in KH2.

Yeah, but that wasn't until it was near the end (I'm thinking regular CoM, mind you), and he just showed up as a card at random.

Minnie...I can see it, but only up until combat. Unless she learns a large arsenal of spells, she wouldn't be able to deal much damage. She can hold her own against the heartless, sure, but only up to a certain extent.

 

I think Kairi would go with Yuffie and Tifa.

And for Riku I think the King and Leon.I also think Cloud would fit too.

 

Kairi would team up with... Mulan and Minnie, but only Minnie if she could, like darkcloud said, use more spells than Holy or whatever it is.

Riku, i think, would be with Simba and the Beast.
