While Kingdom Hearts x [chi] was noted not to end up being localized, John Pleasants; resigning Disney Digital Co-Executive, has stated in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, has declared some final declarations on his untimely resignation. One of them being the focus on the Asian business, building up the mobile business in Japan. "We have a studio in Seoul working on “[Kingdom Hearts Online]” Pleasants stated.

So it seems something else may be coming to mobiles once again from the Square Enix division. Try to contain your excitement. Will it be anything like the Mobile service that was terminated earlier this year? What are your thoughts on this smidgen of news for November?

I think it's gonna be more of a Facebook-esque game, so probably nothing more than say one of them card-matching games for kids (or something just as lame). I'd rather just stick to focusing on X(chi) for now. At least that game looks fun.

I'm not much of a mobile gamer, so my opinion on this is they should try something else. Didn't they make a Kingdom hearts spin-off for the mobile phone a while back? Was that even a success or something? I hope they don't screw this up...

It won't be anything significant so I'm not too excited. Still, I guess it's nice to hear they're working on something. I guess?

Not KH3, Not KH2.5 and it's probably just another mobile game?

      Don't even care.

I don't play games on my phone very much whatsoever, but if they release another KH game for it then I WILL suddenly play more!

Thank you for this piece of news, it makes me very happy.

      I think I might like that :)
And now the disappointment sinks in.

You know, after having the chance to play FFXIV: A ream Reborn, I feel they have the potential to make a great Kingdom Hearts MMO; if they actually bothered to really dedicate resources into its production. Think KOTOR, but kingdom hearts and with BETTER real time action gameplay like vindictus, Phantasy star online 2, etc...heck they can probably make it better and without the instances too. Imagine if you could actually personalize your own keyblade(that's probably pushing it).

^This probably will never happen, though I know. :c

AS A MINOR CORRECTION, KotOR (Knights of the Old Republic) is a single-player RPG released in 2003, with a sequel in 2004. A third sequel was planned but scrapped; instead, they created an MMO (The Old Republic) set 300 years after the events of the KotOR games. I have a lot of emotions about this topic so apologies for being a bit of a hardass about it!

But I agree with you (though I don't think I have space in my life for both FFXIV and a KH MMO). It could be really neat! Although I think this is kind of the idea behind KHX.

We're on a Kingdom Hearts fansite, after all.
